When angry or wrathful, we are wise to hold our tongue so as not to say something we will regret later.

Verse 7 says that person who worship and hear the voice of God, will have not to worry. For he God makes him person more happy than the time of abundances. In totality, this chapter relates to rely upon the God. For God is merciful and always ready to help us.

Psalm chapter 4 verse 3 I really love that verse it a reassurance to know that while you going through your tribulations he is always there, because we set apart we belong to him, he his there to protect us. Is so sweet to trust in jesus just to take him at is word 's.

ONCE AGAIN KING DAVID PUTS HIS TRUST IN THE LORD ...AS I BREAK IT DOWN..DAVIDS BACK IS AGAINST THE WALL..AND NOT FOR HIMSELF.. AT THIS TIME DAVID WAS NO LONGER KING BUT HIS PEOPLE NOT ONLY TURNED AWAY FROM HIM BUT FROM GOD! DAVID IS CONFIDENT IN HIS GOD,HE ASK NOT FOR HELP, BUT SPEAK RELIEVE ME OF MY DISTRESS IN OTHER MY GOD WILL DO WHAT HES DONE FOR ME IN THE PAST ONCE AGAIN PURE FAITH THAT GOD WILL ANSWER HIM ...HOW MANY OF US HAVE THAT SAME FAITH AND CONFIDENCE SUCH AS DAVIDS?

"Oh God of my righteousness", indeed. Without him I would have none. Distress comes easily to me and I call on him for mercy/help. Leasing is all those other things that draw me away from him. Vanity is emptiness. Shame is recognizing how short I fall. I must sin not, and thus, offer the sacrifice of righteousness. Then I can find gladness in my heart, at the memory of the peace he gives me.

The Lord has been good to me each time I read this psalm. Just in March 2013, God commissioned me to be reading this word of God every morning. It's the Lord’s doing.

God has comissioned me to read it every night before I go to sleep! No really and if I get in bed before I read it if I forget or something he will make me get back up and read it.

Meditating upon, memorizing and recalling this psalm - every nuance, word, thought, phrase (and their relationship with each other), and the whole - helped heal me from being beset by general anger problems for a long period after my fathers death. I'd recommend this psalm for anyone with anger problems of any sort. My experience with this has led me to a new awe at the mind-blowing depth of the psalms and scripture - this psalm, when you really closely analyse it, pray with it and USE it, is revealed by the Holy Spirit to be far too clever, meaningful, powerful, and beautiful to have been written by man alone.

God wants us to always have on the whole armour and guard or hearts, stand in awe and sin not and see the salvation of of our Lord God almighty whose always with us even when we are not deserving he is still there waiting for us to get it right, I know I can always just in God He is the World's only hope

SAFTLY IN MY LORD ARMS, THAT ALL I NEED. THANK YOU JESUS FOR LOVING ME SO MUCH. ALWAYS PUT YOUR TRUST IN THE LORD AND HE WILL CARRY YOU THOUGH WHAT EVER THE PROBLEM IS. TRUST, FAITH AND HOPE.
