When I see evil that exists on this earth in what I observe men doing to other men, I can more clearly see what good is. How is it that I can distinguish what is good or evil? "In the beginning God, (Good) created." And everything God created, He said it was good. What went wrong with creation? Free Choice! We were created with free choice, to choose good or evil. Ezekiel 28:13-19, very quickly describes an angel, that was created perfect, better than good, and he chooses to worship me, myself, and I, setting up his own trinity. When you look away from God, (good), to serve yourself only, you turn into a devil. When you think your ideas are more perfect then your creators ideas, then you make yourself a God in your own mind. Yes it’s a mystery how something created so perfect, could come up with the idea that he could go his own way, and sustain his own existence. When you turn evil, you cause war, and that is what happened in heaven according to Revelation 12:7, and he drew 1/3 of the angelic host with him in Revelation 12:4. They were cast down to earth, where our home was, while it was perfect. God, through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit created us, Genesis 1:26, and we were created perfect. We choose to not trust the ideas of our creator, and listen to the lies of the evil one, and we were then told to leave the Garden of Eden, which used to be heaven on earth, our first home. We now choose sides by our behavior, and how we love one another, which is good, which is Godly, which is what Christ came to do, by coming to earth at some point in time, living a life each day filled with the spirit and power of our creator to overcome evil with Good. I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me, Philippians 4:13.

The woman of Revelation 12 is a real woman.

Was the 3rd part of the stars in heaven cast down to the earth when Jesus was born? To my knowledge, no, that did not happen. The dragon did not stand in the manger and devour Jesus at his birth. "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” This verse proves that chapter 12 is written for Christians not Israel. Jews do not acknowledge the testimony of Jesus Christ. Revelation is a sealed book pertaining only to the events of World War 3. No one in the past could understand its meaning because knowledge of current events is necessary to know what is being revealed. I believe the woman is Christianity that is persecuted and condemned during WW3 and wants to give birth to a "child" that means Christian freedom to worship God. Verse 3 is describing a War battlefront, the Middle East war. "And they loved not their lives unto the death" describes brave men and women that fight to defend the Christian religion. "The 3rd part of the stars in heaven" ... stars are symbolic for missiles. The rod of iron is a nuclear missile that defeats the enemy of Christ and frees the world to be able to worship God once again.

Could the third part of the stars of heaven refer to some advanced technology which the devil will make available to men of science so as to further lead man away from GOD and the truth?

The light I feel God is speaking of is the separation from the light and darkness. I think of this light spoken of is goodness and badness. Like in the scriptures as you read verses you will notice that solar children are separated from the lunatics or children of darkness. A lot happens in these first few verses of the word of God. Isaiah 45:18 is the first verse. Then a war happened because of Ezekiel 28 and what Satan as the prince of Tyrus and Revelation 12:4 and we know who the stars are by reading Job 38:7 and Proverbs 8:31. So, in these first few verses Satan tried attempted overthrow and had stolen a third of God's children and God got mad and the destruction is in Jeremiah 4:22-27. Then God separated the light from the darkness so I think He separating good from evil. Then He begins to re-new the earth as it was and we were replenished in the flesh to see if we can be good enough to make it home. Judgment is in our hands, you could say because what you do on earth this time is how your ending will be. Thank God for the LORD Jesus Christ and through Him we can be forgiven. Them that don't think Jesus is who the Word says He is, well, I feel sorry for them because He is the only WAY.

First of all when GOD talks about heaven, it means the outer space above the earth. This space is inhabited by unclean spirits. Job 25:5; Ephesians2:2. GOD has set a time in which He will cleanse the whole heaven by shaking it ( Isaiah 34:4; Revelation 6:12-13). The shaking of the heaven (pictured as a fig tree being violently shaken) is the coming war in heaven which will be fought by Archangel Michael and his angels against the devil and his angels, Revelation 12:7. The devil and his angels will lose this war and their heavenly places will be taken over by the angels. All these unclean spirits together with the devil will be cast down to the earth (and the stars of heaven fall to the earth), Revelation 12:9-13. This is the beginning of the great tribulation the earth and it will last 1260 days. Immediately after the tribulation the LORD Jesus shall return to the earth to finish off the devil and all his demons and remove all things that offend from the earth, Matthew 24:29-30 ; 13:40-43; Revelation 19:11-21. The Writer of Hebrews 12:26-27 described the shaking of the heavens and the earth as the way for GOD to remove the sinful and the unclean from both the heavens and the earth. That which cannot be shaken are the righteous and the holy, and these shall abide forever.

Let me give you further enlightenment. This woman of Revelation 12:1 is definitely representing the nation of Israel since she was with a child, crying and pained to be delivered. It is the nation of Israel prior to the birth of Jesus Christ under the reign of the Roman Empire appearing in the book of Daniel 7:7. Use the amplified bible version. Her pains represent the sufferings and hardship of the people of Israel crying for salvation. I hope this adds some truth. Thank you.

