Adam thank you for reminding us how to think for ourselves. God Bless.

    Dear Sandra,

Because the experimental covid injections have killed so many thousands of people (possibly more than million worldwide) and because it has caused so many thousands of injuries 500k in the US and millions worldwide, and because people who get it are getting covid even easier than those without, and because it doesn't limit the spread either, I believe it's wrong to take it and immoral to push others to take it. I believe evil people are using this as a sick experiment to make billions in profits. They are calling most of the deaths from the injection as covid to continue pushing the lie. They also lie and call deaths from the injection as 'unvaccinated' deaths if within 14 days of the injection. Flu, pneumonia, and other diseases are almost disappeared only because they are simply calling it all 'covid' so they can make more money. It has bankrupted people and their banning of the antiviral meds that work like HCQ and Ivermectin is pure evil.

God gave us an immune system and wants us to take care of our bodies (which are God's property), like through eating right and exercise. People in fear are falsely assuming there's no alternative but to take this stupid untested death injection. Our God-given immune system is the #1 strongest fight against any virus. I don't understand why people are deathly afraid of something that isn't even the leading cause of death? The same fanatics have less fear for heart disease, cancer from smoking, alcohol and drug abuse, abortion, falling, and other deaths that are way more dangerous than covid. It's all about fear and propaganda pushing the fear. The CDC's death count isn't even correct. 600k have NOT died from it in the US. The CDC admits this in fine print on their own website. Only 5% of their deaths are due only to 'covid' and I suspect its even less than that. There is no evidence of a pandemic. Total deaths seem normal for the growing population. This may be the strong delusion the Bible talks about.

Romans 13:1 My work place (Christian) is using this verse to obey the mandate for the COVID vaccine or I loose my job.

Can someone help me, I feel that is misinterpreted. Thanks

RLW: "we will be here and we must be prepared":

Now, this is quite interesting, what is your take, RLW, on three of your so-called "prophecy Experts," who Will Be Here, and the "way THEY teach to be prepared"?:

    (1) says to {SELFishly?} "hoard UP SEVEN years worth of food for the coming famine"

    (2) says to "FLEE from the cities to the protection of the RURAL areas"

    (3) says to "FLEE from the U.S. To the safety of Ethiopia"???

    (4) maybe you have "another idea" for preparedness?

    --------------------------------

Now, those of us, In The Body Of CHRIST:

    (A) who are looking, watching, and waiting patiently For The LORD JESUS CHRIST ( 2 Thessalonians 2:1) ( Romans 8:18-19) ( Romans 8:23) ( Romans 8:25) ( 1 Corinthians 1:7) ( Ephesians 6:12-18) ( Philippians 3:20) ( Colossians 4:1-3) ( 1 Thessalonians 1:10) ( 1 Thessalonians 5:5-11) ( Titus 2:13)

    (B) To Take us home to Heaven ( 2 Corinthians 5:1) ( 2 Corinthians 5:2) ( Ephesians 1:3) ( Ephesians 1:20) ( Ephesians 2:6) ( Philippians 3:20) ( Colossians 1:5) ( 2 Timothy 4:18)

Believe OUR "preparation" should be to:

    (1) Stay where God Has Called us, preaching The Gospel Of GRACE ( 1 Corinthians 15:3-4) ( Ephesians 2:8-9), to the lost,

    (2) "studying" God's Word Of Truth, Rightly Divided ( 2 Timothy 2:15), avoiding ALL of the above Confusion, And:

    (3) Using our {God-Given} resources to, In "ONE WORD - LOVE our neighbor" ( Galatians 5:14) ( Romans 13:8-10), and {UNselfishly!} teaching/helping those in need!! ALL in "preparation" for:

    (C) Judgment ( 1 Corinthians 3:7-15) for "rewards" for these! Amen?

Please Be Richly Encouraged, Enlightened,Exhorted, and Edified!

Precious friend, James, I would suggest Main Focus to be on this, while lying "prostrate Before God":

Is not the Solution to Confusion recognizing God's Differences Between "HIS Relationship With us," And "our fellowship with HIM!"?

