They are the writings of the prophets and apostles of what is the characteristics of God or what he is to be watch of to believe. In John 1:1- the word was with God. Yes, do not limit the power of our God. Did you know through his word the universe was created. So, the word was with God. John 1:14- the word was made flesh. In your owned understanding the son delivered by Mary's is God?. In Mat 1:21- Mary's bring forth a son name Jesus and not the named Jesus Christ. The word Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God - 1 Cor. 1:24. No human being bring forth the power / wisdom. Acts 2:36- God made Jesus both Lord and Christ. If your understanding in Mat. 1:21- Mary's is the mother of God, all the characteristics numbers 1 to 8 contradict to your conclusion. Luk. 3:22- is same to Mat. 3:16-17-These verses are literally spoken. These verses was not talking of what is God is?. Easy to understood that all person baptized by John the Baptist only Jesus has the Holy Spirit descended from heaven like a dove upon him. Gen. 1:26- God is alone because in the old testament, many verses we can read God is one. One verses to sight in Zechariah 14:9. In the new testament/Good news God is only one in John 10:30.

In the book of Genesis wherein God from the beginning created the heaven & the earth, and He even created every thing, God created the fowls of the earth according to its kind, God created the birds according to its kind, God created the trees according to its kind, God created the fish according to its kind and the last God created man according to His image.

This are part of God's creation and He even planned of salvation before the creation begun ( 1 Peter 1:19-20) who verily foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times. Because God knows that the man that He created will be disobedient to Him that is why Before creating them, it was already there before foundation of the world, Salvation is already there for the future. Because when Adam & Eve disobeyed the command of God that if you ate the fruit specifically God mentioned that you will surely die! ( Romans 5:12) says because of ONE MAN sin enetered into the world, and by SIN, DEATH passeth to ALL, for ALL HAVE SINNED. And God shows us how he's gonna save mankind thru CLOTHING OF SKIN OF ANIMALS TO ADAM & EVE representing forgiveness of their SIN, This SKIN of the LAMB supposed to be key for their forgiveness for disobedience, this are the type & shadow of what GOD WILL DO TO SAVE MANKIND FROM THEIR SINS, BY OFFERING HIS HUMAN BODY IN THE PERSON OF CHRIST, ( 1 Timothy 3:16) God was manifest in the FLESH,( John 1:1-14) In the beginning was a WORD and the WORD was with GOD and the WORD was GOD and in V-14 and the WORD became FLESH. And it was prophesied by God himself ( Isaiah 7:14) A virgin shall conceived and bear a Son and His name shall be called Emannuelle which means God with us. So if there is a prophecy there must be a fulfillment and in ( Matthew 1:21-23)And she (MARY) shall bring forth a SON named Jesus for he shall save his people from their sins, because we are all BORN SINNERS ( Psalms 51:5) That is why God make a way to REACH US, TO SAVE US FROM OUR SINS, because if the plan of salvation does not HAPPENED TO US, does not apply to us we will be perished to eternal damnation from HELL, the CURSE which Adam & Eve we INHERIT IT! So the KEYS for this is to OBEY GOD'S WORD thru the BIBLE, because the Bible is our guide, our salvation because it is the Word of God (2 Timonthy 3:16) That is why if we donot believe in the Bible theres nothing to explain and our sharing will be useless. Matt Chapter1 is a wonder exsample of joseph allowing Gods will to be done in his life. He not only considered Mary shame but he allowed God to work the alsome miracle of the birth of his very on son Jesus Christ.who later became the savior of the world. what a exsample for us to say not my will but Gods will be done in our lives.

THE TRUE FAITH THAT MARY AND JOSEPH HAD IS A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE FOR US TODAY. WHO TODAY WOULD PUT THEIR LIVES AND PHYICAL NEEDS ON HOLD FOR YEARS FOR A CHILD? TODAY WHEN PEOPLE ARE KILLING THEIR UNBORN CHILDREN BECAUSE IT IS TO MUCH TROUBLE OR, TAKES ATTENTION OFF OF ME. (ME IS UM) HAS DISTROYED MANY INISANT LIVES. PUT GOD FIRST LIKE MARY AND JOSEPH DID AND REAP THE REWARDS THERE ARE MANY OF THEM.

