This verse remind me of Psalms 23 that says Even the shadow of death I will fear no evil for Thou Art with me If you don t really have the Lord where you put all your trust you surely have this fear coz you really don t where and how your life and spirit ended up to Biblical approach about sin and human they both go together untended or unintended since we are still in human flesh it us who pressurized sin because we yield in which in reality people doesn t have fear about it coz they just have to pray and read His word to get strength to do it Everyday living facing danger that is unknown and uncertainty of what the future will be like is the fear most have

This I know God is for me What a remarkable statement made in the midst of intrigue betrayal and loneliness The secret of David s greatness was his complete confidence in the God who is not only mighty but merciful It is our shattered human psychology that refused to trust in the HESOD love of our Maker and Friend Even when God forgives us we cannot forgive ourselves Even after countless emblems of his grace we cannot trust that every minute he is silently planning for us in love My the same Savior who cleanses us from all sin and who baptizes us with the Holy Spirit heal all the souls diseases Psalm 103 May our theology inform our psychology so that we are finally free from fear doubt and self loathing On this day I say with David This I know for God is for me

lets face it as believers in this world we are constantly feeling the pressures of sin and sinfulness all around us and there are times even with us living by faith that these pressures will cause us to feel afraid but God s word is our hiding place from the spirit of fear that these things presents There is peace shalom in the midst of confusion trouble pressure uncertainty my peace my shalom Jesus said I give unto you not as the world giveth give I unto you let not your heart be troubled john 14 27

I takes away your fear from power and authority that men have over us, the reason being that there is someone higher and greater than man looking after us, and that is the creator of this vast universe, how can man top that? He is a mere mortal in this creation, but we have faith that the Great Almigihty who lives forever will always be there for us, and we can trust him implicitly. Man who is finite and created by God, cannnot do anything to us when we live in Christ, the maker of this universe. The power of God is greater thatn the power of man. God Bless

I asked God for a psalm to read after coming face to face with a man that committed a murder today. I chose randomly and got Psalms 56 & it made me feel much better because I was very scared.

The Lord has really encouraged me with this psalm, especially that 3rd verse. I have learned, like David, that we are not immune to fear, but that if we belong to the Lord, we can trust Him to be with us and help us during those times. David does not deny the reality of being afraid, but he knows Who will be with him when he is.

David thanked God for delivering him from death, and keeping him from falling. God will allow him to serve and glorify Jesus, the Light, in the land of the living. What time I am afraid, Lord I will trust in thee, and I shall not fear what man can do unto me. As Jesus prepared the Passover, He told His disciples I have greatly desired to eat this Passover with you,… for I will smite the Shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered. Peter said though all men forsake you I will not, and Jesus told him before the cock crows twice, you will deny me thrice. After it happened just like Jesus said, Peter wept. God did not spare His Son, but delivered Him up to us all, that He could give us all things through Him. The last enemy Jesus destroyed on that Cross, was death. We can now walk in the land of the living because we have passed from death unto life in Christ.

Psalm 56:4, God is faithful and great is His faithfulness. When He speaks, it comes to pass, I trust Him in His word, and He performed it as He has spoken in Job 5:24. I will forever praise Him in His word because, He alone cannot fail, you don’t need to worry about flesh that can fail at anytime. God is merciful, faithful, trustworthy and dependable. Thank you JESUS.

Psalms 121 used to be my favorite that I learnt from the Lone Ranger Show, but it has been replaced with Psalms 56. After all I have been through in my life, especially 2012, I was fearful and withdrawn; I have people who care and God loves me. I have learnt a great deal. Trust in the Lord at all times, especially in difficult times. I will bless the Lord at all times, and associate myself with those who do the same. Thank you Jesus for blessing me. I know you can and will fix me and all my problems.

Verse 4 talks about not fearing the flesh. As a young woman who is trying to live for God, I struggle with my flesh every day. But that is why God gives us the holy spirit. The holy spirit helps us and directs us in the paths we should go. I THANK GOD FOR THE HOLY GHOST!

Thank God for His Holy written, inspired, infallible, inerrant Word. It instructs me, convicts me, and brings me to understand my wonderful Savior. I am so thankful that God preserved his Word that we may enjoy it for all eternity. Thank You Lord!

I’m in school right now in a room alone. I was in iss but got kicked out. The office lady told me I didn’t have to do my work if I looked up the bible. Read this has made me want to change my life. I’m 18 years old, today is Friday I might go to jail on Monday. I’m in a gang but I don’t care it’s time for a change. I know I can find him here, he is here. Amen

This verse was my comfort for hours as a 5 year old child wondering aimlessly in a big city, lost on my way home from a park. It still comforts me today.

This verse speaks to me so strongly just as the whole bible does how God's holy word is so relevant today to what is happening in my life and how life is, and to everyone else because it is not just meant for me or anyone private interpretation. With just as much power and relevance as it was when it was first written thousands of years ago because God is always the same now and then and tomorrow unswaying perfect love and mercy.

As a small child I would quote verse 3 over and over but never knew where it was found. Now as a mother my son told me he is scared of the dark and I told him the verse but wasn't sure where it was found. I came to this site, typed it in and it pulled it right up. Now I can teach him the whole chapter and where it is found not just a recited verse.