God's Will, Today, Under HIS PURE GRACE? Very Simply:

    (1) God Establishes HIS Eternal Relationship With those who humbly:

believe, 100% trust, place Total faith, In The LORD JESUS CHRIST, HIS Death {Precious BLOOD}, Burial, And HIS Resurrection, According To The Scriptures! ( 1 Corinthians 15:3-4) ( Ephesians 2:8-9) ( Romans 3-5)

"GRACE Through faith" In The Merits Of HIS Precious And ALL-Sufficient BLOOD Results:

All sins Forgiven, HIS Eternal Life, And, Peace With God! {This Is Eternal DELIVERANCE From the PENALTY of sin!} ETERNAL Justification First, And, THEN:

    (2) The believer SHOULD do "good works" {Which will NEVER EQUAL CHRIST's PAYMENT For the above PENALTY of sin!}, for Which we Are Created In CHRIST JESUS, to perform for HIM, having "been Called into fellowship With HIM!" Amen?:

We "work out OUR OWN salvation" {This SHOULD Be a lifetime of DELIVERANCE From the POWER of sin!} Sanctification:

(2a) Fulfil ALL Of His Law, In "ONE Word: LOVE your neighbor as yourself!" ( Galatians 5:14) ( Romans 13:8-10)

(2b) Study HIS Word Of Truth, Rightly Divided, to show yourself Approved Unto God! ( 2 Timothy 2:15) - Have Plenty of examples of this, if you wish...

Eternal Results: reward {or loss} ( 1 Corinthians 3 : 7-15), ruling and reigning With CHRIST, Which Will FINALLY Be At The Judgment Day:

    (3) CHRIST's GLORIFICATION of All "members" Of HIS Body!! {This Is Eternal DELIVERANCE From the PRESENCE of sin!} Amen?

    ----------------------------------

    Conclusion:

BIG Differences Between God's Relationship And our fellowship! Correct?

Being a born-again Christian means you do not have to go through anyone to talk to God. You don't have to read set prayers, though you can read them during your talks with God, and that is the keyword--talk. Talk to Him. Ask the Holy Spirit to you and just spill your heart to Jesus.

Pray for focus. That is, ask the Holy Spirit to keep your mind from straying during your daily devotions. Proverbs 4:25 "Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee." Keep it about Him, not your job, food, vacation, you get the idea.

Pray that God will help you to keep you walking in Christ. Romans 13:14 "But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof." So that you will be presentable to him in--

    Body

    Tongue & Heart

    Motives

    Relationships

    Finances

    Attitude

    Emotions

Ask Him to give you wisdom, strength, and determination to stand in the battle--temptation, persecution, etc--raging about you, to use all the armor and weapons--The Word, Faith, Trust--He has given you to their fullest extent. 2 Corinthians 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Keep a prayer list of those people in your circle who need God's help. James 5:15 "And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the LORD will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven."

Set times for morning and evening devotions, but follow 1 Thessalonians 5:17 "Pray without ceasing." How is that possible? Have you ever performed a task with the radio playing in the background? You can keep an open connection to talk to God as you go through your day.

And when you pray, forgive those who have wronged you. Matthew 6:14 "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you."

    God bless you!

    Arnold,

Pray this prayer every day: Father, please give me wisdom, strength, and determination to stand in the battle raging about me. Help me use all the armor and weapons You have given me to their fullest extent. 2 Corinthians 10:3 "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)"

Keep yourself clothed in Christ. Romans 13:14 "But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof." So that you will be presentible to him in all ways.

    1. Body - Do not sin against your own body in overeating and fornication.

    2. Tongue & Heart - Keep your speech and your heart presentable to the Lord.

    3. Motives - Magnify His name in everything you do.

    4. Relationships - Treat others the way you'd have them treat you.

    5. Finances - Give God a portion of your gross income and extra money that he blesses you with. Spend wisely

    6. Attitude - Don't wallow in the past, to wit, don't obsess about what you did against someone or what someone did to you. Be nice and sweet, even when it's just you and God.

    7. Emotions - Don't fret about what might happen, but lay your future in the hands of God.

When you sin, ask God to forgive you. Communicate with God in prayer, singing, and Bible reading every day. Don't nag your family about being saved. Cast them on God and be patient.

    God Bless!

    Dear Kim,

Keep yourself clothed in Christ so that everything in your life is presentable to the Lord. Romans 13:14 "But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof."

Pray. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."

Stay the course no matter what happens or what your emotions are Philippians 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 2 Corinthians 5:7 "For we walk by faith, not by sight."

    God bless you!

    Dear Debbie,

Ever heard the saying, "You can lead a horse to water, but you force them to drink'? That is your situation with your family. What to do to win them to the Lord. Live your life in Christ Romans 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.

    1. Submit to the LORD as an example of a sister in Christ's proper behavior and relationship with the Lord.

    2. Joyfully and lovingly serve your husband--if you have one--and your family, community.

    3. Use respectful dialogue when engaging them.

    4. Invite them to church, but if they flat out refuses to attend, whatever you do, don't nag them about going. If they do attend, don't push them to go to the alter. In other words, let the Holy Spirit do the convicting and prompting for that's His job.

