That was the Kingdom representation on earth, that suffered violence

& the Violent took Him by force, was it also Prophetic to what was about to happen to Him? & other people that belong to the Kingdom of Heaven? Also the Prophets that suffered violence previously.

We all have free will. God wants us to come to him! We can choose to hear the message or reject it. Thats free will!

Jesus Christ shows us how he dealt with free will, when he was tempted by the devil

    Matthew 4:9

9And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. 11Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

Once we are saved, we still retain free will. When we are tempted by Satan (which will happen) will we respond like Jesus did?

    Let's hope we do!

    God Bless

The wild beast here at revelation 13 is identifying two beast. (is a Man's number #666... 1 John 5:19)

It speaks like a dragon (Satan the Devil is liken to a dragon Revelation 12:7-12.

The Devil and his demons tells lies.- Genesis 3- John 8:44; Matthew 4:1-11.

but believes and shudders- mark 1:23-26; James 2:19 )

Satan Gives this wild beast power, a seat (throne), great authority on the earth. this beast is fatally wounded, mortal wounds (Wars/Billions slaughtered).it speaks great things and blasphemies. (speaks against God, blaspheme his name. (Through the centuries bible translations has taken out God's name. "not this king James". those who translated the bible were not ordinary men but "religious leaders"- Psalm 83:18)

This wild beast was permitted to wage war with the holy ones and conquer them.

( Example:70 C.E Destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans. Hitler Germany concentration camp

slaughter holy ones from 1933 to 1945 etc. Religious leaders supported him and walked with Hitler holding up arms with him) has authority over every tribe, and people, and tongue,

    and nation.

    This wild beat descends out of the earth;

tells others to make an image. (what images can you think of?)

Those who refuse to worship this image to the wild beast is killed.

who are mislead by this man (#666 mark/more then one man) influenced by Satan the devil?

and who is mislead to worship and bow to this image?

All people (Follows the wild beast or with admiration, worships it)

    1. The rich

    2. The poor

    3. The free

    4. The slaves

This wild beast (This Man, a PERSON, He/This mark 666 has authority.

any man who had or has this mark) buys and sells

( Luke 4:6 This Wild beast is very rich from those worshiping and admiring him)

    Hope this helps

Precious friend, IMKane: "Paul seems to be saying there were TWO gospels." Yes, Biblically Correct! Note the following 'Dispensational' Differences Between God's TWO Gospels:

Part I Gospel of the kingdom =

Gospel of the circumcision ( Galatians 2:7; Acts 3:25-26; Genesis 17:9-14)

Preached by John, Jesus, and the 12 ( Matthew 3:2; Matthew 4:17; Matthew 4:23; Matthew 9:35; Matthew 10:5-8)

The Prophecy Program for the Jews ( Luke 1:32-33; Luke 3:19-26; Daniel 2:44; James 1:1)

Preaching of The Cross as historical ( Acts 2:23,36; Acts 3:14-15; Acts 5:30)

    Gospel to be believed = Christ's Name ( Matthew 16:16; John 20:31; 1 John 5:13)

Salvation by faith and water baptism ( Mark 1-4; Mark 16:16; Luke 7:29-30; Acts 2:38)

Justification without works is dead ( James 2:17; James 2:20; James 2:24; James 2:26)

Repentance emphasized along with faith ( Mark 1:15; Luke 3:8-14; Acts 3:19)

    Reconciliation not mentioned.

    Covers Matthew - Acts 8, then Tribulation ( Acts 3:19-21; Acts 8:12; Matthew 24:14)

Under The Law ( Matthew 5:17; Matthew 8:4; Matthew 23:2-3)

    Good works will follow salvation ( Matthew 7:15-20; 1 John 2:3-5; 1 John 2:29; 1 John 3:7,10)

Rightly Divided From ( 2 Timothy 2:15) From "Things That DIFFER!":

Precious brother Chris. So glad you brought up: "'Law Administration' is difficult to comprehend when water baptism was not part of the Law to Israel (except concerning the priesthood as a ritual cleansing)." In regards to this, you may find the following "view of Israel's priesthood" Very Interesting - thanks for your careful/prayerful consideration:

    {Borrowed from my 12 baptisms "study"}: ONE of Israel's various washings! Greek: Baptismos = ( Hebrews 9:10):

