Matthew 13:33 Another PARABLE spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven (CHRIST IN YOU) is LIKE LEAVEN, which a woman (Christ wife) took, and HID in THREE measures of meal (creation), till the whole (creation) was LEAVENED (CHRIST IN YOU).
The leaven is Christ, not available until Pentecost. The first Israel were unleavened.
1 Corinthians 5:6 Your glorying (in self) is not good, Know ye not that a little leaving (CHRIST IN YOU) leaveneth the WHOLE LUMP (Christ in all men).
1 Corinthians 5:7 Purge out therefore the OLD LEAVEN (laws in tablets of stone), that ye may be a new lump,as you are unleavened (not holding the LAW OF SPIRIT, CHRIST IN YOU), for even Christ our passover (death passed over; Christ is eternal life) is sacrificed for us.
God Bless You!
That is a great question. I did not know the answer, but I did an internet search and found this. I cannot confirm the accuracy, but here's what I found:
There were 7 people named JUDAS in The Bible.
1. An ancestor of Jesus ( Luke 3:30-31)
2. "Judas the Galilean"mentioned by Gamaliel at the Sanhedrin. ( Acts 5:37)
3. One of the 12 apostles (aka: Thaddaeus-"son of James") ( Luke 6:16)
4. Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus. ( Mark 3:19)
5. One of Jesus' half-brothers. ( Matthew 13:55)
6. A man from Damascus (on the 'street called Straight') where Paul went after he was blinded ( Acts 9:11)
7. Judas (aka:Barsabbas)-who was called a prophet and a 'leading man' among the disciples, sent with Paul and Barnabas to deliver the letter on circumcision to Antioch and encourage the congregation ( Acts 15:22, 30-32)
Deuteronomy 4:29,30,31, 1Samuel 26:24, Matthew 13:20-21, John 16:33, Acts 14:22, Romans 5:3, Romans 8:35-39, Romans 12:12, 2Corinthians 1:3-5, 1Thessalonians 3:4, 2Thessalonians 1:6, Revelation 1:9, Revelation 2:9,10,22,

The angle of the Lord is a ministering Spirit (the Holy Ghost) the angle of the Lord is GOD, therefore that ministering Spirit (the Holy Ghost) is planting his SEED (inpregenating) man with TRUTH AND LIFE; creating man in the IMAGE OF GOD.
YES, ANGLES (MEN, that has left this body of flesh, and BECOME ministering spirits being BORN AGAIN (FATHER by the HOLY GHOST) and ONE WITH CHRIST are inpregenating creation with the SEED OF GOD.

Matthew 24:3-51, Matthew 25:31-46, we will all give account so may our Words be faithful.
You will appreciate the book of Job even more when you understand it is a parable about the sufferings of Christ. Look at it closely and you will see much of it parallels the Psalms.

Job 27:1 Moreover Job continued his parable, saying ....
Job 29:1 Moreover, Job continued his parable, and said ....

Matthew 13:34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable he spake not to them.
The whole Bible is the words of Christ, therefore the Bible itself is a parable (HIDDEN TRUTHS).

Focusing our attention on the tares is dangerous, especially if we use language like fight. The angels have authority under Christ to deal with the tares at the end of age. I don't have that authority, since that only will damage the wheat.
I also see Trump leads an evil empire with followers that shout "Hang Mike Pence" and that say prayers in the Senate chamber that ask Christ to bless their wicked rebellion founded on Trump's lie that the election was stolen. It was lost, not stolen. Delusions like this are every bit as strong as the delusions the Democrats operate under. Both delusions are needed to reinforce the other and Satan just laughs at the blindness on both sides.
(2) The prophecy was fulfilled to the letter. "Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus" ( Luke 1:30, 31, KJV).
(3) Jesus demonstrated human characteristics: He became tired ( John 4:6). He thirsted ( John 19:28), He ate food ( Luke 24:40-43), He showed feelings ( Mark 6:34), He wept ( John 11:35), He knew temptation ( Hebrews 4:15), and He died ( John 19:30).
Jesus Christ Accomplished the Works of His Father:
(1) He died on the Cross. This is the fundamental theme of the Gospel.
The fact of His death-One-fourth of the Gospels are dedicated to His Passion and Resurrection. (a) For this purpose He came into the world ( John 12:27). (b) His death was prophesied hundreds of years before He came ( Isaiah 53:3-8).
The meaning of His death. (a) It was a ransom for sin ( Matthew 20:28; Romans 3:24; 1 Peter 1:18). (b) It was to pay the penalty for sin ( Romans 3:24; 1 John 2:2; 4:10). Man is the object of God's wrath because of rebellion and sin, but God took the initiative in satisfying His wrath by sending His own Son to Calvary. (c) It is a reconciliation. The enmity between us and God has ended ( Romans 5:10), and we are restored to God ( 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19). (d) It is a substitution: He died in our place ( 1 Peter 3:18; 2 Corinthians 5:21). (e) In summary, the matter of sin has been completely dealt with ( 1 Peter 2:24; Hebrews 9:26; Hebrews 10:12).
(2) He was resurrected from the dead: This is unique and fundamental to Christianity.
The reality of the Resurrection ( John 20:1-10; 1 Corinthians 15:4).
The credibility of the Resurrection: (a) Jesus predicted it: Matthew 13:39-41; Luke 24:1-7. (b) The tomb was empty: John 20:11-13. (c) Many witnesses saw Him alive: the women ( Luke 23:55, 56); Mary Magdalene
The old points to the new, a shadow of things that would and will come, our savior Jesus Christ.
The old strengthens our faith by showing us scriptures that have been fulfilled.
Romans 16:26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
The old shows us that God keeps His promises.
Romans 1:2 Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures.
It shows us that Jesus is the Christ.
Acts 18:28 For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.
Matthew 13:52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
Both are needed.
God bless,

