God has annointed us as his children, therefore no one can touch his anointed one. We must not forget that we are the child of God. Even our hair are numbered he knows which hair has fallen from us, in Spirit those our failures in life but then Jesus has sent us and He knows what to provide and bring our fallen hair failure back to life and restore. Just believed God and love his commandments till rapture. He loves us always and he is faithful to his promises. God already sent Jesus to us to destroy the works of the defeated devil and gives us life an abundance. Just keep Praising God and Love him and be thankful to him everyday of our lives coz Jesus cant stop loving us.

See,it is very glaring and doesn 't need be confusing. Paul is saying that there exists some christians who got born again and were invited to the Glorious message of God 's grace and Righteousness in christ jesus but could not be able to endorse or comprehend such lavish of Mercy by God towards us in Christ Jesus. Paul the Apostle explain it in Galatians 2:16, Romans 8:1 and Hebrews 10:18. Such a person may say "I know jesus died for my sins but now that I am in Him,if I sin, I must try to make it right, but the more I try,the more I fail sin again , so I think the effort I put is not worth it. I could as well go on living because I don 't think this Gospel of Jesus saving people is real ". Such a person has created a New Testament chasm from God 's grace. Galatians 5:4 says exactly same thing.By such act,the person crucify to himself the Lord Jesus christ and disgrace Grace count it useless .

"And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. " Taking up a cross is for crucifying the flesh. Paul has said "O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death? " He was talking about the struggle he and all born again believers deal with when it comes to wanting to do God 's will, but our flesh wants to fulfill the lusts of the old us that we are to deny daily. Things such as lasciviousness, pride, covetousness, rage, etc. To take up your cross is to seek and fulfill God 's will and not your own. To go without for righteousness sake, to make of yourself of no reputation, to keep God 's commandments instead of giving into sinful pleasure, to keep yourself from being corrupted by the things and people of this present evil generation. Christ lived a life of self denial, lowliness, affliction, temptation, living for others and bearing their burdens. He lived for the glory and approval of God and not of man. We are to do the same. It is by no means easy, but rely on his strength and take heart, for he that is in you is greater and has overcome the world. 2 Timothy 2:12 says "If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: " Those that are disciples inwardly and not just outwardly are the ones that are approved of God. I feel like no matter what I 'm going through or dealing with as a child of God, I will not let nothing seperate me from the love of Christ.I know that the devil come to steal, kill, us from God love but he is a liar from hell and the truth is not in him. Because the bible tell us that nothing can seperate us from the love of Christ. And if God be for us, who can be against us? He will not let these things seperate us from his love. We are in his protection. Remember long as we are in this present world we will have trials and tribulations the devil are trying to do whatever he can to bring us down but we will not let these things seperate us and apostles paul name all of these thing out before and said that nothing shall seperate us from the love of Christ. You know what? it can 't seperate us. In all of these things We are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Kevin 1st Corinthians 12:14 states, "For the body is not one member, but many. " This is talking of the diversified gifts that are of ONE AND THE SAME SPIRIT. It does not refer specifically to speech. And I could not find where Peter was mentioned here. chapter 14 does talk about "unknown tongue " yet seems to refer strictly to the Holy Spirit 's utterances in our behalf. It also states "He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself...speaketh not unto men, but unto God. " This seems to be confirmed in Romans 8:26. Thus, what I 'm hearing here appears to fit with my understanding , that what some people are calling "speaking in tongues " and doing so openly in front of admirers are NOT what this Scripture is talking about. Am I wrong?

Romans 8:16 the SPIRIT itself bearing witness with our spirit or the breath we breathe and make decisions with that we are the sons of GOD.

Motgaugrnd, Please study 1st Corinthians chapters 12 14. I agree with Joni as the scripture clearly states people heard Peter speak in their native speech. Chapter 14 teaches on non-understood spiritual utterings. Also read Romans 8:26

I love this chapter in that it fortifies my very existence and tells me no matter what comes my way in this world, God 's Holy Spirit will guide me thru it making intercession where need be and strengthening me to stand against any and everything that might attempt to disrupt my status with the Heavenly Father thru Jesus Christ.

I was once in bondage to sin and death : But now in Christ Jesus I am in the Spirit of life. The law of the Spirit of life has made me free from the law of sin and death : I do not have to sin any longer. Praise God . When Idie , my body will return back to the dust from where I came : made by God : But the Spirit of life that has raised me from the dead will rise to be with the Lord forever. My living spirit in Jesus Christ will leave my body at the second of it 's death.

