"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin" Romans 5:12. "Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar" Prov. 30:6. Adding things in Genesis that are NOT THERE goes against the Bible. Death entered the world thru Adam. Death before Adam goes against the word of God!

Verse 12~Sin was passed on to all mankind because Adam as the first human sinned and passed this on. Death is a result of sin and so all die. We can be so grateful to Jehovah God for the ransom of his son Jesus Christ that will undo all the damage that has taken place over the centuries.

Verse 5~Hope in Jehovah God will not lead to disappointment because he always fulfills his promises.

Concerning Matthew 18:35: "So your Heavenly Father will do to you if each of you, if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses".
Question: This seems to be explicitly clear that the sin of unforgiveness is a sin God will not forgive a believer for committing. How does this verse/concept reconcile to such verses as Romans 5: 2, 20
  • BSP on Romans 5 - 6 years ago
Verse 8: God had so much love for mankind that even while we were sinners and we did nothing deserving of his love, he provided the ransom by sacrificing the life of his most precious Son, Jesus Christ.

Romans Chapter 5 Is a very evident picture of our Lord Jesus Christ reuniting man (who sinned) with a Holy and Great God who brings Forgiveness to all who will but Repent of their sins and believe Jesus can and will forgive "ALL" our sins.

It is true that through one man sin entered the world, but Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice and conquer death therefore through Christ Jesus we're free from sin, and the sting of death if we believe and trust in God on earth breathing heaven Air
  • Emanuel Fernandes on Romans 5 - 7 years ago
Trying of your faith worketh patience (fruit of the spirit) it also builds faith trials of your faith is precious but it must be tried with fire so the Lord can use you. Why? Without faith it's IMPOSSIBLE to please him

"For if by one man's offence death reigned by one much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ." There is evidently a great chasm fixed between the Scriptures of Truth and the Other Gospel that is so popularly believed in today. The Truth is that we WERE dead in sins and bound with chains of darkness, alienated in our minds by nature away from God, and all knowledge and spiritual understanding but now in Christ we ARE alive and righteous, clean through the word which He has spoken and made new creations made after the image of Him who loved us and gave Himself for us. No matter what men may say and contradict and argue the fact done is that we are now made holy and righteous through the grace of Jesus Christ, and have eternal life. Sin and death do not have dominion over us!

The question that is asked by the bible trivia, '3.  Paul says that tribulations give us what?
I think that the answer to the question is wrong. It does not give all three. It is by enduring tribulations that we learn the value of dealing with trials patiently, and by doing thus, we gain experience. Through these experiences we see our reason for hope in God. Praise the Lord for His mercy.
  • Edna on Romans 5 - 7 years ago
not only reconciled peace with God but saved by his life, thru his ressurtion, if there was no ressurtion we would be dead in our sins.So we have hope in Gods gift to us JESUS CHRIST
  • Edna on Romans 5 - 7 years ago
by the first man ADAM BROUGHT SIN AND DEATH INTO THE WORLD. BUT BY THE SECOND MAN JESUS THE GRACE OF GOD BROUGHT RIGHTOUSNESS AND PEACE JESUS CRIST WE ARE RECONCILED BY HIS BLOOD
  • Peter A. Okebukola on Romans 5 - 7 years ago
The impact on our lives of Adam and Christ is described as "for as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous." We thank Jesus for obeying His Father to come die for our sins. In turn, we should strive to do His will, have faith in Him to be saved by Grace.

John 18:40 Then cried they all again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Jesus came to die for all sinners. Jesus is the redeemer.

Matthew 9:32 As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil. It is easy for the Devil to advantage of the Weak. 1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. We must BELIEVE that Jesus is God and only One.
  • A disciple on Romans 5 - 7 years ago
When the Lord Jesus was 40 days tempted of the devil, one of the things that the liar came and said to Jesus, was how the whole world was given into his hand: the devil is a LIAR! NOTHING is his; ALL IS GOD'S! The devil is a warped-minded pervert who can never repent, and is filled with violent rage because HE IS CAST OUT! The condition of the ungodly and their world are all in God's hands always!

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Because of Adam's rebellion against God. Satan took over the earth, now God had to find a redeemed. Isaiah 60:16 Jesus is our redeemer. Satan will loose ...

We Shall be Saved from Wrath through Him. Romans 5:9. Keep looking Up

Eve was beguiled by the serpent. Adam made the choice to eat the forbiden fruit and as always he blamed everyone else for his downfall. "The woman that thou gavest me".
He blames Eve and Almighty God for his disobedient act.