I think it would do us all justice, if we began to look at the Hebrew instead of Greek, since that was the language at the beginning up until YHWH confused the languages (at the tower of Babel - Babylon). Do you know that the devil has truly deceived the whole world? Revelation 12:9, the very people who have translated the bibles down through the ages, have kept Our Creator's and Savior’s name from us. There are MANY God's ... How do we distinguish between the false god's i.e: Nimrod, Baal, Zeus, etc, and the true God? Our Creator has A NAME, and He wants it to be remembered for ALL GENERATIONS. That name was given to Moses. If you look in the preface of your bible, you will find that it states something like this "Because of the tradition of the Jews, and their belief that the Divine name was too sacred to utter, they have replaced the Divine name YHWH (which is the tetragrammaton) with LORD and GOD .... They REPLACED HIS DIVINE NAME WITH LORD AND GOD 7,000 times! God and Lord are TITLES not a NAME. He has ONE NAME YHWH. Also, our Savior's Name could not be Jesus, as there is no letter 'J' in Greek and no letter 'J' in Hebrew. Some say that Jesus is the English translation for the Hebrew Yeshua.....but, even if Yeshua is His Name, why would we need to transliterate it? Can’t we still pronounce the name Yeshua?? Eg: We don't need to transliterate Hussein into English, do we? The bible tells us to study to show ourselves approved ( 2 Timothy 2:15), also Hosea 4:6 tells us that we are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Some people identify the woman of Revelation 12 as Israel. But, where does it say in the bible that Israel "fled into the wilderness" to be protected and nourished by God AFTER the messianic child has been enthroned in heaven? These verses clearly describe what God does for His People of the New Covenant after Christ’s coming, not the Israel of the Old era. Some people also say that the woman of Revelation is the Church, but the ecclesial interpretation by itself DOES NOT make sense of all the data, for Revelation 12:1–5 portrays the woman as the mother of Jesus Christ. If the woman represents the Church, we must ask, how could the Church give birth to Jesus Christ? Rather, it should be the other way around!

Three main characters emerge in this scene: the woman, her male child, and the dragon. The woman gives birth to the male child, who is attacked by the dragon. The child is caught up to God and enthroned, while the dragon is defeated and cast down ( Rev. 12:1–9). Two of the three characters are easily identifiable. The dragon is explicitly identified as "that ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan" (12:9). The male child is Jesus Christ, for he is described as destined to "rule all the nations with a rod of iron" ( Rev. 12:5) a reference to the description of the messianic king in Psalm 2:9. Furthermore, since the child is caught up to God and sits on His throne, most scholars identify the child as Jesus Christ. The other two main characters are identified as individuals (the male child being Jesus Christ, and the dragon Satan), it seems unlikely that the third major character is only a symbol for a collective group. Rather, if the dragon and the child represent individuals, the woman also is likely to be an individual.

The woman of Revelation 12 is the BLESSED VIRGIN MARY. A Marian interpretation avoids the pitfalls of views that see the woman not as an individual at all, but only as a symbol for the People of God. Such an either-or proposition itself is foreign to the biblical worldview in which individuals often symbolically represent collective groups (e.g., Romans 5:19, where Adam represents all humanity, and Psalm 44:4, where Jacob stands for all of Israel). Given this biblical notion of individuals representing larger groups of people, the woman in Revelation 12 could be understood as both an individual (Mary) and a representative of God’s People as a whole. And the Blessed Virgin Mary is just the right person to embody both the Old and New Covenant since she herself stands at the hinge between the and the New. If there was one woman in salvation history who could represent both Israel and the beginning of the New Covenant People of God, it would be the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Dear William, you are blessed of God, and Jesus wants you to know that after the rapture of the Church the day of the Lord begins. A Jewish day begins in darkness, and ends in light. There will be war in heaven Satan will be cast down to the earth, and he will persecute the woman, who is the nation Israel. God will protect her, and Jesus will come at the end of the seven years to set up his kingdom for 1000 years. We will reign with Christ in the kingdom. Then after this Satan will be loosed from the bottomless pit to deceive the nations for a brief period of time, and God shall bring fire down from heaven to end the rebellion. Satan shall be cast in the lake of fire where the Anti- Christ, and the false teacher are. The kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and God will make a new heaven, and earth. So praise God we have nothing to worry about we win, as the last book of the bible Rev.22 tells us, and we are to watch and pray now for that day will come as a thief in the night upon the whole world. The woman of Revelation 12 is Mary the mother of Jesus because we can consider 12 in light of another passage in the Johannine tradition: Mary at the Cross in John 19:25–27. In John 19, we see from an earthly perspective what happens on Calvary: Jesus is crucified by the Romans while His mother and the beloved disciple stand at the foot of the Cross. Revelation 12 portrays the same scene, but from a heavenly perspective, so we can see with the eyes of angels what really happens on Good Friday: Calvary is the climactic cosmic showdown between God and the devil, and the real force behind Christ’s crucifixion is not the Romans, but Satan. While John 19 presents soldiers nailing Jesus to a cross, Revelation 12 shows us the dragon waiting to devour the male child and fiercely battling the forces of heaven ( Rev. 12:4–5, 7) and the son emerging victorious, enthroned in heaven, while the devil is defeated and cast down (12:5–9). All these parallels "woman," birth pains, Satan’s defeat, the mother of Christ, and the mother of Christ’s followers—show a unity of thought about the woman figure in John’s writings. Therefore, if the woman in John 19 is clearly understood to be Mary, the woman in 12 also should be seen as Mary.

