1 Thessalonians 5:5. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
Nationality gains you nothing.
We are children of darkness/the night or children light.
Sometimes even Christians through the carnal mind identify themselves as a Jewish, Black, White, Indian ect ect..Christian as if there is some favor to their ethnic group.
We also see those who covet the Identify of the Israelites as though God favor the Israelites.
This is because of a misunderstanding of scripture.
They are set apart for a purpose, (Which I don't care to expound on here.)
Just to mention for clarity you have the ""Black Israelites who say they are the real Israelites."" and You have the Mormons who say they're somehow tied to the tribe of Joseph.
I mention these groups as examples to make my point.
Here's what matters.
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
THERE IS NEITHER JEW NOR GREEK, THERE IS NEITHER BOND NOR FREE, THERE IS NEITHER MALE NOR FEMALE: FOR YE ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS.
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 3:26-29.
Also;
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:16-17.
This is all we should earnestly covet after and display the humility of Christ which is shown in this verse.
When you say "Old testament law and it's requirements are not applicable more in newtestament the righteousness.
I wouldn't put it that way by no means.
Here's Law.
The fact that "RIGHTEOUSNESS" does not come by the law that doesn't mean the law was abolished.
And Christ death on the cross did not do away with the law.
The law condemned man because no one was able to keep the law so all mankind was under the penalty of death.
Christ took on the penalty and "PAYED THE PRICE". by death on the cross.
( Colossians 2:14. Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;)
The law was the ministration of Death. "And still is"
2 Corinthians 3:7-16.
It was to show us our sin and bring us to Christ. Galatians 3:22-28.
Listen to Paul in Romans 7:7-14.
Also.
Galatians 3:13-14 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
So since you are justified by faith and made righteous by Christ What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? No! not if you have been freed from bondage.
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:13
Romans 6:1-23.
James 2:18.
Jesus came to give you a new Heart. A heart of flesh.
If a person is truly saved he/she would have MORE written on their heart than what's written in the law.
There's things we don't do is sin also. James 4:17. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
"mighty God" = Jesus as a baby is called God.
Titus 2:13-14 "Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works."
"God and our Savior Jesus Christ"
Isaiah 7:14 - Jesus is called Immanuel which means "God with us"
1 Timothy 3:16 "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."
"God was manifest in the flesh" = this is Jesus, who was manifest in the flesh. John 1:14
Revelation 19:13-16
"his name is called The Word of God" = Jesus.
"and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God." = Jesus
"And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS." = Jesus
John 1:1 clearly says the "Word was God."
"Lord" also means deity or God.
"But Jesus prayed to God so how can He be God?"
Because the Bible says He is. Jesus has always been Jn 1:2 and relegated Himself to become a temporary man in the flesh prayed to God the Father. Just because He prayed as a temporary man does not automatically mean He wasn't God, the Son. 1 John 5:7
Philippians 2:9-11
"Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
Philippians 2:11 starts out by saying, "And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,"
That last phrase "Jesus Christ is Lord," in the Greek text, it's literally Lord Jesus Christ. It's not a statement. It's the expression of someone who has a personal relationship with Him. Even after everything is over, people are going to say Lord Jesus Christ. But for some it will be for destruction because they rejected Him in this earthly life.
"And this is all going to be done to the glory of God the Father."
1 Corinthians 4:5 speaks volume to us since saints understand the mysteries revealed to the faithful and Romans 1:6 & Romans 8:28. For saints know Isaiah 5:20. We are where we are today. God is so great to allow us to do things in life in our own free will where in the end The Glory belongs to God. God allowed me to have worked with great scientists in America with great heart. I do not need to understand and question everything at the spare of the moment. I just know the paths God lead me in was not to question authorities in the land. God has the heavenly plans and those are what I am and every saint must be very excited about. When you walk in the Spirit of God, you are like in a trance. Next thing you know someone tells you on earth job well done. Not to boast but again and again to Glorify God because He helped you to do job well done. I can control only me and hopefully have a strong influence with my family and friends and anybody that touches my life to follow God as I walk the walk and talk the talk. Even 1 Timothy 5:4 saints take it to heart. All is good with God James 1:17 and all are Your's 1 Corinthians 3:21-23. I know It is easy said and done here on earth. We all have afflictions and to some unbearable 2 Corinthians 6:4. I thank God for the blood of Jesus Christ for that power is in everyone who put his trust, faith and believe in that He will never leaves you. Psalms 91 memorize!
