Understand this... National TV news is NOT going to report on this. On Jerusalem Post you might be able to find back stories.
They just came through being attacked every day on our tv's. We saw it.
It started on tv news (700 Club) we saw the Jews boarding and disembarking; Returning to Israel permanently. You have to prove you're a Jew to live there now.
Folks! Gods final countdown is ticking real fast. I suggest you get some Arthur E Bloomfield books and cram some prophesy, fast. The most accurate I have read.
The United States is going to do something that enrages the World at Large to hate our nation. I believe that was when President Trump made Jerusalem the center for the USA embassy. What happened 20 years ago?
The Jews Began to Return to Israel.

"The Day of The Lord" is not the Rapture.
The Rapture is first for the Church (not to be confused with Catholic). Christ will announce His arrival with a mighty trump. I'm thinking it's going to be loud, and people will see it and watch, but maybe only we see Him and hear. He will come with the clouds and we will go up to meet him. He calls us up. Believers who are alive will be taken to Heaven. He is the Bridegroom and the Church is the Bride so when you see this reference that's our turn. We have the Wedding Feast prepared and it is joyous and we are ready to get out of this horrible place. I am going to be watching from safety, because the horrors that are coming are hard to accept. I'm trying not to be excited for Everyone should be figuring it out because we are speeding up! Does anyone feel it?
The Day of The Lord is when He comes like a thief in the night. Everyone is evil and feeling content and there is peace, peace and then sudden destruction.
What was the significance of the Six-Day War? June 1967
At a time when Arab forces posed a significant threat to Israel's security, Israel's preemption in the Six-Day War dealt a decisive blow to their ability to carry out threats, especially by incapacitating Egypt's air force. Israel also captured territory held by Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, none of which was recaptured by military means. Calls by the United Nations (see United Nations Resolution 242) to return these territories in exchange for lasting peace laid the foundation for the "land for peace" formula underlying the Camp David Accords peace treaty between Israel and Egypt.
The Bible teaches that when Israel is in the land, that God gave through covenant with Abraham; to his heir by Sarah. NOT Ishmael. Ishmael had his own blessing by GOD, for power, wealth, princes. Genesis 16-18
In the past 20 years, the dispersed Jews, have RETURNED to Israel from all over the Planet. The Land prospers when Jews are in it. It has prospered and the entire world covets everything they have. Israel needs to build houses, they are building a pipeline to get more fresh water. The world opposes every thing they are doing on land God gave them forever. Two final things that HAS to happen, is for the Jews to LOVE the Land again. Refuse to give it up. Fight for it. The Final thing: is for the Jews to Love God again. The harder the world try's to get rid of the Jews; the tighter their grip on God will get. The Covenant and boundaries of Israel is a deed that is defined in the Bible. The Abrahamic Covenant. Read it. As we all know, the USA leaders are throwing in with the Palestinians, Russia, China, EU, and others to force Israel off the Land.
They just came through being attacked every day on our tv's. (See Part 2)
Genesis 15:16 shows how the Lord waits for evil to become fully complete before He acts to remove the people who cling to such evil.
1 Corinthians 11:27-32 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
2.A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
3.Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
4.One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
5.(For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
(A bishop is referring to elders who take on the role of teaching)
(A deacon is a service person, taking care of the physical things in the church so that the elders can concentrate on the spiritual teaching)
(A deaconess is the female version of a deacon)

Romans 8:3 For what the law COULD NOT DO, in that it was weak in the flesh, God sending his own Son, in the LIKENESS OF SINFUL FLESH, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Christ; the Spirit of GOD was made in the likeness of US (sinful flesh); therefore, sinful flesh (US) was CRUCIFIED on the CROSS WITH CHRIST. Christ rose AGAIN; therefore, we also arose with him, now in LIKENESS OF CHRIST.
John 8:51 Verily, verily, I say unto you, if a man keep my saying, he shall NEVER SEE DEATH.
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he who hath part in the FIRST RESURRECTION .......
You DIED and now LIVE IN CHRIST AND CHRIST IN YOU; you will never die again, you will just CHANGE BODIES.
I don't think you have to believe in the rapture or no other eschatology event.
