Hi Godwin. In this passage (Ezekiel chapter 21), the prophet Ezekiel is announcing a grave warning to Judah (vv 20,25) about their future. The repetition of the word "overturn", or as in Hebrew, 'to overthrow/bring to ruin', is a warning & denunciation of Judah's kings, especially the last one (Zedekiah), that that kingly line will come to an end (v 26) because of their many transgressions (vv 24,25). So repeating the word 'overthrow' emphatically brings home the message, 'what the LORD says & commands, will occur & Judah (& Israel) should be warned'.

Verse 27: so the prophecy is that the line of the kings of Judah will end, "until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him." There was no king after Zedekiah, & even though history records that after their captivity in Babylon, some priests of the Asmonean race (not of Judah) assumed the title of kings, they, nor anyone else would have right to rule Judah until the One Whom the LORD appoints comes & sits on the Throne of David ( Zechariah 6:12,13; Luke 1:32,33; Daniel 7:13,14). The nation of Israel has been without a king, since they have rejected the Messiah of God, but the day will come when God will restore all things ( Ezekiel 20:40-44) and Israel will acknowledge Jesus: "For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." ( Matthew 23:39).

Here are the scriptures I found concerning dead, in regards to The church.

    John 5:19-21,

    Early church was instructed

    Matthew 10:8, Matthew 10:1-42,

    Matthew 8:22, Mark 16:17-18,

    Leviticus 21:1-4,

    Leviticus 21:10-12,

    Numbers 5:1-3, Numbers 19:11-22

Perhaps tradition started after early church hoping for miracle? Mark 7:6-9,

    Scripture concerning Apostles :

    Romans 1:1, Colossians 1:1, 1 Corinthians 1:1, 1Peter 1:1, 2Timothy 1:1, Galatians 1:1, 2 Corinthians 12:12,

    * 1 Corinthians 12:27-28, 1 Corinthians 12, in context*

I'd like to add to what Chris stated. I am not Catholic nor Roman Catholic, however I took communion with my aunt & former boss (a high ranking political figure). After several times in attending & participating in two different states, whenever I had to accompany my former boss on Sundays, or visiting my Aunt Holidays or Sundays, maybe multiple years. All of a sudden, I was no longer allowed to participate, in either state because I "wasn't Catholic" that seems very wrong on multiple levels. Here's additional scripture:

1st: we're told to exam ourselves, before Communion, not other's to allow or disallow. 1 Corinthians 11:28-31, Roman 14:1-4,

2nd: we are told to confess our sins to one another: James 5:16-17,

    3rd: John 6:37,

    4th: Matthew 23:9-10,

5th: 1 Timothy 4:1-6, "doctrines of devils" forbidding marriage?

However the Catholic church is well-known for hospitals, ministry to needy 1 John 1:25-27, Matthew 25:31-46,

& we're called to love one another: John 13:35,

    Hopefully these are also helpful.

    Brother David:

Matthew 5:25 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not thy whole body cast into GEHENNA (translated hell).

When Jesus was on earth Gehenna was the dump ground for Jerusalem where all the trash, garbage and bodies of dead criminals was dumped. It was on fire to DESTROY. Worms were there eating the dead flesh. As long as there was new fuel being dumped there, the worms never died nor was the fire ever quenched. It's a city park now, the is no longer worms or a fire.

Jesus was using Gehenna as an analogy, not something literal. If Jesus meant for you to take it literally, why aren't you missing eyes, hands and feet, that you have cut off and plucked out, to stay out of HELL.

    Matthew 5:30

    Matthew 10:28

    Matthew 23:15

    Matthew 23:33

    Mark 9:43

    Mark 9:45

    Mark 9:47

    Luke 12:5

    Matthew 5:22

    Matthew 18:9

    James 3:6

All the verses have GEHENNA translated as HELL

Here are the scriptures in the Old testament that refer to Hinnom.

    Nehemiah 11:30

    Joshua 15:8

    Joshua 18:16

    2 Kings 23:10

    2 Chronicles 28:3

    2 Chronicles 33:6

    Jeremiah 7:31

    Jeremiah 7:32

    Jeremiah 19:2

    Jeremiah 19:6

    Jeremiah 32:35

None of the scriptures have anything to do with the CHRISTIAN HELL.

    Hi Dan.

Would you say plain people is one without the Holyspirit? if he has the Holyspirit he's not plain!! He has a helper and a truth revealer.