The Spirit speaks to you 1 Peter 3:13, 3 John 1:11. Be in Spirit so you can 1 Thessalonians 5:21 and 1 Thessalonians 5:15. Philippians 2:13 and Ephesians 1:9. Saints, Ephesians 4:29
There are more heavenly things I can share but I like to inspire you with this testimony Colossians 1:27. Let us all grow in true Charity 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, the bond of perfectness Colossians 3:14. In conclusion 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Happy Sunday with the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace and peace to ALL.
Why did GOD destroy the earth except Noah & his family = reply : Genesis 6:5,6,7,8,
Please read again Genesis 6, look back to Genesis 4:26, Genesis 5, Job 1:5,6, Job 1:20-22 continues to Job 2:1, John 1:12, Romans 8:14, Philippians 2:15, Hebrews 1:4,5,6,7
Angels aren't Sons of GOD 1Corinthians 6:3,
In KJV 1611 Tobit 3, Tobit 7, Tobit 12, are the only thing even close & there was not what you stated in these scriptures. Mark 12:25, notice the scriptures here are relevant to Tobit; Mark 12:18-25,
12. Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasures.
14. Do all things without murmuring and disputing.
15. That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
16. Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither labour in vain.
17. Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice, I joy and rejoice with you all.
18. For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me.
You have pointed out a very important thing, that salvation can be lost, our name can be literally erased from the Book of Life. When? When we don't end up victorious in our course of life.
Paul says to Timothy about himself.
1 Timothy 4:6-9
"For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
Hence forth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing."
And then he says in verse 10 "For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica;...""
So for one to get the crown of righteousness, he has to fight the good fight, to finish his course and to keep his faith. To be victorious in his christian life (by God's power and grace). If not then he will not inherit the Kingdom of God. And one doesn't know when his life is going to end, so we must be always ready. That is why in another part of the Bible ( Philippians 2:12) Pauls advices christians to work out their salvation with fear and trembling. God will always work in us to bring us in the right position of righteousness but He needs our cooperation and obedience. If one becomes like Demas who eventually loved and returned to his previous sinful life then he will not enter into eternal life. Remember Lot's wife. If one has love for this sinful world in his heart he won't be able to follow Jesus till the end. His love for other things will deviate him from his goal. If one is a lukewarm christian like the 5 unwise virgins of the known parable then he will be left out of the Marriage etc.
Well explained bro S. Spencer, as also from bro Adam's comments to Paul. I think of Philippians 2:12: "...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." The apostle was writing, 'your salvation came by faith, now work out that faith (your salvation) in your lives, and do so with great seriousness & watchfulness'.
Salvation can never be by works alone, nor by faith plus works, or else it would no longer be of faith. Faith is trusting in God to give us His gift of salvation. Works is trusting in Ourselves to give us salvation - if this was so, even possible, Christ need not have died, & our salvation would be based on our efforts which would have guaranteed our rejection by God. But God-given faith must produce God-given works - we must give all diligence to it.
"What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
( If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?")
You see a similar verse here in
1 John 3:17. "But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, HOW DWELLETH THE LOVE OF GOD IN HIM?"
The love of God IN YOU CAUSES YOU TO RESPOND WITH WORKS, It's a fruit of the spirit. you're "persuaded" From within.
You're not acting out faith or manifestating faith.
You're persuaded!!
If you don't respond "putting in the work" You are not persuaded!
Philippians 2:13. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
These scriptures don't contradict. Faith is dead without works and works is dead without Faith. God is not in you until he saves you and if you are not saved no matter what you do you can't please him. It is Christ faith in you that causes you to work!! This is why in James 2:18 he says "Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works."
God doesn't accept works from a unclean person "the unsaved" in a attempt to make himself righteous.
Men righteousness is as filthy rags. If you are saved by faith you will work, If you won't work, your faith is vain.