4 John sees not only Jesus but the complete body of the 144,000 fellow heirs of the heavenly Kingdom standing upon the Mount Zion. ( Revelation 14:12, 13) Evidently, then, some of the 144,000 are still on earth. So how is it that John sees all of them standing with Jesus on Mount Zion? In that, as members of the congregation of anointed Christians, these have now “approached a Mount Zion and a city of the living God, heavenly Jerusalem.” ( Hebrews 12:22) Like Paul when he was still on earth, they have already—in a spiritual sense—been raised up to be in union with Christ Jesus in heavenly places. ( Ephesians 2:5, 6) Additionally, in 1919 they responded to the invitation, “Come on up here,” and in a figurative way “went up into heaven in the cloud.” ( Revelation 11:12) In view of these scriptures, we can see that all the 144,000—spiritually speaking—are located on Mount Zion with Jesus Christ.
The 144,000 have no part with the worshippers of the wild beast, who are marked with the symbolic number 666. ( Revelation 13:15-18) In contrast, these loyal ones have the name of God and of the Lamb written on their foreheads. No doubt John, a Jew, saw God’s name in Hebrew lettering, יהוה. In having the name of Jesus’ Father symbolically written on their foreheads, these sealed ones make known to all that they are Jehovah’s witnesses, His slaves. ( Revelation 3:12) Their having Jesus’ name also displayed on their foreheads indicates that they acknowledge being owned by him. He is their betrothed “husband,” and they are his prospective “bride,” “a new creation” serving God with heavenly life in view. ( Ephesians 5:22-24; Revelation 21:2, 9; 2 Corinthians 5:17) Their intimate relationship with Jehovah and Jesus Christ affects all their thoughts and actions.Thats the best I could do, and the rest up to you, weather you except this conclusion or not.

IT IS the hour of God’s judgment! Listen, then, to the divine message: “And another, a second angel, followed, saying: ‘She has fallen! Later, chapter 17 will describe her as a voluptuous harlot. Who is she? As we shall see, she is a global empire, she is religious, and she is Satan’s counterfeit system that he uses in fighting against the seed of God’s woman. ( Revelation 12:17) Babylon the Great is the entire world empire of false religion. She includes all religions that preserve the religious teachings and practices of ancient Babylon and that manifest her spirit.
It was at Babylon, more than 4,000 years ago, that Jehovah confused the tongues of the would-be builders of the Tower of Babel. The different language groups were scattered to the ends of the earth, taking with them the apostate beliefs and practices that are the basis of most religions to this day. ( Genesis 11:1-9) Babylon the Great is the religious part of Satan’s organization. (Compare John 8:43-47.) Her most prominent segment today is apostate Christendom, which emerged as a powerful, lawless organization in the fourth century after Christ, with creeds and formalisms derived, not from the Bible, but largely from Babylonish religion.—2 Thessalonians 2:3-12.

2 “The great harlot”! Why so shocking a designation? Who is she? Some have identified this symbolic harlot with ancient Rome. But Rome was a political power. This harlot commits fornication with the kings of the earth, and this evidently includes the kings of Rome. Besides, after her destruction, “the kings of the earth” are said to mourn her passing. Therefore, she cannot be a political power. ( Revelation 18:9, 10) Additionally, since she is mourned also by the world’s merchants, she could not picture big business. ( Revelation 18:15, 16) We read, however, that ‘by her spiritistic practice all the nations were misled.’ ( Revelation 18:23) This makes it clear that the great harlot must be a worldwide religious entity.
Which religious entity? Is she the Roman Catholic Church, as some have maintained? Or is she all of Christendom? No, she must be even larger than these if she is to mislead all the nations. She is, in fact, the entire world empire of false religion. Her origin in the mysteries of Babylon is shown in that many Babylonish doctrines and practices are common to religions around the earth. For example, belief in the inherent immortality of the human soul, in a hell of torment, and in a trinity of gods is to be found in most Oriental religions as well as in the sects of Christendom. False religion, spawned more than 4,000 years ago in the ancient city of Babylon, has developed into the modern monstrosity that is called, appropriately, Babylon the Great. Why, though, is she described by the repugnant term “the great harlot”?

It is interesting that so many view this text as meaning one third of the stars of heaven, when the verse clearly states;the third part of the stars of heaven. The third part is not the same as one third. The third part is in reality three parts after the first part and two parts before the fifth part,four parts before the seventh part and so on.
