Hello Richard, I love what you wrote concerning our existence in eternity with bodies that will never corrupt, die, or even be in need of healing. We will see the angels and heavenly creatures we could not even imagine nor have words to describe! But best of all, we will see God in the person of Jesus Christ our Lord! In Him the whole Godhead dwells bodily and yet the Godhead is everywhere present. Such an amazing mystery how that works!

I do have one thing I noticed about your post that caused me to pause and think. I wish to speak about it because I have read the same idea in many posts on this forum. You said that Jesus healed others because He had the spirit without measure. This is in that in Jesus the Godhead dwells bodily. But, even so, Jesus, Himself was God the Son, and so, I believe He was able to heal all he chose to heal simply because He was God in the flesh, and therefore had all the power and authority to do every miracle He did. We may be just talking semantics here, but I think it is important to speak of Jesus as both fully God and fully man. He did not need the Spirit to help Him do miracles, but that does not mean that the Spirit was not at work drawing people to Jesus to be healed or delivered from demonic. All three Persons of the Godhead work in harmony to accomplish the purposes of God because they are a unity as well as distinct persons. I 'm going to love heaven when we will be able to understand so much more about God and His workings and ways! He amazes me!

This verse clearly has different interpretations. The simple answer is that eventually; with our new bodies in heaven we will be healed completely physically. Obviously; Christ did heal anyone He chose to during His earthly ministry as He had the Spirit without limit. In one sense; we would have to say that although healing from spiritual death comes upon a believer once he is "sealed with the Spirit" (Ephesians); we are as Romans indicates in a body of death; and only the Lord can rescue us from that totally when He comes. Until then; as Hebrews 9:27 states we are all to die once then face the judgment. (Exception for now with Enoch and Elijah). Healings today; therefore are debated as to whether they are genuine; and certainly if medically they can be proven don't stop the ultimate process of death (as Lazarus no doubt passed on at some point after being raised from the dead). Certainly there are benefits to having our spiritual house in order; as well as having a sound mind; and emotions through the controlling influence of the Holy Spirit. Our sins certainly directly or indirectly contribute to premature aging and destruction. A few cases seem genuine; but again there are some spontaneous healings which seem to occur among nonbelievers. As with any spiritual gifts; God gives it "severally" as Corinthians states; Paul said he would have us to seek all gifts; but even with tongues; he would prefer one clear statement rather than many words; and without interpretations this can be done in a disorderly way which was warned against. God uses who He will; and no one should also name a "healing" ministry after themselves; as though they are a mutually exclusive group who the Lord will use to perform such things. We should keep in mind Christ's eternal scar on His resurrected body that is unique on His hands and feet; as a reminder of what He endured for His own. Surely these will not hurt Him anymore; but shows our deliverance from death and hell.

I believe that not only did Jesus pay for our sins in His Atonement, but that He was also beaten for our healing - by His Stripes. Matthew 8:16-17 He healed all that were sick and cast out all the devils with His Word as also stated in Acts 10:38

In Mark 9 the spirit could not be cast out because of their unbelief.

All things are possible with God. It is us that are limited by what we believe God would or would not do. If we are not ready to help in season or out of season then we would not be able to help when needed or if we have to go and fast for awhile.

Think about it - When was the Word of God not sufficient or faith in His Name not sufficient to accomplish the purpose to which it was sent. Jesus says speak the Word only and Believe!

Jesus was complete in everything! SOZO! Let's bring up our faith and our trust in Him to accomplish His word as we believe in Him!

We also see this in 1 Peter 2:24. It says, "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree." And then there's a purpose clause: in order that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed.

This comes from Isaiah 53:5. Now my approach to interpreting scripture is that scripture interprets itself. So if someone comes to me and says, "You see, it says here in Isaiah 53:5 that He died on the cross not only for the forgiveness of our sins, but so that we can be healed of all of our sicknesses and all of our diseases."

