Jesse Trust me bro your'e not a nerd, you were trying to figure out a type error.

    Hi Dianne,

I think I'm agreeing with what you're saying if I'm understanding you correctly. I was "racking my brain" trying to figure out what "Hog good" meant but I figured out that you meant to say (how good) the true God is. You are telling me that "Suicide is not of The Will of the True God," and I agree with you completely on that. But what I am wondering about is if you're telling me that based on something I said in my post? I re-read what I typed and I said "I don't think God satisfaction in a person taking their own life." Were you responding to that? If so, I agree, that doesn't make any sense at all! What it was supposed to say is "I don't think God (takes any) satisfaction in a person taking their own life."

That's what I get for not proofreading before hitting the submit button. I'm such a nerd!

Hi Fred , loneliness can destroy people , it's not just about being physically alone but it can be about believing that no one cares about you , I lived alone for quite a few years and never felt lonely ,there are others who can't bare to be alone for even a couple of hours , I have relatives that some people say they talk too much , they phone too often , they turn up unexpectedly , they are always asking if they can help me in any way , all these people live alone , as Christians we must , I say must , pay special attention to people who live alone , if they start to believe that no one cares about them they can go down hill very quickly , it's our responsibility , it's our duty , to make sure that none of our members feel unloved uncared for unimportant unvalued or insignificant .

Jesse I agree with what you share about coming to Christ and getting peace with God but my Bible also says John 10:9 The thief the adversary is the thief and His only ministry is to steal, kill and destroy. Jesus Christ total opposite I am come that they may have life and have it more abundant. When we come to Gods word get Humble and believe God always comes through. 1 Peter 5:6-8, the enemy of mankind wants to take life and he doesn't care how. One of the problems in our day and time we believe on Hog good The true God is but we don't believe that the enemy is absolutely evil. Suicide is not of The Will of the True God.Its says in Gods word he will always make a way out that a believer can handle it. God Bless

Mark Absolutely not Our Heavenly father is the author of life and health and prosperity. Gospel of John 10:9+10 The thief cometh not but to steal kill and destroy. That's all the adversary does, 10 I am come that they might have life and have it more abundantly Jesus Christ. People do this when they are tricked that there's no way out. It does not please True God, the devil could care less. P.S. Going to Jesus Christ and Confessing Romans 10:9+10 God will always make a way up and out. God Bless

    Mark,

It's hard to answer that in that we don't know what a person might be going through that would cause them to take their own life. I don't think God satisfaction in a person taking their own life. Most of it comes from going through some type of hardship that the individual cannot handle themselves. Even believers can be some of the most miserable people. I've been around believers who were miserable because of life's circumstances. I think it comes from not being able to fully trust the Lord when we are faced with a tough time in our life. The bible says in 1 Peter 5:5-8 that we are to cast all our cares on the Lord. Why? Because He's fully capable of handling our problems. But there are times when we in our own human effort try and resolve our own problems, and they often time become worse, even to the point to where the person gives up and is no longer trusting the Lord in their situation.

There's a word used throughout the New Testament. It's the word MERIMNA for care, anxiety, and worry. The verb form is MERIMNAO which means to be anxious, or to be troubled. It describes anything that occupies the attention of our mind. Peter presents this word as the only weapon Satan has against a believer in Christ. It's normal to go through life and be concerned, have anxiety, and even stress. That's just a normal part of life that we are all faced with. But we are taught to cast all our cares (MERIMNA) on the Lord, and not let those cares or anxieties overcome us. We're not to be so consumed by our hardships to where we are no longer trusting in the Lord.

Jesus said in Matthew 11:30, "For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." People struggle because they try and fix things that are designed for only God to fix. But Jesus says to come to Him and He will give us rest. His yoke is easy, and His burden is light. But we let life's difficulties (MERIMNA) stand in between us and Christ. We struggle because we are not ready to hand it over to Christ!

Loneliness, not understanding it! Looking for help and not getting the right kind. We should always be looking for the signs of aloneness. A smile ,with a hug can make the difference!

Please, I want to know... what really causes some people to take their own life?

Is it Biblical and does it pleases God?

    Thank you.