Just believe in that what's written to be true. Believe in the gospel and build a personal relationship with the Lord. Go to him in faith and he will answer all questions in his time.
And it don't matter what religion you come out of, We all have been saved from something. "mostly self". God is faithful and stay in his word.
James 1:5-6. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
God bless
When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.
Romans 8:15
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Ephesians 1:5
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to HIMSELF, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Sacha, 'Abba' means Daddy :)
One night I had a dream. I saw Jesus's nailed to the cross on the ground. He looked into my eyes with so much love. I was angry because he had taken 2 people I loved so much. I picked up a rock and then I hit the nails in his hands. Every time I struck him, he would say, I Love You. I finally dropped the rock and fell over his chest and he held me. The dream ended.
I never felt abandoned again. I know I am loved perfectly, completely and forever.
You can have that too. There's a scripture about the spirit of adoption that will bless you. "When my father and mother abandon me; the Lord will take me up. He steps in to be the parent we don't have anymore. Your inheritance is in Jesus. Let go of your Dad. Let Jesus be your Daddy now. He is Lord of all. But he knows that we need a Dad in our daily lives: for a hug, counsel, direction, caution; ideas how to do things we can't manage.
He cares about us. You'll always have Him. You may drift sometimes, but He never turns away from us. Lean into Him and let Him heal your heart and memories.
He is as close, as we can accept.
You are His child now. I rejoice with you!
Seeing your question I can only give my own experiences. As I would say it is a bit personal.
So as I'm sure we all get goose bumps when we get cold. First the shiver then the feeling going out to your limbs creating the goose bumps.
First of all that was the only way I ever got "goose bumps" my whole life. After giving myself to the Lord and my life changing through amazing experiences. I know now when the Holy Spirit gets invigorated in me. First off is "when" I get this feeling in my body. Either if speaking to others about the Lord or Holy Bible, after prayer, while praising the Lord, casting out devils, etc, a tingling feeling flows throughout my body giving "goose bumps". Though it is not the natural because it is not from temperature or a "shiver". It comes when the Spirit is invigorated because of things that pertain to the Lord.
Again as this is kind of a personal thing and other people may have different experiences. Though seeing your question I just thought sharing my experiences with you may help you understand, or differentiate, the feelings of the Spirit of the Lord.
God Bless.
He showed us from the Bible that his corrections were Biblical. God expects parents to lead the children (not the opposite). We lead, as only we follow. Jesus calls to us, Follow Me.
Patience and purpose of the Lord, leads us through kid raising. I remember firm hugs, as many as I needed. There is power in a hug!
This year on Fathers Day, give your Dad a big hug. Thank him for being a leader. Hugs erase a multitude of mistakes.
I've been blessed all of my life. At age 5, God began showing me what He was like. What he liked, barely tolerated (lol), and how the world works: love, hate, apathy, good fellowship, being part of a church, community. He saved my life many times from death on a farm. I was into everything.
We can be as close to God as we desire. Talk to Him.
However, I also detect in your question that maybe those kids (now adults) are refusing to work & depending on govt or parental handouts to see them through. Without bringing up whether they received proper parental teaching & witness, I'm guessing that for some reason, whether because of laziness, misunderstanding the nature of wholesome work, or inability to find work, they are now in this predicament.
I feel, that as a parent, you should (& can) still do whatever possible to set them on the correct path of thinking of & doing work. Whether it is having a good in-depth chat, taking them for further professional counselling, or even helping them find work (any work) to get them busy, valuing what has been ordained for us to pursue. 2 Thessalonians 3:10, "For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat." The Apostle Paul certainly believed that to have a roof over our heads & food in our stomachs, then work was imperative. And even though, as a parent, the obvious & compelling thing to do is to give them money rather than see them do without, everything possible should be done to get the right work ethic into those floundering without work or lazy, so that they can stand on their own feet with a sense of responsibility & contributing to society. Or else, as I have seen too often, this no-work ethos will just continue to perpetuate into future generations.
How to shop for a household, stretch your grocery money. How to never have to wear green underwear (laundry); sew on a button. He balanced my checkbook for me to learn budgeting, paid the bills and saw what was leftover :(
I let him work for roofing companies. Cleaning restaurants, grandpa's gas station. I told him it was to teach him the value of an education because low paying jobs are hard, sweaty and exhausting.
