Discuss Psalms 16 Page 5

Under inspiration the psalmist wrote about Jesus ' body not experiencing decay once in the gave. The prophecy came to pass, just as God 's word predicted. God the father loves us so much that he gave us salvation through His Son that whosoever believes on Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. So,as God the father raised His son from the grave, believers from all ages shall be raised from death to life everlasting. And so shall we ever be with the Lord. Reign on King Jesus. I thank God for His faithfulness toward his children. Let 's remain faithful till the end is my prayer for all of us.

Psalm 16 vs 5 is very powerful. We should not be Worried about tomorrow because God is our support and stability.

This help me to get closer to Almighty God

The Holy Spirit is a God of wisdom. He is our counsellor and He stir our innermost thought even in darkness

God has designed good things for us as believers.

The Lord is always with me we are to have no lot an part with thoughs who worship other gods offer blood sacrifice we are not to be afraid of them cause he has given us dominion over all

Honestly the lord has always been by my side,, he has saved me in many things, he has always protected me from family enemies that almost turn my home to be a burial grand,, the lord turn it around and manifest and save me today am alive,, my remaining 2 brothers and a sister still alive,, I give almighty God the glory,,

i love jesus the word tells me how much god loves us he love us so much he us his only son.

this chapter really give me confident and hope that in whatever situation, if you have christ as your Lord and personal saviour, there is hope.

I think this psalm means everything about my life is planned by God and its following a predetermined path and everything is going to work for my own good.

Am so glad and thankful for this verse, this is God 's word for the redemption of my family... Praise be to God Almighty!

Whatever we are in need of we can look to God and asked of him, no other but through Jesus Christ our Lord. If we look to any other source we will be in trouble, because Jesus is our master who made us,keep us, provide for us verse 4 5 show us what happen when do contrary to God 's plan.

To put the LORD first in everything i do or say makes it easier . He makes a way where there seem to be no way . No situation can move me if i put him first.

I have set the Lord always before my face To me means that I have His Word in my heart and mind Always to be in His word To meditate on His word day and night. I have even started to play a CD of His Word when I go to bed at night. I have found that I wake up Praising God in the middle on the night and in the morning I am more cheerful. Praise God For His Great and Mighty Wprd and His Spirit that lives in me !!!!

As I was reading psalms 16 today God unfold the word unto me so I could see what it s like being choosing into the Kingdom of God To do the work that only he put before us David is giving honor to God and at the same time asking him to keep watching over him as he do God will David go on to say my goodness extendeth not to thee In which he is saying his job is to governor the people and up hold God law as well as the law of the land in during that time the priest was excellent David goes on and talk about how God people will suffer for there worship of other gods You she those that God have choosing have a greater responsibility to make sure that the word of God is deliver to a ding world of people whom he love so much that he gave his only son up so that we could live a good life here on earth so that those of us who believe in him will have a greater life after death David had a moment of acknowledgement unto God for all he has done and gave him on this side So it s his belief in the Lord that keep him strong in faith Therefor he will not be move Psalm ch 16 1 11

This Verse is Saying God Will Show you Your Purpose And the Course Is In The Fullnes of Joy Which only He Brings In His Right Hand Pleasures No Lack of Any Kind Spiritually Or In The Natural

To be in the Shekanah presence of God is totally Awesome No drug alcohol or pill can fulfill that Surely to be in the presence of God is pleasure forever more What we receive from the Lord God in this life we will have for ever more in eternal life in heaven

I looked this verse up because of an old blues song I shall not be moved and knew it must have had a basis in scripture It makes the whole song so much better now that I knew where it came from As a new Christian I love this song so much more because I will not be moved Now I really know what the song means

I believe that when this is being said Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.

(meaning worshiping saints, like praying TO the saints, when we surely can ask the saints for help but always THROUGH Our Lord) We Never can worship anyone BUT Our Lord as we all know) But here they are just saying this, I think. Then it goes on in #4 to speak as if from Our Lord speaking (I think)to say what shall happen to us....
4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

the book of psalms give strength in time of affliction .

What I got from this scripture is that GOD'S thought for me is GOOD and not evil. Always providing for me from the begining of creation. The garden of Eden was a Pleasurable place so we in JESUS we hav tapped of that pleasure.

"Set" the Lord implies that we always put God
first place in all we do and in all our considerations of what to do. He is our right hand of strength and when "all around our soul gives way, God is truly our Hope and Stay"

Lot - My inheritance divided to me by lot, as the custom then was.
The Lord is my heritage and the wine of my cup; you are the supporter of my right.
i have understood the meaning of "Lot" through the PSALMS 16:5

I will give praise to the Lord who has been my guide; knowledge comes to me from my thoughts in the night.
Reins - My inward thoughts and affections, being inspired and moved by the holy spirit.
From the PSALMS 16:7, i have understood the meaning of "Reins".

Psalm 16;2 my goodness extendeth NOT to thee;

What does this mean?