    4. Levitical priesthood baptism ( Exodus 29:4) ( Leviticus 8:6) ( Numbers 8:7). This washing was The Second Requirement { The First being: "NO blemish!" ( Leviticus 21:21) }, in order to become a priest under the Law of Moses! Is this baptism in any way connected To baptism # 9?:

    9. "water" baptism of repentance that John preached (Before The Cross), And Peter continued (After The Cross!), to preach! ( Matthew 3:5-6) ( Mark 1:4) ( Luke 3:3) ( John 1:31) ( Luke 7:29-30) ( Acts 10:37) ( Matthew 28:19) ( Mark 16:16) ( Acts 2:38) ( Acts 22:16) ( Ezekiel 36:25).

    a) Does this baptism "save" anyone ( Luke 7:29-30?)?

b1) Is this baptism in any way "connected" to baptism # 4?

b2) Wasn't John preparing National Israel for God's Promise For them "to be a nation of priests unto God" ( Exodus 19:6!)?

b3) Was not The Second Requirement for priesthood induction, Washing? { may require re-review of baptism #4! }.

b4) Did not CHRIST And The Twelve "heal" everyone in Israel who came to them, in order to meet "The FIRST Requirement" For the priesthood, that Of "NO blemish!"? ( Matthew 4:24) ( Acts 5:16) compare: ( Leviticus 21:21)

    John,

I would like to share my thoughts on verses 3 and 4. First, to answer the question on whether or not Jesus responded appropriately. I'm one of those people that believe everything Jesus did was perfect, so I would have to answer yes to that.

Now for verses 3 and 4:

Verses 3 and 4 is the first of three temptations. But let me say this first, that even though Satan was tempting Jesus, He could never give in to temptation. Satan starts off by saying, "If thou be the Son of God, command these stones be made bread."

If I may share some technical information with you, the word "if" in the Greek text is what is called the first class condition assumed to be true. It should be translated "since." But please know that when Satan was tempting Jesus, he was not tempting Him to prove that He was the Son of God.

Satan is saying (since) you are the Son of God, then do this: Misuse your authority. Misuse your position. Be disobedient to your heavenly Father. But please note that Satan is not asking Jesus to prove Himself to be the Son of God, but actually questioning Him, baiting Him to disobey the commandments of God.

Jesus answers in verse 4, which is a quote from Deuteronomy 8:3. He says man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from out of the mouth of God. So this was what Jesus said when Satan tried to tempt Him by saying, you are hungry, right? You see these stones? Turn them into bread, satisfy your hunger, since you are the Son of God.

Brother Adam, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

Jesus was not perfect, he came in the likeness of sinful flesh; But he was GIVEN the SPIRIT without MEASURE. This is how he could walk in the flesh and not sin. If he had only been given the down payment as we are given, he would have sinned as we do. If we were GIVEN the SPIRIT without MEASURE; NOW as he was, we could walk in the flesh and not sin.

We are only GIVEN the down payment NOW; but when we leave this body of flesh and put on the body of Christ (incorruption and immortality) we ALSO will be GIVEN the SPIRIT WITHOUT MEASURE.

When we return (second resurrection); with Christ, to judge the world; we will be able, as Christ, to walk in flesh and not sin. To judge the world in RIGHTEOUSNESS. We will be the FULLNESS of Christ.

You don't need help at all. All you need is the understanding that GOD left His throne and decided to be The Son of Man, The Son of GOD - He prepared a flesh HE named JESUS. Meaning to say, GOD, The Holy Ghost is JESUS CHRIST Himself (3in1). Whatever GOD responds is what comes first/ the reference/ the source/ everything. Whatever our understanding is or whatever we expect Him to say comes to nothing for we are just a bunch of nothingness. Even that jeopardy champion you mentioned doesn't even deserve a mention when we talk about Dearest LORD JESUS for no one else can't save us from confusion, from incurable sicknesses and diseases, heartbreaking problems, drug addiction, hell but GOD Himself.

Dearest JESUS sets a benchmark then we follow Him. If you choose to go the other way around, unfortunately, you'll be hell-bound.

    Matthew 19:21

"Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me."

Adam: I accept part of your answer, that it's a matter of faith. I don't accept that it's"odd" to ask such questions. Your response, if you will permit me, should be directed towards the meaning of the text, not me or my behavior. What does the text mean, that's my question. Your response is that it is a matter of faith. I can go along with that.