    5. Ask God to send born-again people their way so that they can see Christ in them too. And remember two things. One, no matter how negatively they react, you don't what the seeds you and others have planted in their heart. Pray that those seeds have fallen on fertile ground. Two, don't give up. Some people pray for years before their loved ones come to Christ.

    Hi Tyron,

This verse shows us how to deny the flesh. Romans 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof. In other words, walk in Christ, staying away from things that will cause you to sin.

    Asking for a mate...

Philippians 4:6-9 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me-practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you."

2 Corinthians 6:14 "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" Choose a wife who is a born-again Christian.

Let us follow David's lead and leave all things to God's Hand. Romans 13: 1-4. Let's pray for our President and others in position of authority. 1 Timothy 2: 1-4. Even if we didn't vote for them, or not voted at all.

Our country needs us to stand together and trust in the wisdom of God and be patient as we await God's hand. As David waited, let us trust in the Lord God.

God bless everyone on this July 2021.

I was responding to the posts about 1 Thess: 4:17, 18

The Rapture; Caught Up; In the Clouds

    End of Days

I am an Evangelist. I see lambs, sheep, wolves, hirelings and those called to be shepherds.

I'm just going to leave it at that and ask God to raise up more shepherds who care for the Sheep. To guide, in one accord, all those who want to know what the Caught Up is, and how to be a participant in that?

Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another

Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Philippians 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

1 Peter 4:9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging.

Galatians 5:13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

1 Peter 5:5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. All of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and gives grace to the humble.

Ephesians 4:2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

1 Peter 4:8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: charity shall cover the multitude of sins.

Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loves another has fulfilled the law.

Romans 12:16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love & good works.

Brother Jesse, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

1 Thessalonians 4:13 But I would not have you be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are ASLEEP, that you sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.

Romans 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of SLEEP: for now is our salvation nearer than when we first believed.

1 Thessalonians 4:14 For we believe that Jesus died and arose again, even so them also which SLEEP in Jesus will God bring with him.

1 Thessalonians 5:6 Therefore let us NOT SLEEP, as do others; but us watch an be sober.

1 Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are ASLEEP.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the DEAD IN CHRIST shall RISE FIRST (first resurrection)( Revelation 20:5):

Revelation 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead that DIE IN THE LORD from henceforth .....

I BELIEVE this is the FIRST DEATH and the first resurrection also describe in 1 Thessalonians 4:16.

I BELIEVE the ONLY one that hears this shout and trumpet is the one being CALLED to take part in the first resurrection. I come as a thief in the night. If everyone heard, it would no be as a thief.

Hebrews 9:27 It is appointed unto men to die..I BELIEVE this is the same death in 1 Thessalonians 4:16 and Revelation 14:13...but after this the judgement.

I BELIEVE this judgement is by God's WORD; both written and living, on those that have their part in the first resurrection. 1 Peter 4:17

I BELIEVE 1 Thessalonians 4 is about those that take part in the first resurrection and are present with Christ upon his return at the second resurrection.

What difference is there in the snatching up, whether it be one at a time or collectively.

Powerful passage, reveals the omniscience of the Lord knowing all that will come to pass.

v 51, 52 shows us in our spiritual state when we are clothed in our own selves and not in Christ Jesus. We are "naked" and have no power against the flesh. We have no testimony no witness for His sake. Even Peter follows afar off. V54

Have you anointed Jesus in your heart as the woman did. She did it in a public forum, before all. I need to pray continually for the grace of God that I stand fast and not deny Him in my daily living amongst men.

It is very easy to praise the Lord and worship Him amongst the believers in church and fellowship, but I need to be faithful even amongst the unbelievers and deniers of the faith.

Though there are many areas of the faith, doctrines, that we may not agree on; let us pray for each other and lift each other up to the throne of grace. Let us pray even for the people God has placed over us in positions of authority. ( Romans 13: 1-5, 1 Tim 2:1-6; 2 Peter 3:9)

Let's lift up the current administration, President Biden, in Christ Name. Those who sit on the bench of the supreme court and of course our 100 senators and 441 (or so) house representatives. (435 stated elected, and 6 from the territories and common wealth of the USA). Sorry for the civics lesson. Pray for your own local state leaders.

