Oh How I Love God, He is awesome

He is a stronge tower in which i take refuge, protects against principalities and powers. Ps 91 guard's me whilst i sleep.

The spirit led me to Psalm 91 yesterday morning, The promises that this chapter houses were just what I needed , having recently being diagnosed with MND, my entire household and my church and fellow believers are praying for a miracle, in Jesus name. We cancel the doctors report and wait on God. Amen.

When I was young I prayed this prayer and I would always feel encouraged. Over the years I fell away from God, but now having come back, I am thrilled to say this scripture still gives me encouragement. I'm finding, God's Word, which I use to think just made people feel better, speaks directly to me beyond what I thought possible and gives me peace and hope in situations where nothing else does

I think it is a Prayer of Encouragement. I think one of its many purpose(s) is Scripture to Guard the Mind against satanic attacks when they arise!

I love psalm 91,it's been a healing chapter for me.God took me to that when I was going through many trials of sicknesses including with my heart and lupus.Today I am healed,blessed,and serving the Almighty,so greatful every day for life and with Him.

I love Psalm 91,I have been reading it for years, I feel better each time I recite it to myself. When ever satan tries to make me fill afraid, this is the one scripture that helps me to be strengthened.

AMEN. This is definitely a scripture to protect when you feel you are being singled out. God is an awesome God all the time.

I read this for me and my grandson who has been in the hospital for 3 almost 4 months. I know and believe that GOD will heal him fully.

Wanting the world to know the world to realize that JESUS CHRIST save everyday in many diffrent way . a young man tried to kill my daughter last night and she began to pray and he said to her why are you praying you don't believe ,BUT SHE DOSE AND SO DO I !!! These word's are very powerful to me ,i stand on his promises. God is good and greatly to be praised. When I move into any place are home .I speak 91st psalm.

Nothing has made me feel strong and safe more than psalm 91. Its Gods reasurance to me. I started meditating with it before i ever understood it.. it kept me safe and confident. Please who ever read this even for the first timers. This is your weapon and sheild. Where you need it most.

A very powerful prayer

This Psalm has been a source of comfort and strength to me for years. I read it daily for the year my son went to war. I thank God daily for His gracious providence. Strangely, it was quoted to me by an older sister/friend who doesn't attend mainstream church. Thank God for this great Psalm "I will say of the Lord, He IS my refuge and my fortress" Thank you God.

It is a privilege to know that when we remain in secret place of GOD's mercy, we are sure of our protection. We should endeavor to make JESUS priority in our lives always, praying always, when we are having good times, not only when we experience tribulations. JESUS desires us to seek Him and remain with Him, in order to gain Everlasting Life.

Linda Carol; when I was in a place like you're describing; that day of real and lasting conversion came without fanfare, or any emotional embellishments. I had for a very long time known and been convicted; and many attempts by churchy methods failed quickly. I can only thank and praise the Lord that He even accepted me, and allowed me to come back to Him. Jesus is ALL to me; and NO GOING BACK!

That 1st verse is our answers to everything we go through/our faith in Him! "If we only would set a time/place=(secret place) and dwell (talk/pray/read His word)with Him and just have faith in Him-like we did when He first saved us. Back then we wasn't worried about nothing and He showed us miracles too. I'm tired of riding this same roller coaster wandering what is really going on with me!

"He that DWELLS IN THE SECRET PLACE of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." As the Lord has said, "your Father which sees in secret (in the hidden) himself shall reward you openly (in the apparent);" and as it is the power of the Word of God to penetrate even to the discerning of thoughts and intents of the heart; so DWELLING cannot be misleading, pretending and empty show.
