Those days will be shortened "after the tribulation" 42 month reign of the antichrist Rev 13:5 Mt 24:29-30 , Mark 13:24-27.Study line upon line precept upon precept,here a little and there a little.Don't hang all your hopes upon one verse and you will not be disappointed. it goes with what is happening today in my lifetime This prophecy spoken so long ago lets me know that Gods word stands true. I would to have a clarity on Matth25:20. Why Jesus warned them in that way? And why it shall be terrible for pregnant woman and nursing mothers?

Matthew chapter 24 verse 15. It indicates how near we are to the rapture. The Temple building is ready to be placed where the Jewish people want, it is only a matter of opportunity for the right time. They even are raising the red heifer for the first sacrifice! So Christian brothers and sisters, let us be near our Jesus, not looking anywhere but into his eyes. There will be turmoil everywhere around us, but we are protected in Him and by Him.Courage and faith until the end. It wont be easy but it will be worthwhile.

Yep, I think that Matthew 24:35 is the forunner to 1 Peter 1:25 which states "the word of the Lord endures forever. " Every so often Christias need to be reminded of this fact especially in light of many who 'd tell than that to observe the Lord 's teaching is akin to being Amish or living in the past. 2 Timothy 3 verse 16 says about as much regarding the soundness and enduring qualities of the Lord 's word.

Verse 3: - thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee - implies that those watching WILL know the hour. What Jesus Christ said here conflicts with what he told his Apostles in Jerusalem in Matthew 24:36 - But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. - Does Jesus Christ now know the hour himself and will reveal it to those watching? Does Jesus Christ now know the hour because he was counted worthy to open the scroll mentioned in Revelation Chapter 5:2 ? The important thing to get from this is that some people WILL know the hour!

This verse refers to the situation of wickedness in this world that will lead others to walk in hatred. today if you cant pay rent some landslord who are carried by the storm of hatred will never show grace to you

Originally i was one of many who believed once saved always saved, but not anymore. We have to endure to the end mainly turning away from sin, and walking in the spirit under grace through faith in christ our lord and savior, and not by the works of the law. This passage is crystal clear to me, and was spoken from Jesus. "And you will be hated by all for my names sake, but he who endures to the end shall be saved " Mathew 24:10 12 talks about many believers during tribulation that will fall away. Revelations 14:9-11 talks about the punishment to those that takes up the mark of the beast. Revelations 3:15,16 explains what Jesus will do to all the lukewarm believers. You are eitherwith him and God or with the enemy, the adversary, and there is no inbetween. Galatians 5:4 Hebrews 10:26 are important scriptures to consider as well. So basically, we have to endure to the very end by turning away from sins, and abiding by Jesus 's commands to love God with all our hearts, all our souls, all our strength, and to love our neighbors. Show unconditional love towards our brothers and sisters because "love " covers a multitude of sins 1Peter 4:8 this is Jesus 's greatest commandment of all. thanks you Vdnic,Diane, and Grants for sharing these awesome points I wish to share on very important scripture directly from the lips of Our Lord and Savoir the Son Of Jehovah not God and that 's in Matthew 24:4 "see that no one misleads you ". This was one of the first signs of the end. I pray for all those who have been mislead in believing that Jesus is God what disrespect to Jehovah and Jesus. Jesus came to honor His Father not become or take the position away!

Hey Dan, re- your question about what 24:19 is expressing: This will be the time as it explains to- run to the mountains and don 't look back, don 't grab the family photo albums or your favourite jewelry just go!! Go, Go Go! RUN! And what 24:19 is getting at is God help you if you are pregnant or breast feeding. The reasons why should be obvious.

Those that don 't believe Jesus in Matt.24 29-31, may fulfill Matt. 24:48-51. JESUS said we will be caught up AFTER the tribulation.