God bless all. And lest we forget, pray for the peace in Jerusalem. May we be found faithful as we await the coming of the Lord Jesus in the clouds. 1 These 4: 11- 18

Brother Earl. I've never thought that "we are Christ's garments". I've always understood that Christ is our garment. Galatians 3:27; Romans 13:14. And that we are "in Christ": Romans 8:1; Romans 12:5; 2 Corinthians 5:17. And "Christ in us": Colossians 1:27; 2 Corinthians 13:5. Any further thoughts?

    Hi Tod.

I second what Brother Adam has said,

There is no excuse for slavery. but Romans 13. has nothing to do with slavery.

The Government is not perfect and neither are we, but they are ordained to keep law and order.

Romans 13:4. For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Those in office have the same struggle in the flesh as we,

And we "ALL" know right from wrong.

John 1:9. That was the true Light, which lighteth "EVERY MAN" that cometh into the world.

It has always been like that and always will be until the prince of peace come.

    God bless.

May the Lord bless our walk with Him. May we go forth bearing precious seed into the world we live in and obey the great commission by making disciples. Let us pray for the authority over us, for God ordained them ( Romans 13: 1-5; 1 Tim 2:1-3)

My prayer is that no one be lost, and that all find the salvation of the Lord Jesus Christ. ( 2 Peter 3:9)

May we all abide in His Word. For His coming is nigh.

    Hi Vince,

I'm not here to get in between this discussion. Just wondering who are "these people" who teach and keep people from reading the Old Testament you have stated twice now? Obviously no one here, I know of, as the Old Testament is regularly spoken of and promoted.

There is a New Testament(Covenant). Here's God speaking of it in the Old Testament, Jeremiah 31:31-34. Yes the Old Testament is quoted several hundred times in the New Testament. Though there are many things in the New Testament not in the Old Testament.

Just to be clear to maybe help others you are conversing with. What are God's Laws or God's Commandments you are stating we should follow? All of the 613 Mitzvot laws or just the Ten Commandments?

    Jesus Christ is the way.

1 John 3:22-24 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

And this is His commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

And he that keepeth His commandments dwelleth in Him, and He in him. And hereby we know that He abideth in us, by the Spirit which He hath given us.

Romans 13:8 & 10 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

    God Bless.

    Greetings to all,

My feelings of believers, in Christ, being divided by all types of "doctrine and beliefs" is very saddening. I come as a peacemaker. As I have seen and been involved with debates about many things such as(needing to speak in tongues to know you have the Holy Spirit, keeping the 7th day Sabbath, you only have to believe to be saved, etc).

I so understand that no one is exactly the same and we may have different perspectives on things. Us being able to have peaceful conversations with one another is a Blessing. Even though we all being different, with different gifts and abilities, Christ is the same.

I just want to focus now on what I feel is most important. Love. If we truly live our lives with a pure heart founding ourselves on loving one another. We are fulfilling the law and God's Will. There is nothing greater than love. As Jesus Christ stated there is no greater love than to lay down his life for his friends. We should lay down our lives for Jesus Christ and let Him be the author of our lives. Him showing His love for us as He gave His life, as a perfect sacrifice, to save us from our sins. Also how much our Father loves us by sending His own Son to be a free gift of Salvation. That we may all be one in Him. He is the only way to the Father. The Lord searches hearts and knows all who are His. Let the Holy Ghost lead you to follow after Christ in His ways. To do what pleases Him.

In truth I say that I love you all and all of you are in my prayers every day. I could go on and on though I want to just read the Holy Bible. I shall leave a just a couple Scriptures for you all that the Lord brought me to that fit this post.

    Romans 13:8-10, 1 John 4:7-19.

In humbleness, God Bless you all!

Do we still sin after becoming a Christian?
  • Richard in Christ - In Reply on Romans 13:4 - 3 years ago
In all kindness. Like stated if you think that shall do better please do it.

So even though "hel" and "hell" sound exactly the same when you say them now it's down to how you spell the word? Not how it sounds? As stated this to me would be going down a rabbit hole.

About the story of the "rusty bones" do you think the mother was putting some curse on the child or something by saying that? My father used to tell me eating the crust of bread would give me curly hair. Obviously not true. To think that mans knee problem had anything to do with what his mother told him is pretty much a long shot. I'd probably start asking about the mans life. I know many people who have bad knees and are still in their thirties. Along with older who have had knee replacements. It's not because of what their parents told them either.

One thing I was thinking about sharing with you was my grandmother. I used to always wonder why she never replied back to me after I told her I loved her. Though I cannot imagine having a more loving, precious, grandmother than her whom I was blessed to have. She did not have to say she loved me every time I saw her. I truly don't have one memory of her where she did not have a smile on her face and was so loving and caring toward me. She was such a good person and I know she is at peace with God now. She probably knew that saying "I love you" too much would get old and she didn't need to say it. I know she loved me dearly by who she was. Not her saying it.