If we're tiny ants, then so was Jesus of Nazareth. He took on our nature to save us. Remember that incident where Jesus got mad and cursed the fig tree because it didn't have figs on it. The passage explains it wasn't even the season for figs. And interesting study is how Jesus own understanding of the world directly reflected the knowledge of that age. It's not like he was a superhuman genius while on earth (like that Jeopardy champion). (Actually there was a Far Side cartoon of God racking up millions on Jeopardy.)

I hope someone might be able to help me with verses three and four. I understand Jesus was hungry after fasting, but that's irrelevant to what the tempter demands Jesus to do, namely turn stones into bread. The answer to that question is either yes or no; anything else is an evasion. I agree with the statement that we do not live by bread alone--I'm good with that. But has Jesus really responded appropriately. I'd like to hear what others think.

Precious friend, Naresh. You do realize reading and studying are two different things? I would suggest "reading" to be 3-5 (or more, IF you wish...) chapters a day and that will take about a year to "read" the Whole Bible (KJV). This is good so that you can "...live By EVERY Word That Proceedeth Out Of The Mouth Of God." ( Deuteronomy 8:3) ( Matthew 4:4) ( Luke 4:4)

For life-long "studying" I recommend starting With: "What God Is Doing Today, Under GRACE, And Specifically WHO HE IS, And HIS Salvation For us," found in Romans Through Philemon, KJV, prayerfully And Carefully, and study According To The Following Bible "study" Rules: ( 1 Corinthians 14:40) ( 2 Timothy 2:15) ( Deuteronomy 4:2) ( Deuteronomy 12:32) ( Proverbs 30:5-6) ( Revelation 22:18-19 KJB!) ( Acts 17:11) ( Isaiah 28:10) ( 2 Timothy 3:16-17) ( 2 Timothy 3:16-17) ( 1 Corinthians 2:13)

The Best "Interpretive" Commentary On The Bible Is The BIBLE Itself!:

NEVER ever interpret The Many Plain Scriptures by the "few" difficult verses, But, ALWAYS Always Interpret the few Obscure/Difficult/Dubious verses By ALL Of The MANY Plain and Clear Passages Of God's Pure And Holy Word!

    Finally:

"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do ALL to The Glory Of God!" ( 1 Corinthians 10:31)

Naresh, hope this helps on your reading/studying journey, and saves you from a lot of Confusion of the enemy...

Precious Cowboy, no need to be sorry, thanks for stating your view. According To The Scriptures, The Age Of God's GRACE Has NOT Ended yet, With God removing ALL of HIS "ambassadors" ( 2 Corinthians 5:20) To Heaven, BEFORE Declaring War/Judgment/Wrath on an UNbelieving world. The Body Of CHRIST has Already had almost 2000 years of tribulation, but will BE COMFORTED At The Great GRACE Departure To Glory ( 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18). Amen? HIS Gospel Of GRACE Will End so that the Everlasting gospel of the kingdom can be preached during the "Time Of Jacob's {ISRAEL's} TROUBLE":

Which Gospel Makes Way For Which Gospel?

In The Revelation Of The MYSTERY, Paul preached The Gospel of GRACE, Which Is:

JESUS CHRIST, The SON Of God, Freely Gave HIS Life As A Sacrifice For our sins. HE Was Crucified, Buried, And Rose From the dead on the third day! ( 1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Paul wrote in ( Galatians 1:8) that if anyone, Including "AN ANGEL FROM HEAVEN, ... preach any Other gospel unto you than That Which we have preached unto you, let him Be ACCURSED!" Thus we know that this present predominantly Gentile church Must Be Removed {PRE-TOJT} to Allow the worldwide preaching of the gospel of the kingdom that Paul did Not preach to us...

Rightly Divided ( 2 Timothy 2:15) From "Things That DIFFER!":

...Making Way For HIS [Everlasting] gospel of the kingdom!:

JESUS Said in ( Matthew 24:14) "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." The gospel of the kingdom was "... Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!" ( Matthew 4:17).

When The MYSTERY Ends, And, God Resumes HIS Prophetic Program, The Everlasting gospel of the kingdom Will be preached by 144,000 "sealed" Jews, TWO powerful witnesses, AND, by an angel ( Revelation 14:6)

Conclusion: How can The Body Of CHRIST "enter Into JACOB's Trouble, with The Gospel Of GRACE," And, this angel NOT "be ACCURSED, preaching a DIFFERENT Gospel"? Amen?

    Hi.

    Part 1 of 2.

