If God said it Ted we believe Him we don't accept what we think or what others have told us that Contradictes Him He is our Final Authority in all things. When we ask for His Wisdom than we know His Truth. 1Corinthians15:28 And when all things shall be Subdued unto Him then shall The Son also Himself be Subject unto Him that put all things under Him that God may be All in All. Blessings- Anne.

However, I would suggest that God the Father is NOT the Authority of the GodHead as it states in Matthew 28:18 and other places ... that ALL AUTHORITY has been given to Jesus ... as stated by Jesus himself. Now having said that, I agree, the issue of the Trinity or Godhead is very hard to explain and all Christians view it very different, and most are totally confused on the subject.

GOD'S NAME: I wanted to challenge this thread WHERE "Margaret" said God has many names. Then ... Erica Stated "Correction, he has many titles, only one name Yahweh Jehovah." I would suggest that Yahweh Jehovah was indeed the name he gave to Moses and said I AM is my name for all generations. However, is it not the name of Yeshua Jesus that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess to??

Thank you Marshall for seeking to share the Reality of Jesu's Divinity in The Godhead or Trinity as They are called today both mean Thy are 3 in One Spiritually but Thy have have different Roles, God The Father is as we know in Authority. 1Corinthians15:24-28 This is the same as Men and Woman, we are one Spiritually in Christ but we also have differant roles. Galations3:28 Christian Love Always

With all thanks and praise to God, my Holy Father, it is the Spirit that bears witness: for you would hide the truth if it were possible. But now you discern my blood and are not blameless. It is written, For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead: so that they are without excuse:

And it is the Spirit that bears witness, for the Spirit is truth.

Hear me now of GOD who IS MY HOLY FATHER: Though the Wicked have not the Spirit of Christ, for ye confessed not nor acknowledged: nor understood the water, even the doctrine of Christ: there is one thing evil men do see so that they are without excuse: IT IS MY DNA. For it is written, there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

i agree we are held to pretty high standards when ministering to be careful to get it right but the verses you are referring to say specifically this prophecy but it is always wise to not tamper with scripture or allow others to these things are poison to us i wish i knew ware to find things that well keep up the good work

Correction, he has many titles, only one name Yahweh Jehovah.

GOD is JEHOVAH, which is, being interpreted, Faithful and True. Seeing our Father's Name is Hallowed, Christ alone is worthy to reveal it. It is written, His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns: and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Did you know the NT writers translated Jehovah as "the Lord", or kurios Greek ? That's why the KJV translators used "the LORD" for the translation of Jehovah in most places. Matt 3:3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

    God has many names.

Jehovah is Gods name - it's nice to see it used again in the latest King James Bible - as it originally was. In the original languages of the scriptures it is mentioned over 7,000 times. The brother in law of King James - Danish King Christian the Fourth IV put Jehovahs name or tetragrammaton with vowel points on the front of buildings constructed during his reign coins.

At revelations 22nd chapter verses 18 and 19 states that if anyone makes any changes to these scroll by adding or taking away they will be added to the plagues that is to come upon mankind, and their portions will be taken away from the trees of life. So to remove the name of the author of this book The Bible is a very serious sin. Exodus 6:3 Psalms 83:18.

IN PSALMS 83:18 WE FIND OUT THE NAME THAT THE AUTHOR OF THE PSALM GIVES TO GOD WHICH IS "JEHOVAH". WHERE IN THE BIBLE DOES GOD REVEAL THAT TO THE AUTHOR? IF THE AUTHOR CALLED ME "JEHOVAH",MY NAME WOULD STILL BE "WILL". TO FIND OUT THE NAME OF GOD, WE SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE IN THE BIBLE WHERE GOD SAYS WHAT HIS NAME IS. GOD KNOWS HIS OWN NAME. TRY READING EXODUS 3:14 TO FIND OUT.

Hallowed means to Sanctify in other words to make sacred, esteem, etc. It’s an action for Humans how to treat God’s name Jehovah. Yahweh is the Hebrew translation, keep in mind that Lord, God, etc are all titles.

Jehovah is gods name and he wants us to talk the truth. Why do many religions not do this ? or say jesus is god when the bible does not say this.

Where can I find the names of the countries mentioned in Ps 83 in today's map and the names that represent those countries in the Psalm.
  • DEE on Psalms 83 - 5 years ago
HALLOWED means holy, its not a name and JAH is the shortened form of JEHOVAH
  • Asd on Psalms 83 - 5 years ago
JEHOVAH is the God of Jesus Christ.
Jesus has a God, his Father is his God and our God.
Satan does not want you to know that Jesus is the Christ, the begotten Son of the only true God.

Will - is what the bible gives as God's name Yolanda's fault? If that scripture had said that his name was 'Joe' or 'Bob', I'm sure it would still be exciting to Yolanda and others to find out what he says his own name is.

My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