I had this same question once before and this is what the Lord gave me: ask God if there is any sin that you have forgotten to ask forgiveness or need to repent for, to bring it to light so that you can. I also used to pray Psalms 139:23-24 which says, "Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting."

Please try this. And helping you just gave me the answers to my own prayer request. Thank you and have a blessed day.

    Hi Norman,

I believe that suggestion is a insult to our Lord,

The creation shows his Glory! God spoke this universe into existence! God made these vessels of clay live! God has no beginning or ending, Knows our thoughts, Stands outside of time looking in!!

GOD IS OMNISCIENT, "ALL KNOWING "

Isaiah 46:9-10. Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

    .

Psalms 94:8-9. Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise?

He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?

Psalms 139:3-4. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalms 119:105,

WE DEPEND ON THE WORD FOR LIFE IN THIS WORLD AND THE WORLD TO COME!!

THERE'S NO FAITH WITHOUT THE WORLD AND NO SALVATION.

WITH THE WORD BEING SO PRECIOUS AND VITAL AND GOD BEING ALL WISE AND ALL KNOWING, WHY IS IT SO MANY PEOPLE DISCREDIT GOD BY SAYING HE CAN NOT PRESERVE HIS WORD!!

And little created man can out smart God by scrambling the inspired scripture and derail his plan for salvation. That thought is disrespectful.

    God bless.

Brother Victor, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS knowledge.

Psalms 139:12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

Revelation 22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign forever.

Dear Ismael, after receiving the scripture that you sent, and while doing Bible Study this morning, The Lord led me to Isaiah 43: 1 and Listening in my Heart heard The Lord whispering "I have called thee by thy name, thou art mine." In humble silent gratitude, a gentle smile formed on my face as The Lord's touch in my Heart came so alive. The grace of His Love was so overflowing I wanted to share it with you as part of my thanks for your response. Helga

Dear Friend in Christ, Thanks oodles for your response. There is much thought and inspiration in the scripture references you gave, and I will go through each one in prayerful listening to the Lord of my Heart. Thank you so much for caring enough to respond. To my way of thinking in our world so cyber dependent it is nice to have a human touch through cyber events. The Heart essence comes through sometimes. Thanks. Respectfully with a grateful heart, Helga.

    Jeremiah 1:5

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

    Matthew 19:12

For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs by men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive.

Hope you find it in here. Mishael

    Helga,

I think the verse you may be looking for is Psalms 139:13. It does not use the word knit in the KJV, but I did a side-by-side comparison with other English bibles on that verse and I found 23 other versions that use the word knit.

One would be the Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB) which reads "For it was You who created my inward parts; You knit me together in my mother's womb.

    I hope this helps you!

In verse fifteen, the Hebrew word which translates into the English language "curiously wrought" relates to the products of needlework, embroidery, and weaving. The LORD skillfully weaves the human body during its development. The LORD interweaves every individual cell to make the necessary tissues, organs, and systems. HE weaves ligaments to connect bones to bones. HE weaves tendons to connect muscles to bones. HE weaves the alimentary canal throughout the torso. HE weaves nerves, arteries, and veins throughout every types of tissue. HE weaves every organ in its proper place to perform its proper function. HE weaves, blood, lymph, hormones, enzymes, chemicals, and all necessary nutrients to give the body life. The physical human body is a Divinely woven tapestry.

How and why has he created me? Even from the lowest places, he continues to preserve me for this very day! While being hidden in his spirit, guided by his truths, placed where there is no one else to proclaim his name! Yet you say, He is no one! He will disappear, and be no longer. We will rid ourselves of him! You have hated him for no reason! You are about to find out His power is much, much ,more than you or I will ever know! He will mount up, and renew his strength! His greatness yet to come!

I couldn't find the one that says our death is recorded.

    Jeremiah 1:5

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

    Jeremiah 20:17

Because he slew me not from the womb; or that my mother might have been my grave,

    Hosea 12:3

For there are some eunuchs, which I were so born from their mother's womb (birth defects) and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men (forced celibacy) and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs (celibate)for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

    Psalms 139:16

Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD [is] the death of his saints.

    Genesis 27:2

And he said, Behold now, I am old, I know not the day of my death:

    Psalms 48:14

For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death
