To me this says that great things shall happen to us from the Lord.Truth shall spring forth out of the earth,and righteousness shall look down from heaven.The Lord shall give thee which is good;and our land shall yield her increase.Righteousness shall go before him and shall set us in the way of his steps.Where we follow Him.

The scene may be at the throne of the Most High at the resurrection of Christ. There is praise for the attributes of the LORD: Mercy, Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Salvation, Glory. Here we see the ascension of Christ to bring the offering, Righteousness looks down while Truth ascends. Righteousness and Peace are both satisfied simultaneously by the sacrifice and can embrace. Glory will legally be able to dwell in the land.

In the second coming GOD(truth)shall come forth into and out of Man( being made from the earth).GOD(father) shall look down from Heaven.
