    Verily, whosoever loves my Holy Father despises money and defends it not as ye do here. Ye say, We couldn’t survive a day without money. and, money is important. It is written, No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Ye know Christ is come yet ye praise money, not GOD.

    Where in the scriptures does it say we must despise money itself? Don't invent things. It's the love of money which we are warned about.
