Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit IS WILLING, the flesh is WEAK." Matt 26:40-41. The spirit is willing to resist temptation;but the flesh is weak in temptation. In fasting, our flesh weakens (decreases), our spirit strengthens (increases). We choose which.