The beginning of this passage shows John weeping that no one was found worthy (verse 2-5) to open the sealed scroll or even LOOK upon it. Christ; of course is victorious (verse 6); and finally the time comes for the Father to hand control to the Son and to begin His reign through a series of judgments. God determines when transgressions are to the full; and when the world is fully ripe for judgment; not man who would have no doubt destroyed each other completely long ago without the Restrainer. (2 Thessalonians).
Once again in this chapter the 24 elders are mentioned (verse 8). As we get to the next verse; the focus should be on the prayers of the saints not the elders who previously were holding the "golden vials". It is hard to say if the "prayers of the saints" represent those just raptured or those who are still suffering or knew what was to come on earth or both. Whether part of the great multitude of new believers post Rapture or not; it shows awareness in heaven as to what is going on in the earth as later passages show with the souls under the altar. In heaven; certainly there is no need for prayer for any improvement of perfect peace and a sinless state.
When we see verse 11-14 we see not only those in heaven but ALL in the earth; under the earth which eventually represent those of faith and unbelievers as well as all will bow the knee ( Philippians 2:10-11). The rapture may in part be in secret; the busting open of many graves certainly will NOT be able to be hidden; although the explanation by Antichrist will be twisted. It likely will state that aliens have abducted us; and or the New Age lie that we were inflexible and unable to accept the utopia promised and are being reprogrammed somewhere.
As to the dead who were raised it seems that won't be too good an explanation; nonetheless ALL those NOT written in the Book of Life will worship the Beast. He will likely promise immortality as he himself will appear to be raised from the dead.
Revelation begins much in the characteristic emphasis that John placed in the Gospels with the Godhead and its roles in rulership. The message was from Jesus Christ that God gave to him (apparently John) through an angel (unnamed). He who bore record (verse 2) shows John mentioning himself in the 3rd person; as to the written testimony of what he had seen and heard. Verse 3 shows a blessing for anyone who hears and KEEPS the things written in it; which shows that admonitions to persevere patiently and keeps themselves from aligning or falling into error which often comes into the church will be needed for this benefit.
Verse 4 and 5 show the seven churches in Asia and how they typify the sevenfold Spirit of God at the throne. This could be a template of the churches throughout the Church Age; or as some say chronologically roughly describing the state of the church; i.e. the Philadelphia church being the one that brought revival in the 1700s and through the early 1900's and the Laodicean one being the last days one of today which certainly seems to be the state the church is in today in general.
Verse 5 shows Christ's being the first begotten (or firstfruits) of the Resurrected dead; as well as the faithful witness Himself; and His position as the prince of the kings of the earth. Verse 6 clues us in about later passages in Revelation stating that we are made "kings and priests"
(that is those faithful believers today).
Verse 7 also alludes to later verses of the Second coming; as well as a preview of the sixth seal judgment. It also shows a foreshadow of Zechariah 12:12-14 when Israel as a whole finally realizes at the last moment before Christ returns that He is the true Messiah. Finally; the general observation of all those who will bow the knee ( Isaiah 45:23; Philippians 2:10-11)
is previewed. Verse 8 about the Alpha and Omega shows the boundaries of time for all things from a Godhead ruling outside time itself.
Let's see what else God's Word has to say in regards to your snarky comment against Jesus.
A few verses before in 2 Peter 1:11 it says "Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ." Do you believe Jesus is your Lord and Savior?
Do you know what "Lord" means?
The same old straw man fallacy shows up again that God the Son isn't God the Father, but no one is claiming that. This attack on Jesus is repeated so much it seems to fall into the disingenuous and lie territory.
God is powerful enough to do what you don't comprehend as a man. Whether you comprehend that or not doesn't change reality or the truth. The Bible says that in John 1 the 'word was God' and was there at the beginning, so do you believe it?
More of God's truth about God:
Luke 4:34 - "Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God."
Luke 4:12 after satan put Jesus to the test Jesus says "Do not put the Lord your God to the test."
Isaiah 7:14 - Jesus is called Immanuel which means "God with us"
Isaiah 42:5 "Thus saith God the LORD..."
Isaiah 42:8 "I am the LORD: that is my name..."
Hebrews 1:8 "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom."

Colossians 2:9
Acts 17:29
Romans 1:20
John 1:18
God is we and us plural:
Genesis 1:26
If the Bible flat out said Jesus is God like it does would you believe it?
