57-59 Jesus mind is on Salvation, so HE use an ‘earthly parable of a ‘legal proceeding’ to instruct them /us on ‘a process’ that everyone can freely apply to ourselves thereby resolve the ‘personal issue’ of not being saved (see John 3:16-21); rightly following John 3:16 will save you or I, thereby we avoid the sentencing hearing seen in Rev:20:12-15).