1 Corinthians 2:12-14. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. The Carnal mind can't understand what is written literal.

Here's The commandment Christ is speaking of-

John 15:12. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

And this is not done by you, It is the Holyspirit that causes you to Love by virtue. This is a fruit. You can't produce fruit, You bare it by being connected to the vine. The Law could never Change the inner Man. Fruitl is interior!

Here's the concept. Matthew 23:25-26. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.

Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

Jesus is not talking about the Law because noone has been able to keep the law if so there was no need of a mercy seat that pointed to Christ.

The law was given to Israel and there was no tolerance in keeping it. It was the ministry of condemnation. If you break one you broken them all and if you do it once you're forever lost if you're not covered by the Lambs blood.

    Colossians 2:13-14.

    Romans 7:10.

    Romans 7:11.

    Romans 7:12.

The first sabbath that was broken when the law was given a couple was stoned to death for gathering sticks.

    As plain as it gets.

    God bless.

    Hi Sister GiGi.

    Thanks for the reply.

You are absolutely right, Revelation Ch 2 and 3, is a great study for the Church, and it instructs us in the right direction and shows us what's lacking. I can see some truth in what Matt is saying, Today some seem to want to sit around and talk over scripture in a round table setting with no virtue from the discussion. There seems to be a push to excuse or accept anything as long as one "says" he or she loves Jesus. A true believer shouldn't be totally lacking in fruit barren. When we feed on the "sincere" word whether by reading or one's teaching and we seek truth there should be spiritual growth at some point. We often quote and misuse 1 John 2:27. here I think John is talking about the Spirit giving revelation. Because the Lord gifted the Church with teachers and if their message is true there is a spiritual growth goes on that we have no control of, it's a leading out to green pasture. If the message is false we flee! That's revealed by the Spirit as well.

Luke 17:20-21. I hold the view that the Lord is saying in their midst. The kingdom of God is not coming the way the Pharisees expected. it want be with observation where he would come and usher out the Romans. God was ruling in the hearts of some people and the king was standing in front of them. John the baptist said in Matthew 3:1-2. In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,

And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. and also Jesus Matthew 4:17. From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. However they rejected their king, "He will return". Matthew 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. we do know they seen him again, What this means is behold him as a nation. And that will be done in the Millennium when he sits on David's throne.

    God bless you.

Sister Sacha, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and His understanding.

    Judgement is not punishment.

Psalms 89:14 Justice and judgement are the habitation of thy throne, mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

Psalms 37:28 For the LORD loveth judgement .....

Matthew 23:23 Woe unto to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites .....and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, JUDGEMENT, MERCY, and FAITH .......

    Wrath and indignation are punishments.

The Father put all HIS wrath and indignation upon Christ, so man would not have to suffer God's wrath and indignation.

Revelation 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the LAMB are the TEMPLE of it.

Revelation 15:5 And I looked, and, behold, the TEMPLE of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

We know that Revelation is the revealing of Jesus Christ. When John came preaching the kingdom of God, the TEMPLE of the tabernacle of the testimony was opened to man.

Revelation 15:6 And the seven angels came out of the TEMPLE (Lord God Almighty), having the seven plagues, clothed in pure white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

Revelation 15:7 And one of the four living creatures (one of the living creatures is MAN) gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials (sins of mankind) full of the WRATH OF GOD, who liveth for ever and ever.

Revelation 15:8 And the TEMPLE of God (THE LAMB) was filled with smoke from the glory of God (the Father), and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the TEMPLE (INTO CHRIST), till the seven plagues (WRATH AND INDIGNATION of God was poured out on Christ) of the seven angels we fulfilled.

After Christ (THE TEMPLE) was resurrected, then man could enter into the TEMPLE (INTO CHRIST).

    God bless you.

Thank you Brother Carleton, now I understand what you are asking or saying.

Where do we as bearers of light start. We can not TRULY start anywhere until we ourselves know TRUTH.

Matthew 23:15 Woe unto you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him two fold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Mark 8:15 And he charged them saying, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and the leaven of Herod.

Galatians 5:9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

Our churches send out men that have no spiritual knowledge and make converts like themselves, converts with no spiritual knowledge.

We as light bearers are to start with those God places in our path. If someone ask you for money give it to them, with no expectations. If they are hunger fed them, with no expectations, if they steal you coat give them also your cloak, with no expectations, if they physically abuse you lift not your hand, if they verbally abuse you lift not your voice.