Where are the verses that say Jesus isn't God the Son? (none)
Where are the verses saying Jesus IS God the Son (above, numerous)
And where are the verses where Jesus verbally denied being God? (none)
John 16:8 And when he (the Holy Spirit) is COME (he came at Pentecost) he will reprove the world of sin ....
John 16:9 Of SIN; because they BELIEVE NOT ON ME (truth);
No knowledge of God's word.
Zechariah 3:1 And he shewed me Joshua (Christ in you) the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD; and SATAN (unbelief, deception) standing at his (Christ's) right hand TO RESIST HIM (TRUTH).
Christ is now THE LIFE in you.
You; Nelson (sinful flesh), died on the cross of Christ.
The LIFE now IN YOU is the LIFE OF CHRIST.
Christ cannot sin: your his body, the body ONLY DOES what the LIFE causes it TO DO.
Philippians 2:13 For it is God (Christ in you) that worketh IN YOU both TO WILL and TO DO his good pleasure.
1 John 3:9 Whosoever is BORN of GOD doth not commit sin (because the new birth in you is CHRIST); for HIS SEED (the Holy Spirit) remaineth in HIM (the new creation in Christ Jesus): he CANNOT SIN, because he is born of God.
Ezekiel 36:27 And I will put MY SPIRIT (GOD) within you, and CAUSE you to walk in my statutes, and you shall keep my JUDGEMENTS, and DO THEM.
Few find the WAY:
Matthew 7:14 ...narrow is the WAY, which leadeth unto LIFE, and Few there be that find it.
Nelson; walk in the TRUTH and FREEDOM of Christ's words.
Good Afternoon, Mishael. I hope you are doing well today.
I love reading your posts. You have such a simple and clear way of sharing your thoughts.
I have often read what you say about Jesus that He set aside His deity to become human. I think you are referring to Philippians 2:5-8 were Paul says:
"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God; did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death even the death on the cross." (NIV) (I don't know how to cut and paste the KJV, so you can refer to that if you wish.
This verse does not say that Jesus set aside His deity from His human person, nor that He emptied Himself of His deity as Jesus. It says He humbled Himself. I believe this verse refers to John 17:5 where Jesus said, "And now Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with you before the world was." (NIV)
With these two passages in mind, my viewpoint is that Jesus did humble Himself by divesting Himself of this glory (outward manifestation of the essence of the Godhead) when He became a human being, but He did not change His essential nature from God into a human, as God cannot change Who He essentially is. But He did leave His glory He had with the Father from all of eternity past to take onto Himself a human nature, body, soul, mind, spirit, to become Jesus. He remained 100% God with the addition of 100% human nature to become forever the God-Man Jesus Christ, our Redeemer, Savior, Mediator, and King forever.
Taking on humanity to His divinity was what humbled the Son of God. We are so familiar with Jesus being "God with us" , one of us as to His humanity, that it is easy to forget that the Godhead possesses a transcendency that is beyond our humanity in granduer, majesty, power.
What should be asked and a great concern is what should salvation look like in a believer because many shall be deceived.
First of all shall you continue in sin?
Paul answers that here in
Romans 6:1-4.
We have been REGENERATED, REBORN, Given a new heart and ready to present Christ work through us. Titus 3:4-6.
We have eternal life now that can bare fruit such as faith ect...
This is what James is saying in James 2:17-18.
What James is saying is he's going to show that this gift is in him by his works. You see a Christian is saved UNTO good works. Ephesians 2:10.
When you are saved, you are baptized into Christ. It is he that works in you. Philippians 2:13.
Also;
Philippians 1:6. Being confident of this very thing, THAT HE WHICH HATH BEGUN A GOOD WORK IN YOU WILL PERFORM IT UNTIL THE DAY OF JESUS CHRIST:
If you can loose your salvation all these scriptures means nothing.
Here's another scripture often used.
John 14:15. "If ye love me, keep my commandments."
Well look at the next verse.
Vs 16. "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, THAT HE MAY ABIDE WITH YOU FOR EVER; This Love is a fruit, so who is causing you to Love Christ? CHRIST SPIRIT, The HG.
