Matthew 21:42 All the people who refused to believe in the Son of God Jesus Christ today must one day look for Him. therefore, believe in Him now that you still have the chance tomorrow may be too late.
Gidget, pray for your adult children. Pray that God sends them friends that are Christian. Pray believing that God is going to do great things in their lives. Thank him for the things He is going to do ahead of time. Never give up. Praise God for all He is going to do. Does your Bible have a concordance? Look up prayer, believing. Jesus talks about prayers that get answered and thanking Him before you get the answer. Believe. God works in marvelous and mysterious ways in His time. Matthew 21:22 says,And all things, whatsoever he shall ask in prayer, believing, he shall receive.

Part 1 of 2: Hello Patricia Cannon: I do not understand your point. However, love does not mean that correction, and reproof is not done. You are right Jesus did things in love. However, he also got angry at man during his walk here on Earth and frustrated with man, Matthew 21: 12. Sometimes love hurts, especially when you are telling the truth. There have been times that they sought to kill Jesus because he told the truth, Luke 4: 30 is just one example. We are living in a time when people do not want to endure sound doctrine. They want teachers, preachers, and prophets to always speak of love, money, and prosperity, 2 Timothy 4: 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears
This verse has really blessed my and has encouraged my faith to God as for sure i believe He usually listen to the prays of His people and answers them. This is very strong verse that shows God is concerned with His people who pray Him with TRUETH and SPIRIT.

PUT ALL YOUR TRUST IN OUR HEAVENLY FATHER, PRAYING IN THE NAME OF JESUS, BELIEVING THAT HE RECEIVED OUR PRAYERS AND NOT ONLY WILL HE ANSWER THEM, BUT BELIEVE THAT HE IS ABLE TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PRAYED FOR WITH YOUR WHOLE HEART, AND SPEAK ON THOSE THINGS AS YOU ALREADY RECEIVED IT, IN THE NATURAL, BECAUSE YOU ALREADY RECEIVED IT IN THE SPIRIT. BE BLESSED AND JUST BELIEVE
I gamble my life here in Dubai to find a greener pastures for my family. I 've got 2 weeks left to exit, but God granted my prayer even without having my license yet as a nurse. It 's my only interview after 6 weeks of looking for a job, God is such amazing in His perfect time. Just believe in Him because He know the desires of our heart. Thank you Lord....
Dear Elizabeth. I am glad u understand the deity of Christ, that He is in fact God. Here though He is on earth during that time when He came through the virgin 's womb to live as a man, and was tempted in all points like we are, and never sinned what is called His active obedience . So as a man, Christ entered the holy city riding upon a young donkey, fulfilling Old Testament prophecy Matthew gives many examples of this as his gospel is intended to present Messiah Jesus as King of the Jews. Hope this helps.
Dear Ngulube. The commentary by Wesley explains this seemingly apparent error. Also, the NAS translation is a help. The verse is saying that our Lord was riding on a young donkey, the foal of a beast of burden. Hope this helps.
He sat on an ** and its colt. What does this visual depict, except that He did not sit in the usual manner of man on an **?l believe that Jesus Christ sat on the ** as on a throne and His feet rested on the colt as His footstool, otherwise how coudl He ride on the one as the image depicts Him here while the Holy Writ says on two.l stand to be corrected!
I think the 2 He sent can only be the 2 of the 3 He took up the mountain.l am convinced one of them was Peter. However it is not of importance who He sent and that is why it is not mentioned in the Bible
I feel so lessed by this verse .He is a living God.What ever you ask and pray with faith he will give.He has plans for everyone of us keep on praying he 's not a dissapointing God if you ask for fish he wont give you snake,if you ask for bread he wont give you stones.
If we are not producing the fruits of the Spirit and living a holy and godly life, where God can use us. If we are not attached to the true vine, which is Christ Jesus, and are living a wicked life full of sin, it's just a matter of time, before God cuts us off and we wither up and die.Stay attached to the true vine and flourish and bring forth much fruit and prosper spiritually.
Matthew 21:12-13..."My Father's house shall be called a house of prayer". Think of it. Makes me feel guilty for not having done much for the Lord's house.Little wonder then people struggle so much with little or nothing to show for it.God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him... Hebrews 11:6.
watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will you Father forgive your trespasses.
Presumably, Jesus here is merely stating a scientific fact, rather than suggesting that it would be desirable for us all to have such faith.
Because St John says something similar, but in the context "Yes, faith can do anything, but it is worthless without love" (Charity, caritas, love):
"Though I have all Faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have no Charity, I am nothing." 1 Cor. xiii. 2.
James says that faith without works is worthless, but John's p***age implies that neither lead to salvation, but love does: James 2:14 "What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good[a] is that? 17 So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead".
he came into the temple that is our body...
And threw away all bad things and called us the temple of body. So in Christ all bad things bad habbits get erased
