Matthew 6:6 - But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
James 1:5 - If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all [men] liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Believe the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins, repent of your sins, pray to the Father in heaven in Jesus name. Pray privately in sincerity because the Lord knows what your thinking. Our Father wants to hear from his children and loves us very much. He might not love what we do sometimes but he still loves us.
The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD'S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men. The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup. For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright. ( Psalm 11:4-7)
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. ( Proverbs 4:23)
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. ( Matthew 5:8)
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? ( 2 Corinthians 6:14-15)
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. (Ephesians5:11)
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. ( Philippians 4:8)
"For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."
*I know its tough this life, but we still have to realize that even though we are suffering we can still hope for the life which is to come :(eternal life), that comes after our temporal life.
2 Corinthians 4:18(KJV)
"While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal."

[7] And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. [8] For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. [9] And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. [10] Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
Last but not least : Philippians 4:13 (KJV)
"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

Where will it end? Answer: Read the Book of Revelations and you will find your answer. IN HIM!

[6] Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
May God bless you and keep you through this challenge. Will pray for you to persevere through this valley and that you will also do your part in staying in the Word, reflecting on the positive blessings you have Phil 4:8, and also realizing that you have freedom in Christ and gifts in order to help others. People always feel better about themselves when they help others feel better, so what have you done lately or what can you do to help others? Have you been putting on the armor of God and keeping your shield up to protect against the enemy, against negative thoughts? If it's smokey where you are how hard would it be to go where there's no smoke for a little while? What is the opportunity in this situation that maybe you haven't recognized yet?
Paul was shipwrecked, in prison, tortured, starving, persecuted, but he was content and filled with joy. Why? Our external circumstances don't dictate our joy, but our mental attitude and our interpretation of things. Have you watched the video of the man with no arms and legs who is a motivational speaker who travels the world? These are just some of the positive things that are beneficial to reflect on like Philippians 4:8 says. You face challenges but you are not alone, you have God. Pray.

I don't wish to be negative, because just like Phil 4:8 says we should be positive. But I think we should also keep our eyes open, be on guard, and wear the armor of God. Matthew 25:13. The Bible talks about the rampant evil of Sodom and Gomorrah and the violence, the lust, the unnatural sexual relations, and probably any sin imaginable being committed 24/7. And when I think of the US I see the same thing occurring. The trend is the mainstream culture embracing the same evil. Anything and everything evil is deemed 'good' to them and 'progressive' and 'empowering'. We are now seeing open terrorism and violence in many of our cities which is allowed by the corrupt mayors. We see DAs bought out by donors and told to release all criminals. We have states releasing much of their criminals from prison back into our neighborhoods to commit more oppression on innocents. We see open rejecting of God and Christianity, even persecuting Christians in public. We see open homosexuality and giving them special privileges beyond anyone else. We see false gods being elevated that part of culture seems to worship. We see media pushing propaganda and lies to deceive people into falsely assuming things and hating each other. We see people preferring lies over truth and disagreeing on what reality even is just like Romans 1:25.
Where will it end? Is God preparing to severely punish the country for its evil? Will it tear itself apart and fall just like other big countries in the past? Is this a sign of the end times?
8 But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings' houses.
9 But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet.
10 For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.(Mathew 11:7-10)

I agree together with you as you lift up missionaries and evangelists everywhere. We pray for the Peace of Jerusalem to be blessed with your favor for all their needs; great and small. Please grant them safety against all their enemies. Thank you for warring angels that encompass them.

For those who have been through the world wars, those Jews who lived through or survived Auschwitz or the starving suffering families under despotic governments in third world nations of past generations, might have believed the end of the world was nigh for them.
However, if we can grasp some of the descriptions of the coming days of suffering & torment in Revelation chapter 6 onwards, I think what we're experiencing now (& what those of yesteryear encountered) are but a foretaste of the horrors to be poured out upon this God-forsaking, Christ-rejecting world. It will be a time of God's Anger that hasn't been seen since His destruction of the Earth by flood. Yes, I agree with you, things are looking quite bad for humanity, but even through the present mild sufferings, we can only trust that the hearts of men are being torn open to look to their Creator for salvation & hope and to see the fickleness of this life & its vain offerings that are of no eternal value. The Lord has His Way of alerting man to his real need & once again fall to his knees to cry to Him.
The Jewish Midrash speaks of a further six people who didn't face death, but these cannot be verified in the Canon of Scripture, so are not given here as factual.

It says love casts out fear. The opposite of fear is love. This means that if you practice love, including loving God and loving others, then you can loosen your fear- it won't grip you as much. How can you practice this? You can worship God with praise songs, prayer, meditate on the truth of his words in the Bible. You can also volunteer to help others with acts of kindness. Maybe you help comfort others and help reduce their fear by showing your love and kindness. Write encouraging letters to others or spend quality time in person, or do acts of service to help those in need. Giving gifts. There are different ways to express love and fill your life with this, and in turn, help build up others. Also, practicing gratefulness. Making lists of positive things you've done, have experienced, and look forward to. Even the simple things, like if you have a 2 arms and 2 legs, can talk, or write, or have a computer, or a place to live.