The power of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ surpasses all principalities! This is powerful and awesome. My family and I have been through so much past Two years but have seen his same power mentioned in this chapter and others working for me...Keep the faith alive.

I believe the suffering God is saying here means the sufferings according to the will of God. When we are going through a thing or doing in the will of God and are suffering for it. Persecuted for it : then we have an expectation of the Glory of God to be revealed in us. Suffering is never pleasant !!! I would much rather be pleasing to the Lord God than to pleas man eternal reward there !!!! We have to work to keep ourselves. Praise God !!!!

Hello Mark: It is not my word. According to Peter on the day of Pentecost he gave the answer on how to become saved. During this dispensation of Grace a person needs to follow Acts 2: 38 to become saved. Then you have to continue to live saved according to the word of God. Yes, in order to know that a person has the true Holy Ghost they have to speak in other tongues as the spirit of God gives the utterance. That spirit is the Holy Ghost. So according to the word of God if you have not the spirit of Christ a person is none of his, Romans 8: 9.

Hello Joni G.: In addition to my comment, I hope will come out, in regard to Colossians, this people were saved. They were in Christ. To be in Christ you have to put on his name by following Acts 2: 38. You cannot have just baptism. If a person has not the spirit of Jesus Christ he is none of his, Romans 8:9. Paul recognized the Colossian church as being saved and in Christ, just like him.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Acts 1 - 9 years ago
Hello Joni G.: I would like to add to my 2 part response that I just posted 1-1-15. Romans 8:9 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. If a person does not have the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the spirit of God give utterance that person is none of his. The speaking in other tongues as God give utterance is what separates the real Holy Ghost from those who claim to have it but do not.

Hello April Carter: I would like to add to my comment. To judge means to for an idea, opinion, or estimate about any matter to criticize or censure to think or suppose However, in Jesus Christ the word judges. If a person is a sorcerer and the preacher tells them if they do not clean up their act and get right with God they will be lost this is not the preacher judging but God s word has already stated this, Revelation 21: 8. If a person is called a whoremonger and adultery according to the scriptures they will be judged. The scripture states that if a person has not the spirit of God, which is the Holy Ghost, they are none of his, Romans 8: 9. Then they do not believe to God. They are not Jesus Christ children. This is not the messenger words but it is written in the word of God.
  • Evangelist Chatauna Robinson on Genesis 6 - 9 years ago
Hello Jayson Duvan: God does give man a chance to repent, under each dispensation of the Bible. We are now living in the Dispensation of Grace. Under this dispensation man is given the opportunity to become saved by following Acts 2: 38. This is how Jesus Christ becomes your personal savior. A person must be born of water and spirit to enter and to see the kingdom of Heaven. There is no getting around this. Is a person has not the spirit of God he is none of his, Romans 8: 9 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his ". This scripture did not say all Jews or all Gentiles or some people it stated "Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his ". This means any of mankind. The spirit is the Holy Ghost who is named Jesus Christ, John 14: 26.

In reply to Nat 's comment about verse 9. The truth is, When a man sins, the Spirit of God Leaves him. However by repentance and confession of the sin to God, the Spirit can be imparted back upon him. Just because He sinned and stayed in sin does not mean he was never a Christian. The Walk of the Christian with God is a Growing process. Human nature is to sin, Men can never be pure and holy on their own, but by a working active faith in God with the works of obedience is how a person personal walk with God made stronger each day. By lack of Obedience and study is how our faith dies. For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. James 2 26 So My brother, Though a person falls into sin, does not mean he was never a Christian. Men always fall into sin because we are never perfect. But through Christ, and by His strength He enables us to overcome sin. There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10 13. I hope I was able to answer your question.

The Word of God is Holy as Himself. To be a true christian one must know Jesus Christ as the ONLY Mediator between God and mankind, the ONLY Redeemer of sinful men because He paid the price for "my " redempion with His Own Life shedding His Precious blood to purge the sinner from ALL his sins and anyone that understood this and RECEIVED Him as his her Personal Saviour, HE placed that sinner in the family of God, however, we are still in this world manipulated buy satan and his demons and the weak christian is often put down by his attacks and deceptions yet, the christian that falls and sins before God, cannot blame the devil for he is responsible for his actions, my question is IF and WHEN a christian falls in sin and does not come out of that sinful situation, was he ever a christian, even though he professed to be? I am familiar with Gods Word and cannot reconcile the two IF a christian, will always be one or because of his sin it proves that NEVER been one?

Susy, your comment reminded me of Deuteronomy 30 6, how God wants our hearts circumsized for Him. Beautiful verse. I love Romans.