Mary and Joseph both exercised great faith. Mary accepted the burden of bearing the child who would be the Messiah, knowing that when she appeared to be pregnant before she and Joseph came together, People would not understand and would assume the worst. Joseph did not understand when Mary returned from three months away at Elisabeth's home and all he knew was that he was not the one responsible. Since he was legally bound to her though the marriage had not been completed, he thought he would quietly divorce her rather than subject her to public shame. When, after the visit by the angel, he accepted the responsibility of being a husband to Mary and an earthly father to the child that she would bear, he accepted her shame as his own. She had done nothing to be ashamed of, for this holy Child was not conceived in the way the rest of us are. But human beings what they are, they must have assumed the worst. Joseph took her as his wife, and let people think what they would. The Bible says that he "knew her not" until the child was weaned. To all appearances, they looked like just another newly married couple. But their marital privileges were not enjoyed until after Jesus was weaned, which might have been a couple of years or more.

Hi Joie! I read your comment about Matt. 1 and appreciate some of your logic. I think there is another aspect you may want to consider. Our God is awesome and the ultimate of goodness. Humanity obviously has some drastic flaws which separate us from God. There was no human mediator qualified to represent us and restore our relationship with our God. Only a human aspect of God himself could do that. The Bible says, "The Word was God and became flesh,(Juan 1:1-14). If God's life could come into the first man created, he also could come into Mary to create the human Jesus who was the son of God and also the son of Mary. Hope this illustration fits you.

The named of my God is Jesus Christ and was not brought/delivered of a lady or a human being. Because of his announcements and his characteristics of what is God is? No. 1. Num. 23:19 - God is not a man, neither the son of man; 2. Hosea 11:9 - for I am God, and not man; 3. Malachi 3:6 - For I am the Lord, I change not; 4. Jh. 1:18 - No man hath seen God at any time. 5. Juan 3:6 - which is born of the flesh is flesh, born of the Spirit is Spirit; 6. Juan 4:24 - God is a Spirit; 7. I Tim. 1:17 - God is immortal, invisible; 8. James 1:17 - God is no variableness. So either (1) Joseph is Jesus's father, meaning Jesus is strsight from King David's line, OR (2) the Holy Ghost is Jesus's father.
If the Holy Ghost is the father, Joseph is not. But if Joseph is not the father, Jesus does not fulfill the prophecy, because the Messiah comes directly from King David's line. Which is it?

What "letter" of the law is being spoken of here? Is it the letter of the law that is indicated in the following scripture? 2 Peter 1:20-21 "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." Is it the "letter" of the law that is being spoken of in this scripture? 2 Timothy 3:15-17 "And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."

ALL SCRIPTURE includes old an new testament. Circumcision of the male organ is the judaizing factor which is ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY unless it involves the "CIRCUMCISION OF THE HEART FROM AN EVIL HEART OF UNBELIEF."

One of them is to remember to keep the sabbath day holy as a sign of Him as we await and prepare for His coming. the catholic church changed the calendar to sunday, the first day of the week and the catholics will boast and brag quite boldly that they did because of their IMMENSE POWER. So much is their boldness that they berate protestants who SAY they believe the bible first and foremost for their not keeping the SCRIPTURAL SABBATH. Catholics despise what they call sola scriptura and if they see waffling or weakness or inadherence to the scriptures by those that SAY they adhere to scripture first and foremost, they take every opportunity to impugn their RESOLVE, because they SAY and DO NOT DO!

Put away yuor tradition and take up the tradition of GOD ACCORDING TO HIS WORD. HIS WORD IS PLAINLY TRUE. IF you can read it, you can rely on it, even if you do not fully understand it. Ask and YE shall receive will take care of that part. Any lesser standard of belief in HIS HOLY WORD, is accepting the traditions of men and those are the "LETTERS" that "KILL" and those are what JESUS DECRIED AND BERATED THE PHARISEES ABOUT.

Its because the wages of sin is death,and we have been saved from this judgment because of our Lord JESUS who is Emmanuel which reminds us from this name that GOD IS WITH US no matter what challenges we might be going through ,for as long as we have accepted our Lord Jesus to be our Savior we will overcome

I know that Jesus lives, when he died on the cross and rose again, he died so that we may have a right to the tree of life, so glad that he did. It was necessary for Joseph to follow god's order.We still need our men to take their rightful place in the homes and the church. If men would be responsible like Joseph take responsible for being fathers to our children we would have a better world for our children. We need more Joseph's as role nodels for our childre.

Dave, if you read a little closer you will see that the birds fly in heaven everyday. So sending a man a little further up in to heaven is no big deal. In facts if you study the Bible you will find out that there are multiple heavens mentioned.

2 Chronicles 2:6 But who is able to build him an house, seeing the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain him? who am I then, that I should build him an house, save only to burn sacrifice before him?

You see God is not waiting in outer space for men to reach Him, He has already come down to men.

He came to give you life if you will receive it.
