Numbers chapter 6 verse 5 ,explains the image of Nazaree how God is expecting them to be ,and the most part How Jesus Himself looks like.When I' saying Jesus remember on revelation how did they discribe Him and his hair.
The author of the New Testament was clearly influenced by the Book of Numbers chapters 5 and 6 in formulating the character of Jesus Christ. Chapter 5 describes the procedure for investigating a wife suspected of infidelity. Chapter 6 describes the procedure for taking the Nazarite Oath, thus giving the person a priestly status. Both these relate to Jesus Christ who is consequently described as being born in a non-existent place called Nazareth.
This is not applicable in present day christainity because Jesus Christ has brought a new testament the old has been made obsolete. All those things were the shadow of the real thing which we now have.Please read Hebrews chapters 7,8 & 9. God bless you
I was praying when I was ill, and listening to Stuart Towsend version of "it is well with my soul"and I felt God say "lift up your counternance" and the sense it would help me get well, as I felt awful I raised my head up and smiled as if to look up at Jesus and immediately i felt healing love, and crying I looked up the word countenance and found this in numbers, God blows my mind, praise be to God for He is good!
Know someone who shaved their head last year and it is in relation to Numbers Chapter 6. Please explain what this means. I truly want to understand.