For our friends during their recovery we didn't depend on our own ability. We humbled ourselves and prayed and asked for prayer. We didn't demand anything or perform anything. WE PRAYED.

Now concerning Satan, There's several scripture that I keep in Mind.

    Here's just a few.

1 John 4:4. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU, THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD.

James 4:6-7. But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. RESIST THE DEVIL, and he will flee from you.

    And

    Romans 8:28-39.

    Ephesians 6:11-18.

I don't quarrel with Satan if I do I relieved myself of my Armor.

I don't mimic what Jesus did When he said

Matthew 4:10. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Jude 1:8-10. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

Jude 1:16-20. These are murmurers, complainers, WALKING AFTER THEIR OWN lusts; AND THEIR MOUTH SPEAKETH GREAT SWELLING WORDS, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

    But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

THESE BE THEY WHO SEPARATE THEMSELVES, SENSUAL, having not the Spirit.

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let US (not me) make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Sometimes people spend their time trying to prove someone else is wrong (must be worried) not leading others to believe in being (born again - new creature), (repentance - turn), faith - hope - charity. Heaven is real, (Hell - lake of fire is real Luke 16:23) Eternity is never ending. Mark 9:44, Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

The Bible is true, and it is certain that the mark of the beast is not the vaccine, nor is it the testing for C19.

The Bible tells us that the mark of the beast will be received willingly, but the vast majority who will receive it, will know nothing about it until it is too late.

In Revelation 18:23 we find the following text which is referring to modern day Babylon.

"for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived."

This word "sorceries" is strongs G5331 "pharmakeia" which is where the English word pharmacy has its roots.

The Biblical meaning in a nutshell, is the use or the administering of drugs.

There can be no doubt that the use and administering of drugs is one of the means by which the serpent uses to deceive "all nations."

And by this text we can know for sure that all the nations will be deceived into receiving the mark of the beast, but it is not the mark of the beast in and of itself.

We know this because the mark of the beast is determined by whom we worship.

The controversy which began in heaven was between Christ and Satan, and it is over the worship that rightfully belongs to Christ; it is that which Satan covets. The one thing that Satan desired from Christ when He came to the earth was His worship; and Satan was prepared to give everything for it. Matthew 4:8-9 proves this point, as does the following.

"If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation."[ Rev. 14:9, 10.] See also Revelation 13:15.

And so it is by worshipping the beast that we give homage to the god of this world, and in so doing we will receive his mark.

Our attention therefore, should be upon receiving the mark or the seal of the living God, for if we have His seal, then we shall never receive the mark of the beast.

Hello! Sorry to hear about your husband. Matthew 4:24 "And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them."

First, if he hasn't already, he needs to go to the doctor for antibiotics and ear drops. Second, here's something that relieved my pain when I had a toothache. I got it from a woman who used it for her little boy when he had the earache.

    1. Wet a washcloth in super hot water and wring it out.

    2. Put the washcloth in a mug and then put the mug in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds

    3. Have your husband put the cup near or over his ear, being careful not to let the hot washcloth touch his skin. This will relieve the pain and drain the pus inside the ear.

    4. Repeat until the earache is gone.

Remember, this home remedy is not to be used in place of going to the doctor for infection can linger without pain and lead to worse conditions.

    God bless.

Brother S Spencer, in your studies, would you please, find the Hebrew word that has been translated to the word Lucifer and see how it is defined in other scriptures. Man's belief that Lucifer was perfect contradicts other scriptures. If this is the only place that word is translated Lucifer? If it has another meaning, then maybe Lucifer was not perfect.

Job 26:13 By his SPIRIT he hath garnished the heavens, his hand hath FORMED (MADE) the crooked serpent.

Isaiah 27:1 In that day (TODAY) the LORD with sore and great and strong sword (THE WORD) shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and shall SLAY (kill by the word of God) the dragon that is in the sea (the sea represents us, Revelation 17:15). (We die daily by the word of God).

1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil (flesh); for the devil (flesh) committeth sin from the BEGINNING (not perfect and fell). For this purpose the Son of God was manifest, that he (SPIRIT) might destroy the works of the devil (FLESH).

From the (BEGINNING); Adam and all of us were FORMED (MADE) FLESH out of dust.

1 Corinthians 2:6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect (mature): yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the PRINCES OF THIS WORLD, that come to nought:

Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world (flesh), according to the PRINCE of the Power of the Air (flesh), the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience (flesh).

