    Cain's wife would've obviously been one of his sisters, based on a lack of options. GOD allowed this I believe the DNA then was strong enough to allow this for a time. Adam Eve lived a very long time and had many generations of children beyond Cain, Able and Seth, as expressed in Genesis 5:4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:
