Verse 27 the sacrifice is alive on the horns of the alter. I didn 't think they bound and then killed the sacrifice. This may refer to Jesus being bound. As our sacrifice with cords of love or even cords of obedience to GOD His father. "He learned obedience. Being the only begotten Son of GOD He had no one but His Father that He should obey. remember how the Devil tempted Jesus to obey him to no avail. what a Saviour!
I Think of psalms118 is because in the first verse the lord is saying that give thanks unto the lord for his good and his mercy is endureth forever and ever, the Psalm 118 is saying that the first thing we should give thanks unto the lord for what and all is he gave for us than than only his mercy and his goodness is always with us
This verse is to remind us that every day GOD gives is a a day of atonement a day of forgiveness and more importantly a day to know that we are loved When we are loved and feel love we do rejoice at least I do don t you
A few months ago this verse was selected as verse of the day on this site and I was blessed and excited as it was continually brought to my remembrance for several weeks I am glad it was selected again and others may have the oppertunity to be rejoiceful through this wonderful verse Thank you LORD for the all the blessing bestowed to me and my brethren through this verse We bless and thank you Lord Rejoice and again I say rejoice

The stone represent a child of God,called and chosen out of darkness to proclaim the goodness of God.Anywhere you are rejected people/persons no matter how close the relationship may be either, your contribution, efforts towards growth and progress at the last run they will have no option than to submit to you.
This means that God is the one leading you to your helpers even from the unexpected and you will watch those whose taught you wont make it open their mouth in amazement at your success
(Verse 22) "The stone rejected by the builders has now become the cornerstone. This is the Lord's doing and it is marverlous to see."
This is Jesus as God speaking about what would happen to him when he appeared on earth as a human: "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones God's messengers! How often I have wanted to gather your children together as a hen protects her chicks beneath her wings, but you would let me. And now look, your house if left to you empty and desolate. For I tell you this, you will never see me again until you say, 'Bless the one who comes in the name of the Lord." This can be translated: "Bless the one who is God coming to save us."
The church builders today have rejected Jesus just as much as the Jews did. Just as the Jews did, today's church builders say openly that Jesus is not God, but some lesser figure God sent in his place. They forget that the Psalms teach that only God himself is able to save us. This means that they themselves have no salvation, and will not allow their people to be saved. But Jesus told us this would happen, so we should not be suprised.
Verses 25-28 says, "Please, Lord, (Hosanna), save us. Please, Lord, please give us success. Bless the one who comes in the name of the Lord." This is what the people said to Jesus as he entered Jerusalem. This proved that many of them believed he was the Christ, God coming to save them from their enemies.
Please put the quiz in. Thank you