When he turned 21, he purchased his first house (a new one). He's 42 now; has 13+ houses he rents out and maintains. Works full time at a 9/5 job, has a family. He's amazing! He's teaching his son the same things.
You have to make a personal commitment to give a kid the best start in life. Schools and even Churches don't teach that. Parents have to do it.
He got some traffic tickets at 16. He knew I couldn't pay for them. I took him to the County Clerks office so he could pay them out. He learned to obey traffic laws, young.
I love being a parent. If we'd just obey God and not skip over the hard parts that are time consuming; we won't have to launch the kid. They'll launch themselves.
Let them work some summer jobs. Swimming pools don't teach them anything. Driving a car is big time maintenance and expense; they must learn. Cut off the fun money and they'll want to get a job. If they demand cool clothes and shoes; let them get part-time jobs.
You have to cease to be their source. They have to see their source is THEMSELVES.
My kid got to keep all his money and budget it. He was broke some months. He got the hang of it pretty quick. He got better paying jobs as he could.
I told him that no one can take your home or car, as long as you have a job to secure your freedom.
He always had a job
Mishael
Psalms 147:3 - He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
1 Peter 5:7 - Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you.
Isaiah 61:1 - The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives (of sin), and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
John 14:27 - Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.
Psalms 73:26 - My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
Psalms 51:17 - The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
2 Corinthians 12:9 - And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Comment: God knows of our pain. Lay your sorrows at his feet. Give yours to Him (speak it), and receive His comfort, joy and healing. Never pick up what you've given to God. It's His now.
Thank you for your love.
If we then bear this pain & shed tears for our loved ones, our Father's pain for the lost & suffering must be unfathomable to our minds. We can rest assured that as we pray, He hears, & He will perform that which is perfect in His perfect Time. I will remember your mother-in-law & your fallen brother in prayer, that God's ministry will not only be special & precious to them but that you, your wife & others, will be kept at peace with praise & hope only upon the One Who does all things well. May God's Light continue to beam its blessed rays through you, dear brother.
And I realize that you have seen a lot of evidences of 'Christians doing whatever they like after being saved'. Clearly, this is not the Gospel & if that was preached to them, then the preacher will be held to account also. That's what we call, 'easy believism', when ultimately there is a mental assent without any real meaningful spiritual conviction & change. And this is difficult for another person to detect, as that type of 'Christian' can appear very Christian even mimicking the 'real deal'. The Scripture teaches & has always been the yearning of the apostles' hearts, that the readers of their epistles be warned of sin's damaging effects ( Romans 6:1-17) that any teaching or human belief that allows for sin & righteousness to cohabit together, is not of God & not what they were taught. And let's face it, we Christians do need regular reminders to stay on the path that leads to Heaven & not entertain sin that disrupts our holy relationship with the Godhead which could lead to painful discipline.
I apologize for the length of this response brother, but felt it necessary to lay out my belief, so you may know my understanding of the biblical Christian, that he is always in subjection to the Spirit's Word & Work, & his life both now & till the end, will bear testimony of the reality of that salvation experience he claims to have had.
Another example: what is a policeman? Is he not one who wears the uniform & badge, carries a firearm & gets his salary accordingly? But does he have to also behave, act & make judgements as one also? Some might say, 'No', if he is recognized as one (uniform, badge, salary) he is a policeman. I say that his conduct & judgements are also included. If he behaves as a thief, a rapist or murderer, his uniform & badge are worthless & he has lost that position & privilege. In a somewhat similar fashion, I see the 'Christian'. It is not only his confession & profession of faith, but also his behaviour & the working of the Spirit in his life. If no evidence of the operation of the Spirit (conviction, pleadings, etc.), no spiritual life in him, spurious faith, an imposter.
As far as the word, "Christian" goes. The disciples may have been Christian, if meaning, 'a follower of Christ', but certainly not in meaning under the New Covenant, as a "Spirit-indwelt follower of Christ" because if one is not Spirit-indwelt, the word 'Christian' is a misnomer. And they only became Christians from the Day of Pentecost.
