Verse eight is my life verse. How blessed our lives will be if we strive to live by this admonition.

It is with the mind that we serve God that is why so many scripture verses speak about the mind. Verse 13 said we should gird the loins of our minds and be sober. We have to bring our minds into subjection to Christ. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. Lets keep a pure mind. Philippians 4:8.

yes our god is so good to us HE will supply ALL our needs god love us so he send HIS SON TO DIE FOR US that meant any thing we ask in his name he will supply thank you jesus i love you

Yes God will supply all are my needs according to his riches in glory because everything i need my father has it whether it love,joy,happiness, peace, no matter what God got it so the verse is so true my God will supply all my needs.

we are creators in His hand let us allowed him to do all for us by telling him what we need and wait for him to bring it to pass ,HE is the same yesterday and forever

Philippians 4:13. This is a powerful verse .There is hope. when you think you can 't succeed .This verse reminds us that we can do all things thru christ which strengthen us what a blessing.

This chapter reassures me that God takes care of his people even when we think there is no way out. All we have to do is trust and obey HIM!

Almighty lord you are great, many times I doubt on your blessing still you were there with me holding my hand and guiding me. Many times I was not humble for your decision forgive me for that father. Thank you for your unconditional love and blessing in my life . Help me not worry but be strong with prayer

To Michael Alonzo: Michael, I 'm sorry to hear of the death of your dear brother. I love reading Philippians chapter 4 it brings me peace. Here are some scriptures that will bring about a change in your life: Romans 10:9-10. Also, pray this prayer: Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived I need your forgiveness. You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life. Verse 12 encapsulates God 's abundant love it is only in His service and the rejection of our "base " nature that we can come to fruition and gain the fullness and richness of God 's love which transcends all understanding

Just reading these words brings calming of the mind and opens one 's spirit to the energy of god 's love.

Verses 6,13, and 19 really speak to me. I have a hard time with faith and believing that God will supply my needs but time and time again He provides for all my needs. I am getting my life back on track and verse 13 helps each day especially when temptation and satan comes to visit.

SAM we can not blame God cause we have 3 cars we can only drive one at a time. So decide which one you want to fix first cause everything that is made of man gives us a warning before it breaks down. But my God shall supply all your need, according to his riches in glory, by Christ Iesus. We need to know first what is God riches in glory, so we much first have to do something as Christians to obtain his riches in glory. Then your house if you do what you can and believe God he will supply all of your needs.read all of Matthew but Matthew 6:31-34--- Trust him I know

In chapter 4 verse 13, Paul writes. Ththat I can do all things through. Christ who strengthens me. Because God is able in all situations, he is able to equip me in all situations that come my way to go through then Indeed because God is able, I am able.

PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7 COMMENTS 4 04 2015 7:46 PM In these 2 verses Apostle Paul warned the saints. v6 Be careful for nothing. v7 So that the peace of God will be with us. Usually, if we prayed it always necessary be made known unto God through our Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour, A-men.

Our requests should be in line with the will of God.His timing is perfect.In the book of Daniel,God gave an answer to a prayer after three minutes and on another occasion after twenty one days Daniel 13 .His answer could be yes,no,or wait.One pastor told of a lady who was devastated when her relationship fell apart.She felt like it was the end of the world.However,three years later she met the pastor and told him that she was happily married and that her previous boyfriend had already been jailed twice and was abusive to his wife.She indeed thanked God for not agreeing to her previous request.God is already in your future ,trust Him because He wants the best for you.Sometimes we have to thank God for closed doors. Whatever we get from God should be used for His glory.Is it riches? use them to help the poor so that they can give glory to God.After all we are only stewards of God 's riches.We must therefore strive to imitate Christ by having His heart and mind.He died on the cross for all who accept Him as Lord and Saviour. That 's love personified.

This wonderful piece of scripture has been very comforting to me over the years. In verse 8,if we were to " think on these things " how much better off would we be?
