Discuss Psalms 23 Page 56

I have been trying to memorize Psalm 23 (King James Version) for years. I feel at peace when I read it. And feel closer to my shepard.
I have grown grandchildren and when they call me in time of troubles I give them this scripture to read. I know they will feel at peace and they renew their faith in the Lord even thou they do not attend church. It's a start!

psalm 23 tells you who ,what,when,where and how just read it daily it's for anyone who need it.
it will stay with you all day just remember it.

The book of pslam 23 l say every day with in my hart for pease and comfort and the song i need to help me with day.

Psalm 23 is my master piece towards many of my obstacles in life. many times I go through triumph and temptations and this passages lead me into a positive state of mind. gods word is very powerful. Thank u Jesus!!!

How I love this verse! whenever I'm troubled this has been my prayer.

If we are lacking what we need, it is not God's fault. He promised to supply what we need, so if we don't have it, there is something we aren't doing that we should be doing-a sheep must follow the Shepherd.

psalm 23 is a prayer of David, talk about the goodness of God and it helps in building ones faith in God almighty.

I love psalms 23 it give me hope in life that there is a reason for living and it talks about how great god is.

It has been a part of my life and my prayer from childhood. God had delivered me from many evils, even ones that I inflict on myself. He is always to be praised, always.

Nick you have a lot of wisdom for 13 yrs. old, and it is true David was in the old testament. Just remember the bible is verbal plenary inspiration by the Holy Spirit, and Holy men of God were used to write it. Every book of the bible is about Jesus, and David is speaking by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit that is why you see Jesus as the great Sheppard. He leads us even in the valley and the shadow of death, and we don't have to fear any evil because he promised never to leave us or to forsake us. So you keep reading and praying to Jesus may the Lord continue to bless you.

most of u dont know i am only 13 and i'm old enough to know that jesus was not born any time around this. i know that because David is in the old testament while Jesus is in the new testament. Please read your bible

I love Psalms 23 for it talks about the beneficence of the Lord our God, of His goodness and mercy, and shows us that we are never left to our own and He blesses us before our enemies, while we make our way to Heaven to be with Him for all eternity.

I love this verse because when we are in weary this verse makes us comfort and gives us an power that our Lord God is there. In Jesus Name. Amen..

I always remember these words
They give me strenght in many areas of my life
Makes me try harder through our (human) weaknesses in times of stress, hardship within & without & danger in the end.

i like this commentary because jesus was trying to explain himself and the father god that they have got great mercy and all of those mercy are being achieved with us through following his instructions.

I love this verse because it allows us to understand that God is with us in every situation ..His word is true..so no matter what you are going through,weather it be good, bad or whatever ...keep your head held high...And know he is with you...

This Psalm is such a comfort knowing that the Lord is constantly taking care of us, watching over us and ready to ward off any impending danger. Keep trusting in Him and allow Him to take care of you in any situation. May God bless you.

I love Psalm's 23, because it has help me in alot of situation that i've been thru. I know that he is an awesome God because he has never let me fell, he has close so many doors for me and open up so many bigger and better doors in my life, and i just want to let people know if u trust him , he will do the same for you. Just remember that he already knows you better then yourself, he just want you to stop n trust in him and ask him for what u want an have a sincere heart when you do, but be careful about what you want him to do for you, explain detail thru detail of what you want or need from him, but when he answer be ready to except it, after all you ask for it, May God Bless everyone who reads this in his son Jesus name i pray.

I remember when I was dating and this woman, wanted my future husband, she tried to kill me, for him, but when I got to First Bapt Church, in Nutley, N.J. and God Slated me, and when I came through, I was quoting, As I walk through the Valley of the shadows of Death, I will fear no Evil, the Choir had stop singing, and the church was silent, as they listen to God speaking.

Psalms 23 is the strength of my life. Knowng that God is my shepherd and he watches over me in all my situations. I have PEACE knowing that he loves me. I had cancer, Stage 4 and have been in remission for nearly 3 years now. I got sick the end of February 2010 with chest pains to learn later that I was really having issues with my heart On 02 March 2010, I had a procedure to check my heart and the doctor located a blockage in my artery and implanted a stent. PRAISE GOD!!!
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all, my dear friends.

Indeed this Psalm 23 is really a light on our way this is the security we have that whereever we may be God is there with us to lead us through the darkest valleys the deepest sea and he takes us to green pastures. Glory be the God of Isreal

I have congestive heart failure last stage i was prisoner in my body then came Psalm 23 the Lord is beside me I fear no evil his rod and staff comford me and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever
