I believe it is a prayer of protection. A promise of God love for his children It covers you as well as others. The Holy Spirit lede to it years ago and it is my Our Father, daily. For all situations.

This prayer should be read daily by all believers. So much going on in the world that We need God's unchanging word to watch over us and guide us.

Psalms 91 Is the chapter that you read when you are being waded down by the enemy we have to remember and know who it is that loves us unconditional Only God can save us from harm. I read this everyday and gave taught my children to read it also, Thank You Father God for your mercy and grace Thank You JESUS for eternal life.

Pray for my salvation..I have been afflicted with anxiety and insomnia...I ask for deliverance from the the wicked one and into the loving arms of God and his beloved son Jesus... I love you Lord and all your beautiful children...ah men..!!

When I am down and people are attacking me with evil way's, I love to read this Psalm and take it deep into my heart. My Savior has and never will fail me. My trust and faith is with Him. Thank You God, Thank You Jesus Christ. Amen

Beautiful Psalm. I would like verse 1 to be my favourite verse, if I don't forget because Psalm The lord is my shepard was always my favorite psalm. verse 1 is my favourite verse as I think and or want this psalm to apply tp me. I never want to forget it. and hopefully I won't forget why in I want this psalm to become my favourite.

I watched The Sonlife Broadcast Network Sunday evening. Pastor Gabriel's message was taken from this text. It enveloped me as I watched him bring the sermon on Psalms 91. At the end of the sermon he encouraged everyone to read the entirety of this chapter in Psalms. His description of "shield and buckler" was spot on. He gave the full meaning to snare of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence.