My response would be "Really! That's what it means? Are you sure he wasn't talking about sin?" Because look what the next verse says ( 1 Peter 2:25) because it explains it. Verse 24 says says "By whose stripes you were healed," and then it says in Verse 25, "For you were as sheep going astray; (still in Isaiah 53), but now are returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

That's what we've been healed from. We were healed from going astray. And we've been returned. And it is interesting that the word returned is the word for conversion. When Jesus died on the cross, not only did He die for my sins, but so that my relationship with him would be healed. I would be brought back to the shepherd and bishop of my soul. And that's what it means. Peter interprets Isaiah 53 for us.

Absolutely agree, Donna. I taught Kindergarten for many years and these kiddos were just beginning to write the sounds they heard in words. My husband and I would sit down and try to decipher what the student was trying to say. Pretty funny! One was fofuvjli (fourth of July). So cute. But even as we type our posts, we often make mistakes, transposing letters, omitting, repeated letter and just missing the correct spelling. My "h" key is sticky, so is omitted often in my posts. But, if we are patient and re-read something we can get the idea within the context. Too bad there are not pictures on these posts like the kinders had with their writing. Please , does it matter if someone misspells a word or adds a letter as long as the reader can discern what the writer of a comment is talking about. I have been following this website for quite awhile now, anyone can generate a typo ,especially when someone is expressing their emotion, or is tired, or sick,etc. That is what spell check is for. Trust in our Lord . Thankfully ,our Lord doesn't judge us for misspelled words or inadvertent typos :) .

Now my original question is about a prophesy ( The beast that was wounded and now healed will rule for

that 42 months. That is part of God's prophesy which has to eventually occur. Perhaps that happens

after Jesus has come back for His people , who will be out of harms way. One place it says most will follow that

beast because there are just too many of them to fight against. Then later there is a reference to those who

follow that beast will be in the lake of fire eventually with satan and the false prophet. (Notice I don't like to capitalize the word satan.) /// That is kind of the key to the choices made by Christians during that time.

The choice: either to join the beast to save ones life or to refuse to join and risk having ones throat cut. Steven made that choice kind of...... before he was stoned. Steven could easily have said Jesus is fictatious and they would have immediately made him a hero on their shoulders but he stood fast under Gods wing and died a martyr.

In Revelation John was taken to where he could see parts of heaven.... he saw those who had lost their heads for the sake of the kingdom.

It helps to understand what the mark of the beast is. As I have said before, we need to name the sin in Eden for that sin came from Satan and those who commit that sin have the mark of the beast. I name the sin in Eden as being oral and anal sex. To put it simply, oral and anal sex is the mark of the beast. It marks Satan's people like a branding iron marks rancher's cattle.

The Antichrist.

Certain prophesy states that the beast that was wounded and is now healed will rule the earth for 42 months. Any ideas who or what is that beast?

I believe it was his earthly body, and there are two reasons for why I believe that. Firstly, the grave clothes were empty, and secondly, he had the prints of the nails and wound in his side, from his crucifixion to offer to Thomas. John 20:5,6,7 and v.27

I believe that Jesus, who was God's Word made Man to minister to His people, to suffer & die for them, rose up in that same Body. However, to enter Heaven, a body has to be transformed (or, we could say, outfitted for Heaven) as "flesh & blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God" 1 Corinthians 15:50. Whether it's the Lord Jesus or even ourselves, we cannot reside in Heaven, in God's Presence, in our present bodily state: we have to be changed.

And Paul also says, "And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly." ( 1 Corinthians 15:49). As we are presently flesh & blood fitted for earthly life, so the day will come when we shall be fitted out for heavenly life.

John also says something similar: "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is." ( 1 John 3:2). Some understand that this verse tells us that not only we will be like Him in His Character & Perfection, but also in our glorified bodies.

Please, I just want to ask when Jesus resurrected, did He resurrected with His earthly body? Can someone explain this to me well. Thank you.

With all the political strife today, I often wonder why some of those who are Christians put all their trust in the word of one man or the other. Have they forgotten that we should trust God not man according to scripture? If we did that, families and people would not be as divided as they are. I pray that God will heal our nation and that we are all reminded to put our faith in our Father God and not in any president or other political leader.

Yes, i see what you have listed. If you open a Bible and look up the book of PSALM it does not have an "s" at the end which means you are spelling it wrong. I would like to post verses from your site but the book of PSALM is not spelled correctly.