People see more than they hear.

Doing these things on a day to day basis will cause them to ASK concerning your actions, now you can plant a SEED, and that may be all you ever do, but God will CAUSE that seed to be watered by someone else.

Ephesians 1:10 That in the dispensation of the FULNESS OF TIMES (more than the lifespan we live) he might gather together IN ONE all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth, IN HIM.

My two grandmothers were exact opposites of each other, one PREACHED heaven and hell to me on a daily basis, the other never said a word but live a visible life of Christ, guess who impacted my life the most.

    Isaiah 58:1-14, Daniel 1:5-20, Daniel 10:2-4, Matthew 6:16-18, Matthew 4:1-2, Exodus 34:28, Judges 13:1-5,7,14,

I hope these scriptures give you some insight on a few perspectives, examples related.

I have heard many fast by not eating meat or sweets, mostly vegetables. Some turn off T.V., radio or other habits. Some have done all liquid only, such as broths, juices etc. Most people won't recommend a total fast, but some will do a 3 day no food or liquid fast.

I personally recommend you seek GOD fully before you do any fast. If you feel led by the HOLY SPIRIT to fast HE will help you. It is a very personal thing & if you don't feel personally led, I recommend you wait. Matthew 23:1-4,

There are moments to humble yourself, seek GOD's face in a powerful way, to teach yourself submission, break stronghold habits, difficult choices, impossible situations, etc. Trust the LORD to lead you, sustain you & keep you.

More scriptures to consider. Matthew 17:14-21, Mark 9:16-29,

yes it is real, these are just a few examples of Jesus talking about hell,

Matthew 23:33 "Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?"

Matthew 5:29 "And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell."

    I Samuel 2:17

When you commit suicide, YOU prevent the plans God had for your life, from ever happening.

IF you received Jesus as your Savior and Lord as it says in John chapter 3,

Jesus gave you the Holy Spirit to be your HELPER; and to COMFORT YOU, TEACH YOU about Jesus.

    3. Respond: Believe, Repent, Confess, Accept Jesus as Lord and Savior

To be saved, we must believe that Jesus is Lord and believe that He died for our sins. This confession acknowledges before God that we are unable to attain righteousness on our own and that we accept His plan for our lives.

    PRAY THIS PRAYER WITH SINCERITY

"Dear God, I believe in you and that your Son, Jesus Christ, is Lord. I believe in His sacrifice for my sins and His resurrection from the dead. I repent and ask forgiveness for my sins and I'm deciding now to follow you. Please, come into my life through the gift of your Holy Spirit. It is in the Lord Jesus' name that I ask and receive, Amen."

    Be baptized

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

    PRAY:

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

My salvation testimony: I'm just going to tell the part you are interested in. I was into the Occult/Astrology for years. I wasn't saved in my heart anymore. My friend says "the Bible says this is wrong! and stomps out. All I can hear is the echo of her words. 1 Timothy 3:5

Jesus sent two visions to me. Revelation 1:18.

I saw him on a white horse. He stared right thru me and he wasn't smiling.

I read for an hour from the Bible about astrologers. It has a DEATH PENALTY. I laid my head on the Bible and said I deserve to die. Then I saw HELL in the 2nd vision. It is dense twisted roots, you can't move. It's dark, no light. Everything screams!

    Luke 16:19-31, Matthew 23:33

    Matthew 25:41-46

    Mark 9:43

Satan is real. He wants us dead, to hurt Jesus.

Don't go there. They don't sleep. Just scream!

Basic Distinctions between Prophecy and the Mystery (C.R. Stam) - continued:

    8) Prophecy mainly concerns nations as such ( Isaiah 2:4; Ezekiel 37:21-22)

Rightly Divided ( 2 Timothy 2:15) From "Things That DIFFER!":

    8) The Mystery Concerns individuals ( Romans 10:12-13; 2 Corinthians 5:14-17)

    9) Prophecy concerns blessings, both material and spiritual, on earth ( Isaiah 2:3-4; Isaiah 11:1-9; etc.)

