Romans 8 is the crown jewel of the Bible. It tells us all we need to know of this life. Even though there is a spiritual battle going on in the world, and in our lives, we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. If God be for us, who can be against us. Remember the Holy Spirit is not an it, but He is the third Person of the Godhead.

Amen, thank you Jesus! I have repented, with much remorse, for the many things I said and did when I was younger and foolish. I wish I could go back and fix it all, especially for one individual. Way back when we were in elementary school, I did apologize for what I did. as I was deeply sorry. She accepted it, but our friendship was over as her family did not want us to be friends anymore. I don't blame them, as it was all my fault. I was afraid of the ones who bullied her and instead of fighting them off, I joined in because I was so afraid of them they too, bullied me , but that is NO excuse. I wish I could go back and fight them, even if it meant getting myself beat up for it. I would have gladly taken a punch in the nose for her. For over fifty years I have been ashamed and full of guilt, and begged God's forgiveness. I just hope my former friend has a wonderful, blessed life, full of love and God's goodness, and is truly happy.

So you are neither free to keep sinner because Jesus was the sin nearer. And you keep sinning throughout your lifetime. And you are neither free from dying because we all keep dying. And we are neither free from keeping the law because Jesus himself keep the Law ,that he came not to abolish but to fulfill from Genesis chapt.2:1, Exodus 20:where God himself wrote the 10 commandment Laws with his own finger, And Revelation 22:14, where keeping Gods Law is your ticket into Heaven. So we HAVE to keep the law of God and not the Mosaic law the kiiing of sheep etc. to appease for our sins, because the good shepherd died she'd blood himself instead of sheep dying anymore.Therfore all we have to do is pray kneeling ,bowing, laying prostrate on the ground ,or just calling on the name of the Ultimate Sheep-that. was sacrificed

Romans 3 says there is nobody who is righteous or seeks after God. Jesus said none can come to him unless they are called by the Father. Satan has blinded the minds of all of the children of Adam. Romans 8:29-30 gives the solution to get people saved. Before the creation He predestinated people at random to be able to hear and understand the gospel when HE calls and we decide to reply to Him

"For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." The Apostle doesn't spend a lot of time focusing on the "sufferings," but simply categorizes them as, "of this present time " and specifically points to our being freed from their bondage by the power of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. "For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God." Now we should take heed to this as a grave warning also from the Lord. What happened to the sons of God in the world of the beginning, that they were hardened against the Spirit of the LORD? The same things at work today to wear us down also and seek to turn us away from Jesus. Look at the News look at the world around us every day look at all the terrible enemies and blasphemers look at all those things tempting and contradicting and it is overwhelming! But LOOK UNTO JESUS, and be victorious over all, and overcomers of all!

Thank you Jesus for your blood in spite of darkness and storm in life Praising and worshipping you Jesus are more important than sacrife. Hallelujah to the blood of a Lamb amen

Angela Grace Mason does like that scripture from the word of God. It says a lot about how we should be like Christ and not like the Devil.

In Romans 8:18 we christians are taught to remain calm in temptations that come our way to try our faith in GOD because when we overcome we will receive a reward from GOD wipe out all tears.

Romans 8:23, Christians are not to walk after the flesh but are to mortify the deeds of the body by the Spirit. Christ came to give us power over the flesh and all sin. If one is a Christian, one must take all sinful things to Jesus to b eradicated. Christ can remove all sin, 1 John 1st chapter. "And cleanse us from all unrighteousness". "Cleanses us from ALL sin". 2nd chap Walk as He walked.

Eternal truths- So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. If God be for us, who can be against us?

John13:7 7 Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now but thou shalt know hereafter. Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. The Holy Spirit will open our eyes to the Word of God.

Norlan: Again out of context with Romans 7. Paul is telling us who he was and not who he is. Paul uses the law of divorce and remarriage to show you have to be dead to one in order to be married to another. Paul is telling us when he was under sin sin had rule over him Genesis 4:7. Now he rules over sin Romans 8:1 he is pulling you out of Romans 7.

NOT the relationship of my body adoption. Romans 8:22] For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
[23] And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body." Romans 8:17] And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint

We rule over sin as Paul takes us out of Romans 7 from the past out of that wretched man of sin, in Romans 8 he brings us to the now the present.

Romans 8:1] There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
[2] For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on Matthew 1 - 7 years ago
Emmanuel God with us = John 3:16 God sent his Son, he is still with Israel. This is where people mess up thinking God literally with us in the flesh, when it is an interpretation, an interpretation of events. Mark 12:1-11 The vine yard owner sent his Son and not himself as God became nothing in the flesh he sent his Son in the likeness of sinful flesh. Romans 8:3.

Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. Glory be to God to cleanse us with his Holy Word so we can grow in Love.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on Ephesians 1 - 7 years ago
Christians are growing and growing in iniquity and NOT in the truth. Ephesians 1:4 without blame, ((without sin)) before him in love since the foundation of the world. We are to be without blame ((without sin)) as all sin is of the devil period and all sinners will burn. Verse 5 being predestined the answer is found in Romans 8:29-30.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly on Genesis 5 - 7 years ago
We are now to be the image of the Son of God. After Adam and Eve man are a mom and dad creation we are gods we can create do good and evil. We are now the image of God only through his Son our Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 8:29] For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
  • Ray321 on 1 Corinthians 1 - 7 years ago
Romans 8:10 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. As a born again child of God, the body will sin, but the new man inside me which is the Holy Spirit will not sin. If we follow the old testament instead of the new testament, it will not make any sense. There was no preaching of saved by Grace when Jesus was walking on earth.

I love the chapter so much being disabled I really enjoy Romans 8 18 where whatever pain or sufferings we are going through our blessed saviour has a place for us ( which we don't deserve) because we asked him to come in our hearts. Praise the LORD.

Deborah, I love it because God's Word not only spoke,to the hearts,of mankind, but even years beyond the events in the Bible we can see they were meant to be timeless prices of Art and the ability for anyone to follow is still like that of a,child.

I am not full of praise for you but criticism for your sing a song and feel his blessing. Not real conversion but phoney Christians like Pense. Sick. God demands more if not everything. What you say, what you do, how you are, whst you feel, in shirt everything. Anybody can dummy up a blissful smile and say praise, praise, but not everyone can please God. He is real and does not fall for lies
