Discuss Psalms 51 Page 12

As I prayed today I asked this of God , I don 't to become consumed by the challenges that God has allowed in my life as they are the crosses of my life I must bear.I now that GOD is all power and all knowing , I know that he omnipresent and he loves me ... not only me but he has a planned and a desire for all of our lives.I 'm asking GOD to do it again in me for me.

please I need this Gods word to make me grow in the kingdom of God

We should always strive to be in right standing with GOD. That is the only state at which He sends his holy spirit to remind us of our transgrations when we err and thereby grant us the grace to acknowledge and ask for the forgiveness of same which He the ever merciful will forgive and cleanse us. D clear notice there is that David never gave excuses for his sins, many people sinned and try to xcuse them selves like Adam, Eve, Saul and the like of them. Saul said am afraid of the people, But David said I have sinned...

What I see is that, no matter the sin commited, God can stil show mercy.

I think this is the best psalm for a Christian. We are all sinners but He 's Gracious and Just to forgive and cleanse us of our inequities so long as we confess at the foot of His throne of Grace.

prais the living God To me i think every human being needs to read this everyday before sleeping. coz we sin everyday sometimes knowingly sometimes un knowingly. But once we read psalms51,God forgives us and gives us the grace to still recieve from him. read it if possible everyday. God 's grace will live to be up on u.

David is clearly pleading to God not to remove him from His presence. David desires to remain in Gods presence and recognised that the Holy Spirit had left him and with this he asks God to 'renew 'a right spirit, the Holy spirit within him. David presented his sin before the Lord because he knew God was the only one who could help him with this. If we we desire to remain in the presence of God it must be on His terms as we live to serve Him.

Unless God opens our lips, our Mouth won 't give praise to Him God .Openned lips allows us to praise God all the tym with a heavenly flow,no struggle.

My opinion on this verse is David was offering a prayer for killing and committing adultery. Pleading with God not take away his Holy Spirit due to his falling away. Jesus paid the price for us but if we live in the flesh and willfully sin God Holy Spirit will leave.

My Mum used to read Psalms 51 a lot when I was a child, Now that I 'm an adult, I now understand why it was her favorite Psalms. For I acknowledge my transgressions and my sinis ever before me.Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

this chapter of the Bible reveals to me the mercies of God. it exposes me to this basic truth that righteousness is by faith ganished by grace...until a man is cleansed by God he still cannot stand with the blessed saints and angel. Lord Jesus i am sorry for all my sins and i repent of them all today have mercy on me o God. wash me with your precious blood and make me clean in Jesus most Righteous and merciful God. amen. thank You Jesus.

I love this! As a teenager you hear the term "free spirit " all the time, but it is usually used with a rebellious connotation. Here, we can truely feel the support of a free spirit, and it is in a way that it pleases God and we still have a great relationship with him.