    RDf

    9) The Mystery Concerns "all spiritual blessings in The Heavenlies" ( Ephesians 1:3; Colossians 3:1-3)

    10) Prophecy concerns Christ's Coming to the earth ( Isaiah 59:20; Zechariah 14:4)

    RDf

    10) The Mystery Explains Christ's absence from the earth ( Ephesians 1:20-24; Colossians 3:1-3)

    11) In prophecy, salvation by Grace through faith alone is not contemplated ( Matthew 28:19-20; Matthew 23:1-3; Luke 7:29-30; Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; James 2:17)

    RDf

    11) Salvation "By GRACE Through faith" Alone lies at The Very Heart Of The Mystery! ( Romans 3:21-26; Romans 4:5; Ephesians 2:8-9)

    12) The proclamation of the prophetic program committed particularly to the twelve ( Matthew 10:5-7; Acts 1:6-8; Acts 3:19-26)

    RDf

    12) The proclamation of The Mystery program committed particularly to Paul ( Ephesians 3:1-3; Ephesians 3:8-9; Colossians 1:24-27)

    13) The prophetic program revealed through many of God's servants Luke 1:70; 2 Peter 1:21)

    RDf

    13) The Mystery revealed through one man: Paul! ( Galatians 1:1; Galatians 1:11-12; Galatians 2:2; Galatians 2:7; Galatians 2:9; Ephesians 3:2-3)

    14) Old Testament writers frequently did not understand the prophecies made through them ( Daniel 12:8-10; 1 Peter 1:10-12)

    RDf

    14) Paul Both understood And longed that others might understand The Mystery revealed through him ( Ephesians 1:15-23; Ephesians 3:14-21; Colossians 1:9-10; Colossians 2:1-3)

    Righteous Judgment

    ** John 7:24 **

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

    2 Thessalonians 1:5

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

    Romans 2:5

    But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

    1 John 3:7

Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

    Ezekiel 3:21

Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.

    Matthew 10:41

He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

    Matthew 23:28

Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

    John 5:22

For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

Once I got busted by Jesus for judging. We were street ministering; and all the Catholics would drive by the Catholic Church, tip their beers and holler out the priests names. honk the horn at us :/

The Holy Spirit leaned on me and said quietly but no nonsense..DO NOT JUDGE !

All you can do is fall down and say YESSIR!!!

Answering some questions (just a passerby looking for something) and thought I'd offer some unsolicited thoughts.

Q: "I never understand Why people want to know what Not Canonized scripture means?

WHY is not the King James Bible good enough for you?"

A:The Apocrypha was in the King James Bible up until the 19th century and in speaking of Ecclesiasticus, it was regarded as practical wisdom in the least and holy writ at most depending on which church "father" you regard. James, as in the brother of our Messiah, for instance, appears to reference the book several times in his epistle.

    Next question...

Who is Esau? Two passages and one non-Biblical source to get your journey started...

    1) Ezekiel 35

    2) Obadiah

    3) The Jewish Encyclopedia, 1925 edition, Volume 5, page 41...

And you will have your answer...there is a reason why Yahushua (Jesus) said these things:

    Matthew 12:34

34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

And John the Baptist said it as well - arriving to TWO WITNESSES.

    And this:

    John 7:19

19 Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?

    -------------------

And ultimately, Jesus uses the same exact language to accuse the Pharisees as He does to mystery Babylon (which is the rulers of our generation - exciting times!):

    Matthew 23:35

35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

    Revelation 16:6

6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

    Revelation 18:24

24 And in her was found the BLOOD OF PROPHETS, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth...

And oh so much more if one had a mind to just look!

    You're welcome!

Precious friend, IMKane: "Paul seems to be saying there were TWO gospels." Yes, Biblically Correct! Note the following 'Dispensational' Differences Between God's TWO Gospels:

Part I Gospel of the kingdom =

Gospel of the circumcision ( Galatians 2:7; Acts 3:25-26; Genesis 17:9-14)

Preached by John, Jesus, and the 12 ( Matthew 3:2; Matthew 4:17; Matthew 4:23; Matthew 9:35; Matthew 10:5-8)

The Prophecy Program for the Jews ( Luke 1:32-33; Luke 3:19-26; Daniel 2:44; James 1:1)

Preaching of The Cross as historical ( Acts 2:23,36; Acts 3:14-15; Acts 5:30)

    Gospel to be believed = Christ's Name ( Matthew 16:16; John 20:31; 1 John 5:13)

Salvation by faith and water baptism ( Mark 1-4; Mark 16:16; Luke 7:29-30; Acts 2:38)

Justification without works is dead ( James 2:17; James 2:20; James 2:24; James 2:26)

Repentance emphasized along with faith ( Mark 1:15; Luke 3:8-14; Acts 3:19)

    Reconciliation not mentioned.

    Covers Matthew - Acts 8, then Tribulation ( Acts 3:19-21; Acts 8:12; Matthew 24:14)

Under The Law ( Matthew 5:17; Matthew 8:4; Matthew 23:2-3)

    Good works will follow salvation ( Matthew 7:15-20; 1 John 2:3-5; 1 John 2:29; 1 John 3:7,10)

Rightly Divided From ( 2 Timothy 2:15) From "Things That DIFFER!":

    Gospel Of GRACE

Re: observance of the Law. Matthew 23:1-3, "All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not." The Scribes & Pharisees who "sat in Moses' seat" were certainly not representative of Moses' giving of the Law nor of its proper application, but the Lord spoke of obedience to it in respect to the Law that was given & not with the pharisaical 'heavy burdens' they placed on the people. And to this, the Lord attested in Matthew 15:1-9, that they transgressed God's Command by their traditions. So, I believe that the Commands of Christ were none of these, but the True Law of God & that which Jesus gave to His disciples: that of love, humility, sacrifice, service, etc. The things which the religious leaders knew little or nothing about.

Then, was the accusation against Paul correct (in Acts 21:18-21)? We're not told, nor does Paul refute it. But as far as Paul's consideration of the Law in the Light of the Cross, we can understand that he believed that under the New Covenant, the Old was abrogated ( Romans 7:4-6), as maybe seen in Acts 21:21, in the accusation of him forsaking "Moses'" (Law). Whether the Jew as under the Law & the Gentile was not, once both came INTO Christ (that mystery), they were released from the law & dead works by faith in Jesus & water baptism was the declaration of that breaking away & cleaving to the Risen One. Water baptism was the ultimate defining witness of a hell-bound soul now entering into a life with Christ. Why should this apply to a Jewish convert & not a Gentile, I cannot find in the Scriptures; considering that Gentiles were also baptised in water in the NT. May the Lord guide us in this matter.

Precious brother Chris, I appreciate your Great discussion with me. I have posted for several years, and you are The Very First to consider/discuss these things. The rest have just written me off as confused or a heretic (denying Acts 2:38). So, in my understanding of (NOT denying) it:

I believe Paul "did baptize some" during God's Transition from Law (with water) to HIS PURE GRACE (Without water!). Most think that the great commission to the Twelve apostles of Israel, is 'exactly the same' as the commission to Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles. This does not make sense since CHRIST told the Twelve THEY "WERE SENT"

    to baptize, while CHRIST told Paul he "WAS NOT SENT to baptize." {the same thing?}

I cannot reconcile that for today, because God Gave Paul A 'Different' Program, The Revelation Of The MYSTERY, With The Gospel Of GRACE, And the "commission of Reconciliation" Because of CHRIST's Finished Work on The Cross!

    ( Romans 16:25) ( Colossians 1:20) ( 2 Corinthians 5:17-21) + ( 2 Corinthians 6:2)

Thus, I believe This "Hid In God" Revelation ( Ephesians 3:9) Must Be:

Rightly Divided ( 2 Timothy 2:15) From "Things That DIFFER!":

Many 'assume' The Gospel Of GRACE was Immediately preached after the cross, but

    closer Prayerful/Careful examination reveals:

    1) LAW was preached, obeyed, and taught to "thousand of Jewish believers"

( Matthew 28:19-20) Notice: Christ Specifically Said "teaching them TO OBSERVE ALL things I HAVE COMMANDED you" - one of them was Matthew 23:1-3, Correct?

    2) Water baptized Jewish believers OBEYED ALL CHRIST's Commands, SOLD EVERYTHING, And were "zealous of The LAW," even as late as Acts 21:20!

    3) IF the great commission IS FOR US today, then I see NO ONE "obeying it as these were!"

Thus, Chris, I just cannot reconcile LAW "being Exactly THE SAME as" GRACE ( Romans 11:6)

More 'available' on church birthday, and The ONE Baptism {a 'verse for annulment of water'?} "study" of today, IF you wish... Thanks Again, and Be Well, Precious brother!

    Amen Brother Jess.

I believe everything you just said.

I believe the level of fruitfulness behind the works of a believer is important. The purpose behind the action, Is it inward or an outward performance of self glory or righteousness. As the Lord said to the Pharisees.

" Matthew 23:26. Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also."

As well as obedience to the will of God.

