I just hope that the people who have read not only this chapter, but also the whole word of God. That in order
to be a child of God You have to be saved. Which is being born of the water and of the Spirit. John 3:3 thru 7 and also
Acts 2:38. This is the new birth in order to be a true child of God. Romans 8:9 he that have not the spirit of Christ is none of his. He's talking about the Holy Ghost folks, the same Spirit that came down on the day of Pentecost. Acts 2:1-4. Then we'll be one in Christ, joint heirs with him. Then his Spirit will give us the power to walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. To God be the Glory, Praise the Lord.

Please pray for Henrietta Harman and Anthony Cabot to be born again and believing on the Lord Jesus. For a revelation for them that Jesus is the truth and the bible is true and for reconciliation and love and forgiveness in their relationship and a godly marriage for them with eachother and for them to be in love with eachother still. Could you help explain Romans 8:33-34, when it says, Vs 33, "Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect. It is God that justifieth".
Vs 34, "Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died,.. "

Does it mean that only God can lay any charge against His elect?
Also, does Vs 34 mean that only Christ can condemn His eject?

In reply to Su: we all have the same struggle. Even the apostle Paul. Read Romans 7:15 to Romans 8:1. With 8:1 being the key, if we are in Christ, we are not condemned. Continue to fight the good fight.

Gods Spirit can overcome anything if we are led by His Spirit. Vers 11 The same Spirit then can be raised in us today.

Faith to me is believing Romans 8:28.

Yes Adam I agree with those Scriptures too because Rejecting Jesus in their Hearts even when they know Him is the unforgivable Sin it's Blasheming the Holy Spirit who shows us Christ's reality so they are calling Him a Liar. If God knew that you would reject Jesus would He have choosen you to be Conformed into the image of Him. Romans 8:29-39 Jesus even brings back the lost Sheep and I was One.

Your trying to understand God according to your carnality when Romans 1:23 changing the glory of God into corruptible man when it was his Son who came in the likeness of sinful flesh Romans 8:3. Without Jesus Christ the Son of God and his words in you, all you have is a mirage for a God. 1stJohn 5:9-15. When you have the Son if God you have life. When you don't have the Son no life period.
