    The book of Revelations is an allegory: the 7 churches are the 7 energy centres and major glands of the body. The 33 years that Jesus Christ lived for correspondent to the 33 vertebrae that we each have in our spine. The 24 elders are the nerve ends that go from the thalamus in our brains to the stomach.