Most people say you can loose your salvation also believes you can earn salvation which you can't do. And if they hold to that it's sad to say but the scripture says they have fallen from Grace. Galatians 5:4.
I believe this means comes up short.
Now if you come up short you will hear this. "And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Matthew 7:23.
I never knew you can never be told to a believer because of this verse. "My sheep hear my voice,.... AND I KNOW THEM,.... and they follow me: John 10:27.
Now if a person have habitual sin in their life, Chances are you're not saved. And you can't loose what you don't have.
Thank you brother Jesse. Jesus fulfilled His appointment perfectly by His position & attitude of servitude to all, so that we might learn from His example. Philippians 2:7; Matthew 23:11.
This chapter gets into the trials and tribulations of the saints (v. 4); and the subsequent judgment of God in verse 6. One can't help but wonder how great the accumulated sins from the dawn of the church age until now is; and how it factors into wrath once it finally transpires.
(see Rev. 18:5).
Verses 7 through 10 make it clear that indeed the return of Christ; destruction of enemies (in Armageddon and judgment in hell); as well as our promotion ruling and reigning on earth in the Millennial period (verse 10) factors in. There are 3 passages that state every knee shall bow and every tongue confess ( Isaiah 45:23; Philippians 2:10 and Romans 14:11).
We are not to seek vengeance ( Romans 12:19). However; we are doing God no favors by attempting to dampen down a character attribute that He has; in this case rewarding His saints and punishing the wicked. Perhaps those who being persecuted are the best examples of those who understand the need for Divine justice. The saints under the throne in Revelation certainly aren't scolded for asking "how long" ( Rev. 6:9); with response in verses 10-11. With Paul and the churches under heavy persecution at this time this was a necessary statement; and the frequent reminder to endure until the end. In order to warn others of the wrath to come; we certainly must believe in eternal judgment and a literal hell.
If we think people simply cease to exist (or are annihilated) it dumbs down the message and doesn't help anyone to have full conviction of sin ( John 16:8-11).
Actually Jesus isn't the Son of God. Christ is. Who is Christ except God's Son as He created Him. And what is Jesus except the Christ in Him. Jesus' appeared, took on the form, was in the likeness, being found in fashion of a body. Philippians 2:7,8. His reality is Spirit, since His Father is Spirit. John 4:24. We know what James 3:11,12 says. To paraphrase, woolly mammoths don't produce rabbits, and neither do redwood trees produce poppies. We know also flesh can't produce spirit. It is highly illogical Spirit producing flesh. God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all 1 John 1:5. Light does not produce darkness, only Light. God is Love 1 John 4:8. Love creates Itself and nothing but Itself. The truth of Jesus is not a body, but Christ, Who like God is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, wholly loving and wholly lovable. Jesus, who appeared as a body has the Mind (Spirit) of Christ. Jesus (his Mind) has nothing that does not come from God; the difference between both me and you now is that He has nothing else. So yes, Christ is God: 100%! The flesh profits nothing. John 6:63. Where in the Scriptures does it say God is a body; and they that worship Him must worship Him in body and in truth?
And yes, Christ is God's Son, an extension and complete sharing of God's Self (Mind). The Trinity in It's Oneness transcends the sum of It's parts. They are One.
No one is going to change someones opinion, that's the Holy Ghost's job, we are just to preach truth.
Truth does not contradict God's words.
You don't go to heaven.
You (sinful flesh) DIED on the Cross, you, the (glorified) BODY of Christ, was raised back by the resurrection of Christ.
The Spirit (in a glorified body) goes back to God that gave it.
Christ, the glorified Body, (LIFE and TRUTH) is in man ( Colossians 1:27).
Philippians 2:13 For it is God (Christ in you) that worketh both TO WILL and TO DO his good pleasure.
Those chosen in this age, WILL BE ONE with Christ: IN MAN bringing man to GOD ( John 1:51).
Ezekiel 14:9 And if the prophet (of man) be deceived when he has spoken such a thing, I the Lord HAVE DECEIVED that prophet .....
1 Thessalonians 2:11 For this cause GOD SHALL SEND them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
The whole world is DECEIVED, only the Holy Ghost can reveal truth.
