Revelation 11 has not fully occurred yet. It is tied to Revelation 10 because the witnesses of Revelation 11 are the parents of the child who passes away in Revelation 10 and then his work begins to unfold. Revelation 11 will be fulfilled in 2018 and it is tied to a theophany being revealed at this time that occurred in 2003. I am the witness and am currently revealing the theophany.