Luke 12:47-48. And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

I believe a non believer will be judged by their deeds APART from the atonement of the provided sacrificial Lamb of God.

Possibly divided by what by what they heard or seen.

Luke 10:13-16. Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.

But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.

And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.

He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

    God bless.

Hello Samuel. Psalm 82 is a clear condemnation to the unjust judges of Israel & their rulers. Where we see "gods" in verses 1 & 6, in Hebrew it is 'Elohim', otherwise rendered as god, divines, judges & rulers. In this Psalm, 'gods' clearly refers to judges who judged unjustly (vv 2-5) & would therefore hear their Judge (the LORD) pronounce their verdict of death (vv 6,7).

Jesus, in John 10:34 quotes this Psalm. You might remember the occasion: the Jews took up stones to stone Jesus for blasphemy (i.e. they believed that Jesus was a mere man & not on equal terms with God). Then Jesus responded to them: "Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?" As it was in Psalm 82, so the same condemnation is given by Jesus here, to these Jews who came 'upholding the Law & determining whether a man be condemned or not'. As God condemned those unjust judges in the Psalm, so Jesus is telling them that if they are in a position of being His judge now, why should they condemn Him for being the Son of God, One Who did God's Works in the Name & Power of God Almighty? ( John 10:34-38).

I share this extra bit on John 10 to give the connection with Psalm 82, as Jesus referred to it, that the Elohim spoken of there, applied even now, as these Jewish leaders behaved no differently to those judges in the Psalm, who judged unjustly & not with righteous judgement. And because of their responsible position, judges, society leaders & spiritual leaders who behave wickedly will receive the greater condemnation ( Matthew 23:14,23).

    Hi Diane.

You've been a blessing from what I have seen. I had to go back and look at my message and it did look aimed at you and I apologize, I was using what you said to urge the brethren to contend for the faith and move on to maturity. It was an opening, but I should have been careful the way I presented it so it wouldn't seem personal, Let there light shine on Him that's in the midst of the LAMPSTAND.

I urge us to be careful because these attacks is not flesh and blood.

And I read your post concerning this as well. And it is true.

I believe Some is put on this site to teach if not it wouldn't be under such attacks.

I believe Satan is behind the scene on the distractions and lack of focus on the Gospel.

Ephesians 5:6-11. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

    Here's a look at a hypocrite.

Regeneration is in the HEART!! and will be manifested in our walk.

God bless you and all you do.

and keep up the great work.

Not saying your picks are wrong some of them may be part of it. There is nothing wrong with searching for the truth. But more importantly, us being ready when Jesus comes. There are a lot of teachings out there and some are misleading. Doctrines are made by using prophecies that have been fulfilled, confusing great tribulation with the wrath of God, and more.

Have we exalted the last of the Christians more worthy to be saved from tribulation than 2000 years of Christians who were beheaded, burned alive, and more horrible deaths than we can even imagine, all of them dying in faith for Jesus' sake, they endured to the end?

Why should we be better than them? Matthew 23:12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

The beast comes out of the bottomless pit, a king, the angel of the bottomless pit whose name means destruction. Angels are locked in chains of darkness until the judgment of the great day? These angels defiled the entire creation before the flood and God locked them up. Also, the angels cast out in Revelation 12, we have as Jesus said as the days of Noah, a time of trouble we can not imagine.

If Babylon is a mystery will we know until it is revealed and people are called out of her?

The beast will place himself above not just God our Father, but all gods of all religions, all that is worshiped, with the magnitude of power he will show, and with the false prophet, with sorcery, and power to give life unto the image and cause those to worship the image or be killed.

Since Jesus placed His blood on the holy place in heaven, there is no material temple on earth. Jesus in us, our body is the temple, the dwelling place of God. If a third temple is built, and if God has no use of it, how can there be an abomination of desolation, are people looking for something that cannot be, or has been already?

Just a little, keep studying, let the Holy Spirit be your guide.

    The 70 th Week

    Part 2

More scripture on Jesus first coming ( Luke 3:1-6) Tiberius Caesar was emperor from 14-37 A.D. Pontius Pilate ruled from 26-36 A.D. so the fifteenth year of Tiberius would have been 29-31 A.D. start of John the Baptist ministry. Jesus was baptized, then Jesus went into the wilderness for forty days, tempted by Satan. Then His ministry started. They put John B in jail and later beheaded him. Not long after, in John 2, Jesus was in Cana of Galilee at the wedding and after in John 2:13, the Passover was at hand. This would place it just before spring of 29-31 A.D. maybe a month before the Passover.