You ever notice after a wedding difference people will focus details on certain aspects of things? Sometimes it's things that you yourself didn't notice or didn't seem as significant as something else. Some talk about the cake, another about the people that attended, another can't get over how white the dress was, others saw the doves released.
There's also differences in personalities It may be one of reasons that Jesus chose the varying difference in people that wrote the Gospels. Knowing each would have a unique perspective & emphasis on different details.
Matthew speaks much about angels, major significant events pertaining angels. Matthew 4:6,11, Matthew 13:39,41,49, Matthew 18:10, Matthew 22:30, Matthew 24:31,36, Matthew 25:31-46, Matthew 26:53, in context: Matthew 26,
Mark 1:13, Mark 8:38, these following 3 Matthew & Mark both discuss: Mark 12:25, Mark 13:27,32,
Luke has emphasise on several events others do not mention: Luke 1, Luke 2, but, like Matthew & Mark mention Luke 4:10,
Luke 9:26, mentioned by atleast 1 other. Luke 12:8,9,
You asked also if the others were present or witnessed the angels, it looks like Luke 24:23, testifies to that question. & John 20:12, testifies to angels being present.
John also notes John 20:30-31, John 21:25,
Hopefully this is helpful
Matthew 13:22 Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.
In this verse riches (money in abundance) chokes the word when we rely on it to stand by us and shield us from the cares of the world more than we do God.
Riches are deceitful, because they will betray the promises we think we can trust them for at the moment we need it most. This is shown by the parable of the man who abundantly prospered on earth and stored up huge earthly provisions for the future, but the moment he set his heart on it he died as a fool in God's sight. He left it all to others without tasting any of the future he imagined he would gain from it and had to give an account for his soul to the God who had just called him a fool.
God is truthful, and promises to deliver even more than we ask or think when we trust Him based on His promises. When we do that, the Holy Spirit assures our hearts that He will never leave us when we need Him most. God cares for us apart from money, like He does the birds who daily get what they need without toiling their lives away for money or storing up the daily things they need in advance for the future. That is why in the Lord's prayer we say "Give us this day our daily bread" and we don't say "Give us this day more bread than we could ever eat in our lifetime".
In writing this I have to confess I need repentance and forgiveness for living many years as a Christian and not understanding what I just wrote. I have much more in common with the fool in the parable than I like, and I am trying to really take these words to heart before I give my account.
And everything after this verse was to the disciples until verse 53 then he speaks with several different peoples. are you trying to see if he is speaking to us? That's an excuse some people use to justify sin or not obeying what Jesus said which is sin. Let us be clear when Jesus speaks it's to all of us or an example to all of us and the things he says to our Commandments, God does not ask he commands Even more Paul said the things the Apostles said to are the Commandments of God. people don't want to sell all they have and give to the poor then follow Jesus they want to keep it so of course Jesus was just speaking to that one person but Jesus said: Matthew 19:29
"And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life."
The last time i checked everyone meant everyone back then and today? We see in Acts believers selling all that they had and owned and giving at the Apostles feet and to the church. Of cousrse you can say in the Greek! it means but no one NO ONE speaks the Greek that was spoken 2000 years ago that's another excuse they use God gave us his word in English the way he wanted it to be and to read and say. The 1769 KJV and there is only 1 reason why you'd change it, you disagree with God's word because you can't live up to what it says to do and be and live. Go to the top of this site hit MORE then the bible introductions 1611 and 1796 it will show you how and by who and what was use to translate it and an incite into what the times were like then
King James Version (KJV)
& sealed in The last days Revelation 7:2-17, Hopefully these are all helpful
Jesus taught that some couldn't understand "though hearing" Proverbs 28:5, Matthew 13:13, When I first started reading scripture I had to pray & persist & pray again & repent & confess. Then I could understand but even after that there have been times I've had to pray for understanding.
Luke 24:45, John 14:26, 1 John 2:27,
I also pray GOD will open your understanding.
Hopefully these are helpful to you
Absolutely.
From verses 1-35 it appears he's talking to both the disciples and the multitude. verses 36-52 he's talking to the disciples. And verses 53-58 he's speaking to those in his own country. I'm not sure if his disciples was with him there.
I hope this helps.
God bless.
Which versus is he talking to the multitude?
Thank you
Hellfire is something that takes place at the end of this world, and not at death. John 5:28,29; Matthew 13:40. In it, soul and body are completely destroyed. Matthew 10:28; 2 Thess 1:9. It will consume the wicked into ashes. Revelation 20:9; Malachi 4:1-3; Psalm 37:20. Even the devil will be consumed to ashes. Ezekiel 28:18,19; Isaiah 47:14.
In the new earth, when all sin has been eradicated, there will be no more suffering or pain or death. Revelation 21:4.
