Nehmiah was a man of prayer, even before he told the king his request he prayed to God n God 's hand was strong on him when the king granted him his request. Secondly there is always n adversary or opposition after your favor

Nehemiah had a G . D vision and passion for a G . D course but not without opposition and amidst of critisism but he gave a wonderful answer which was an expression of his communion with God which generated the faith answer in verse 20.

A powerful chapter awesome

He was a visionary, he displayed good leadership

we need to sacrafice our way of thiking and not be selfish about what I believe is right. we must be willing to suffer for the right even though I am not wrong so someone may recieve

My understanding of chapter 2 is that when God gives you a vision, he also raises men and women to see the vision through.

Nehemiah was in a very dangerous situation when asking his King to rebuild his city wall. He was asking the king to rebuild the kings enemy's city.
But the beauty of all this lies in his exaltation of God in prayer.He submitted his worry to the Lord and God answered.

The Christians in the church today need a Nehemiah to lead them back to Gods way. I am saddened to think of how we Christians act and to know how GOD wants us to be. Just one example is the Sabbath keeping. It's just another day now
We wonder why our children seem to have little or no interest in GOD and it's our fault for not taking one day a week and rest and tell them about our GOD. Remember the Blue Law? What Happened to us?

prayer s very important in our christian life and nothing is imposible with god;as Nehemiah put his requests to the king all was granted to him because the Lord 's hand was upon him;thank God who hears prayers Nehemiah succeeded even if enemies came

Nehemiah honored and feared the Lord in that he saw the importance of the wall being rebuilt in order for fellowship and brotherly love to continue. Nehemiah focus was to please the Lord that he put his life that Christ had given him, he took a chance in the night hours to watch and pray and go in the night to check out the area for the rebuilding of the wall to the Lord. What a mighty and unselfish man of God. Then he told the men that he was building the wall unto the Lord and it was not being built unto the kings. Even when the men of the city faced off with him about who the wall was being built for, Nehemiah made it clear "unto God". Our daily life must be built unto God, not unto man. We must stay focused as Nehemiah did and see it though, In Jesus name.

i learn that i truely need to depend on god for advice and to really learn to trust in him specaily how to be a better parent a better counselor as to give christ advice

there is a peculiar act in verse 4 he prayed to God so he before the king boldly looked up or down and moved his lips in request of God for his desire.

The most profound words in Chapter 2 are "the good hand of hand of God upon me". When God's good hand is upon you, his grace, mercy, favor and love are upon you there is nothing good that mankind will withold from you. So it was with Nehemiah and the people of Judah. The people who did not want to see the people restored to their former state by God and to see God glorified (referring to Sanballat, Tobiah and Geshem (enemies of God) cannot stop you unless God removes his "good hand from you.

in my opinion nehemiah is a excellent builder.And he trust and rely on God.