( Daniel 9:26), "after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off". The 7 weeks, 49/48.3 years that are not counted. This was when the restoration and repairing of the walls, streets, and gates of the city of Jerusalem by Ezra and Nehemiah ( Nehemiah 2:8-17; 4:17). Troublous times when their enemies tried to stop the building ( Nehemiah 4:7) the first 7 weeks, 49 years, or 48.3 prophetical years of the prophecy. So, the main word here is after. The Messiah (Jesus) is cut off 7+62=69+3.5 years= 479.5 prophetical years with 3.5 years to go to 490 years 365-day years or 483 prophetical years

The other half of 9:26 tells us the people (Roman army) of the prince (Titus) "that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary" 70 AD. Titus did not want to destroy the temple, he wanted to make it a Roman temple but the army (people) set it on fire and destroyed it.

( Daniel 9:27). Jesus was here 3.5 years confirming the covenant to the lost sheep of Israel. When Jesus was cut off (crucified) in the middle of the week, He caused the Levitical law sacrifices and oblations to cease, no more animal sacrifices would be accepted by God, Jesus said the worship of God will no longer be accepted at the temple ( John 4:19-24), and the veil rent in half, ( Matthew 23:31-38) covers the second half of verse 9:27.

ABOUT ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION IN THE LAST SEVEN YEARS OF THIS CURRENT DEVIL'S WORLD

    Daniel 12:v. 11-12, and Matthew 23:v.15 and 21-22, and Revelation 1:v.1

11 And from the time that...the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. (there will be a gap of 30 days after the end of the second half of these last seven years of the Devil's word)

12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. ( Here a gap of 75 days after the end of the Abomination of Desolation, in fact A MYSTERIOUS DAY 1.335. The KINGDOM of GOD is established- Rev.11:15-18 - Aleluia! )

    Matthew 24:15 and 21-22 - JESUS WARNED -

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

21 For then shall be Great Tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And EXCEPT these days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

    Revelation 1:v.1

1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him, to shew unto His servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His angel unto His servant John:

Actually, the last week of this Devil's world is implicit or included in this last decade of the Devil's world.

    Greetings in Christ JESUS

    Richard Estrada

You are wrong. What prevails is the Word of God.

Chapter 7 reveals the number of FAITHFUL Israelites who will be saved, in fact they are the prophetic remnant of the 12 tribes of Israel, they will be saved from imminent dangers. As it is written, all Jews who do not have the seal of GOD on their foreheads will be grievously tormented, and their torment will be like the torment of the scorpion when it hurts man.

Furthermore, GOD will punish severily the unfaithful Jews, God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: believe in him whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the Truth, that they might be saved, so they all might be damned who believed not the truth - BELIEVED NOT IN JESUS -, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Yeah, except the sealed and faithful 144K, everyone else will believe in the esoteric, and kabbalistic, and spiritist messiah, a false messiah, Who will oppose and exalt himself above all that is called GOD, or that is worshipped; so that he as God will sit in the temple of GOD, shewing himself that he is God.

The prophetic message of JESUS will fulfil LITERALLY. As JESUS said: John 5:v.43-47:

43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if ANOTHER shall come in his own name (AN IMPOSTOR, A FALSE MESSIAH, A DECEIVER MESSIAH), him ye will receive.

    Matthew 23:v. 31-35

33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.

32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.

34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city, that

    Hi Jeannie.

You're not alone in this struggle, there's areas we continue to grow by praying and continuing in the word,

Our spiritual growth is increased by God, not our own efforts, That's one of the several things I never could do on my own, and compassion would just come from nowhere, It's the fruit of the spirit, we are to abide in Christ, We may be able to control the our actions externally but inwardly is where we need help,

Look what Jesus tells the Pharisees:

Matthew 23:25-28. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.

Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.

Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

There's a Devine connection between 2 true believers, a brotherhood created by the Lord himself. They have the same Spirit, connected to the same vine and have the same vine dresser,

When there seems to be some disconnect that want mend there is a chance someone is not connected to the vine,

This is a problem in the Christian community,

Different views of doctrine has exposed carnal or false Christians by hate that can be seen, It is something to be concerned with but it may be an area the Lord will have to deal with.

Proverbs 16:7. When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

    God bless.