Mark 8:33 ....he rebuked Peter, saying, get thee behind me, Satan....

Peter was (flesh) not yet BORN AGAIN of the SPIRIT.

Matthew 4:1 Then Jesus was led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil (flesh).

Jesus was already BORN OF SPIRIT so the devil (flesh) had no power over him.

1 Corinthians 15:46 Howbeit that which was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural (flesh); and afterwards that which is spiritual.

Food for thought; the Spirit reveals.

Oseas, thanks for sharing your scripture and your interpretation of it. Yes, I read the scripture and believe it, but it does not say Eve had sex with satan. It is absolutely not there and not even close in my opinion.

It appears your primary source from which you hinge your theory is Jude 1:6-7. I encourage you to search 'What is the strange flesh in Jude 1:7?' on GotQuestions website. They did a thorough breakdown of this which I agree with.

I think the strange flesh in verse 7 is the unnatural homosexual behavior that took place within Sodom and Gomorrah, not relations with angels. Of course there was a visit from 2 angels there that the men wanted to have relations with, but they didn't know they were angels. Genesis 6:2-4. HEBREWS 13:2.

Secondly, the example of Jude 1:4-7 points out that God will punish those who disobey and deviate from God's plan for them.

Third, yes, the Bible has metaphors. Example: John 6:56. Eat flesh and drink blood. Have you literally given into cannibalism and eaten Jesus? And is that what it means? No, it's a metaphor. The bread symbolized it. Isaiah 64:8 - are you literally clay? Ezekiel 34:31 - are we a flock of sheep? Here's a simile: Matthew 10:16. 'as' sheep, 'as' serpents, 'as' wolves, which explains it's symbolic. So, when Jesus or God called humans satan were they actually satan or acting like satan? Jesus called Peter satan: Matthew 4:1. So, does that mean Peter was acting like satan or WAS satan? If he literally was satan why then did Jesus forgive him? Peter said he loved Jesus 3 times. Does satan love Jesus?

The other 2 verses you posted seem to serve confirmation bias for your theory, as they are general and are only used to reinforce the original misinterpretation.

    God bless...

I agree Norman, that John 3:16 states it plainly: that belief only in Christ is sufficient for us to not suffer condemnation. That it is faith only & nothing that can be added to it to make our salvation any more secure.

But if one understands that critical word, "belief", as simply believing in the existence of Jesus Christ as an historical person who walked on this Earth doing good & sharing the Words of God, then the question is: will that belief be sufficient to save? Is there anything more implied in that word, "belief", to convey to us the Mind of God in the sending of His Son for the sins of the world?

If then, those who "believe IN Him" need to demonstrate more than just a mental assent or a verbal acknowledgement of such a Person, what then does that word, "belief" imply & require of us? I see the word as an active pursuit, not a casual, laid back agreement of some phenomenon. To believe in someone or something, I would need to search out the matter to the point where I can indeed say with (some) assurance: 'now I have sufficient reasons for placing my belief or trust in...'. So, as much as "belief in Jesus" is a singular required act to gain eternal life, that "belief" must also be based on Who that Person is, His Teaching, His Declarations from God His Father, & His Work (both at that time of His speaking & of the future at the Cross).

Then Jesus' Own Words on repentance must figure as intrinsic to that "belief": Luke 13:1-5; Matthew 4:17; Mark 1:14,15. So, the "whosover believeth in Him should not perish" must include "repentance" in that "belief", or else believing in Christ is not real, at least insufficient to attain forgiveness & eternal life. So the word "belief" may indeed be a wonderful simple directive to attain salvation, yet the word is rich in meaning, requiring man's spiritual exercises in it, that give it full meaning & God's requirements.

    Brother Tito,

You state: the God you envision..and go on to say that God will forgive everyone even the bad ones, and that the gate to heaven is a Big as the complete works of the human race.

There is no scripture in the bible that backs what you say. You can envision anything - it doesn't mean it's true.

Please read the following bible verses spoken by Jesus. These verses are TRUE, as Jesus speaks the words of God!

    Matthew 4:17

"From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

    Luke 5:32

"I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

    Luke 13:3

"I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

As Christians we can believe in Jesus and God, but if we don't REPENT FROM SIN.we will PERISH!

    Believe these words from God.

    Matthew 13:41

"The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;"

    Matthew 13:42

"And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."

It's not what WE ENVISION it is what Jesus says.he speaks the WORDS of GOD!

    God Bless
