In Matt. 24:14, Lord Jesus told his disciples that the God inspired "gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations and then shall the end come." The 2 testaments of the Bible are the 2 witnesses. Jesus said in John 12:48, "the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him this means us all in the last day."