1 Thessalonians 2:12 That they ALL (everyone of us) might be damned (JUDGED, now or later, by God's words) who believe not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
1 Corinthians 15:28 And when ALL THINGS (in the ages to come) SHALL BE subdued to him, the shall the Son also himself be subject to him who put all things under him, that God may be ALL in ALL.
We either come to truth now; and become ONE with the WORD, in this age, or latter, in the ages to come. God's CHOICE.
Psalms 22:27 And all the ends of the world SHALL REMEMBER (when they are resurrected back into bodies of flesh and judged by God's words) and turn unto the Lord: for all kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
ALL God's WORDS will be fulfilled ( Isaiah 55:11).
You said "The purpose of it all, is to bring God's creation to TRUTH.
Creation is DECEIVED.
Sinful flesh (man) DIED ON THE CROSS; a NEW CREATION (Christ in you) arose.
THEN YOU QUOTE THESE SCRIPTURES.
1 Corinthians 12:27 Now ye are the body of Christ ....
Philippians 2:13 For it is GOD (Christ in you) that worketh both TO WILL and TO DO his good pleasure.
HOW CAN WE BE DECEIVED BY THE GOOD PLEASURE AND WILL OF CHRIST.
And according to your theology SO WHAT! WE ALL GO TO HEAVEN.
Unless you are telling us that a deceived person will not.
You never answered when asked IF ANY AND EVERY VIEW IS ACCEPTED. WHY DO YOU GO THROUGH SUCH INTENSE MEASURES TO PITCH YOURS.
Why not let a person believe what he wants do what he wants if we all ends up with the same fate?
Here's the question again for YOU.
Why do it matter so much to you that we change our views and accept yours if in the end it doesn't matter? Not looking for verses, Just an explanation.
I'm in agreement with the other responses you received, StandTro, that Paul was the last apostle. Of course, when we think of apostles, we understand that they had to have been with Jesus in His earthly ministry & also appointed by Him to take the Gospel into all the world. Paul seems like the exception, though we know that Jesus spoke to Him on Damascus Road via the brilliant light from Heaven & Jesus' discussion with him & his appointment ( Acts 9:3-6) - so this would qualify Paul to be included with the twelve.
And we also have references to other 'apostles', such as Barnabas ( Acts 14:14); James (the Lords brother, Galatians 1:19); Epaphroditus ( Philippians 2:25, note: 'messenger' in the Greek is 'apostolos'); & Titus & a few others ( 2 Corinthians 8:23; again 'apostolos' used here). I understand these men, though referred to as apostles, were apostles in the general sense of doing the apostolic work (today, we would call them 'missionaries'). So, Paul spoke of them as apostles, yet were not numbered with the original twelve, plus Paul. In that sense, today's missionaries taking the Gospel to unreached peoples could also be considered as apostles, doing the same work that Jesus commanded the twelve plus one, to do.
The purpose of it all, is to bring God's creation to TRUTH.
Creation is DECEIVED.
Sinful flesh (man) DIED ON THE CROSS; a NEW CREATION (Christ in you) arose.
1 Corinthians 12:27 Now ye are the body of Christ ....
Philippians 2:13 For it is GOD (Christ in you) that worketh both TO WILL and TO DO his good pleasure.
Colossians 1:27 ...this mystery ....Christ IN YOU .....
John 17:23 I in THEM, and THOU in ME, that they may be PERFECT (Christ is the only one perfect) in one .....
Psalms 82:6 I have said, ye are gods, the children of the most high.
Philippians 1:29 For UNTO YOU it is GIVEN in the BEHALF of Christ, not only to BELIEVE on HIM (the word), but also to suffer for his sake.
Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature WAITETH for the MANIFESTATION of the Sons of God.
Why is creation WAITING?
Obadiah 1:21 And saviours (God's SONS, Christ and his brothers) shall come on mount Zion to JUDGE the mount of Esau, and the kingdom SHALL BE the LORD'S.

1 Corinthians 15:28 And when all things have been subdued unto him, then shall the son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that GOD may be ALL in ALL.
Billions of people; dead and in the grave, are AWAITING the arrival of Christ and his brothers at the resurrection of the dead: to be brought to TRUTH.
Proverbs 16:6 By MERCY and TRUTH iniquity is purged .....
Hello again One Eighty. Looking at our comments both now & previous, I think the problem I have is understanding the phrase you use, "I believe Jesus is an EXTENSION (creation) of God Who is Spirit."
I don't use the word 'creation' to refer to Christ's appearance, as that denotes that God created Jesus, as One Who had no previous existence (e.g. Adam & Eve were created, the angels were created, animals, etc. as well). Whereas Jesus was never created as He is the Word incarnate (made flesh); i.e. the Word was always in God's Being & God took His Word and embodied His Word with humanity. The Word, though in human form, never ceased to be vitally connected to God, i.e. the Word was always Divine (holding the Divine Nature), but for the sake of taking upon Himself flesh, for suffering & dying, Jesus made Himself of no reputation ( Philippians 2:6-8): Greek for that is 'ekenosen', emptied Himself of His full Divinity - which He had to of course, to become man with human limitations, aging & death.
You've also said that "Jesus is an EXTENSION of God" & I think I can understand your meaning with this, but I wouldn't use 'creation' for Jesus, because how can a created One also be the Creator & Sustainer of all things ( Ephesians 3:9; Colossians 1:13-17)? So, I'm unsure whether we're saying the same things & using specific words to describe Jesus' manifestation, or whether we need to discuss further what I've shared about the eternal Nature of Christ Jesus. Blessings.
Do we have life, in and of ourselves, NO? Most don't understand this.
1 Corinthians 4:11 For we which LIVE are always delivered unto death for Jesus sake, that the LIFE OF JESUS might be made manifest in our mortal bodies (as well as in our IMMORTAL bodies in the AGE TO COME).
To repent means to change our way of UNDERSTANDING.
To repent would be to agree with God's word.
John 14:6 I AM the way, the Truth, and the LIFE.
Colossians 1:27 ....this mystery ....Christ in you .....
Philippians 2:13 For it is GOD (in you) that worketh both TO WILL and TO DO his good pleasure.
Christ (the first man) UNDERSTOOD this ....THOU in ME....the Father did EVERYTHING through Christ.
Man has to come to TRUTH (Christ in you): Man does EVERYTHING ....I in THEM .....through Christ.
This is the great DECEPTION: No KNOWLEDGE of the WORKS of God.
Hebrews 2:8 .....For now we see NOT YET all things put under him.
Man's time table IS NOT God's timetable.
Ephesians 2:7 That in the AGES TO COME .....
Isaiah 11:9 ....for the earth shall be full of the KNOWLEDGE of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I PLEASE, and it shall prosper in the things whereto I SENT IT.
1 Corinthians 15:28 And when all things (in the ages to come) have been subdued to him, then shall the Son also be subject unto him who put all things under him, that GOD may be ALL in ALL.
Also;
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:16-17.
This is all we should earnestly covet after and display the humility of Christ which is shown in this verse.
Philippians 2:5-8.
God bless.
Hopefully these are helpful
God bless.
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Mark 12:25, notice the scriptures here are relevant to Tobit; Mark 12:18-25,
Hopefully these are helpful
Philippians 2:12-18
12. Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasures.
14. Do all things without murmuring and disputing.
15. That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
God Blessings
Salvation can never be by works alone, nor by faith plus works, or else it would no longer be of faith. Faith is trusting in God to give us His gift of salvation. Works is trusting in Ourselves to give us salvation - if this was so, even possible, Christ need not have died, & our salvation would be based on our efforts which would have guaranteed our rejection by God. But God-given faith must produce God-given works - we must give all diligence to it.
In James 2:14-16. we have the context and resolve
God bless.
Hopefully these help

Also;
Philippians 1:6.
I hope this helps.
God bless.
(see Rev.
Peace be with you
God Is
No one is going to change someones opinion, that's the Holy Ghost's job, we are just to preach truth.
God Bless You.
Still Waiting.
Psalms 149:9 To execute upon them the JUDGEMENT written, this HONOUR hath all his saints.
Romans 8:21 For the creature itself SHALL BE DELIVERED from the bondage of corruption (death and the grave) into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
BELIEF will judge UNBELIEF.
God Bless YOU, his body.
Blessings.
I agree with your comments.
We have to surrender (die) our life to Christ.
God Bless ALL on our pilgrimage to TRUTH.
