    As Joshua's success became known, other kings joined their forces and conspired to come against him, using their numbers. But God's promise was fulfilled and Joshua gained victory in the name of the Most High God. This is relevant to us today as we are confronted by challenges similar to Joshua's, at home and in our work places. This chapter is therefore a comfort for all of us, that once we believe God and trust His word, we will overcome the forces that come against us.