As I will not use the word you don't like here anymore only for you. Not that it will do any difference though like I stated I am only thinking of you.

And maybe to make you feel better know that when I say "that word you don't like"(which I still use as there is no wrong to it) it sounds like "hallo" with smiles.

Showing our love toward one another in deeds in life is very much more important than just words. 1 John 3:18.

    God Bless you Sam.

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for you comments!

We as true Christians have the Love of The Spirit of Christ in us, so even if we say "Hello" all day long, we still have that Spirit of Love within us to show love and be love.

However, the sinners, the people of "the carnal world" are not like that.

They do not have "The Holy Spirit of Love" in them, so by default they follow the deceitful desires of their carnal mind, and with little or not resistance.

All the good things that carnal men and women do in the world is because of The Holy Spirit compelling them in certain areas to do good.

So, for carnal men and women to accept a new greeting like "LoveO" as a default greeting, this certainly over time can also use that to help change their mindset and way of thinking so they show more love and less hell!

Also a far as names go, "hel" is NOT the "Hell".

I personally know of a Christian Pastor who when he was very young and also throughout out his adult life, his mother use to tell him that he had "rusty bones". He offered absolutely no spirtual resistance to those negative words his mother spoke over him for more than 40 years.

So guess what happened to him? Before he was even 60 years old, he had to get surgery for both of his knee caps replaced. Why? You guessed it!....because of "rusty bones". The cartilage thinned on his bones out and over time the wear and tear caused his knee caps to became unusable.

So, anytime you can speak words of healing, love, and life into the mix of your everyday life, and over someone else, do it, because it is the right thing to do it, and it benefits both the sinners and the saints.

    Hi Rob,

I don't think anyone here has ever said Jesus Christ is God the Father. He is the only begotten Son of God. Like you stated flesh from being born of Mary. Though no virgin can give birth to a person. They must be conceived. The Holy Ghost is what conceived Mary. The Holy Ghost is of God. Jesus Christ was not just a human like you or me. He was part human part God.

I was wondering if it was the same Rob I have had conversations before about the divinity of Christ. In your question about "God not being flesh". Which I believe we all know. Also has nothing to do with Jesus Christ being God the Son.

He is on the right hand of God. Nothing is above Him and everything is below Him. Just as God the Father as they are ONE. Also the He existed before the world was.

As I might as well bring this up as well as I know some believe this view. That Jesus Christ received the Holy Ghost at His baptism in the Jordan. Maybe because of the vision John saw of the Spirit descending upon Him. Which to me was just for a testimony. Also as God spoke from Heaven. John the baptist was filled with the Holy Ghost from his mothers womb as in Luke 1:15. I don't understand how anyone could think the Holy Ghost/Spirit of God was not with Jesus Christ from His mothers womb also. Also in that John was born of two human parents. Not as Christ in that God is His real Father. Even showing Jesus knew he was the Son of God in Luke 2:49. As we who are born again, knowing God is our Father, receiving the the Holy Spirit of adoption as in Romans 8:15-16. Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and ONE with God the Father. Along with the Holy Ghost. 1 John 5:7.

No one said anyone gave anything to God the Father.

    God Bless.

The verse I'm looking for in the bible is in the Old Testament. I can't remember where I read it , have not found it yet but did come across other verses , like

Hosea 11 .9 that confirms that verse and Jeremiah 32.27 , numbers 27.16

Malachi 3.6 and Luke 34.39 from Jesus himself .

The bottom line is God is Spirit and creator of all things visible and invisible. That's the father .

Jesus is man and also born of The Spirit of God , and flesh of Mary , but he is not the father either , the father never had or will have flesh .

Therefore Jesus is the Son of God the only begotten.

All things Jesus has have been given him from God the father .

No one gave anything to God the father . He is God alone .

    Amen

To Rob: sorry I didn't see your question was about God's flesh. Here's some interesting, thought provoking scriptures.

    Exodus 33

17 And the LORD said unto MOSES, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.

18 And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.

19 And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.

20 And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, AND LIVE.

21 And the LORD said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock:

22 And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:

23 And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my BACK PARTS, but my face shall not be seen.

    John 4:24

GOD IS A SPIRIT: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."

    Genesis 15 (ABRAHAM COVENANT)

8 And he said, Lord GOD, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it?

9 And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.

10 And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not.

12 And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.

17 And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces. (God)

18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying:

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:

    Ephesians 2:11

    Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.
