hello i want turn Christian from muslim but there are no churches near me because im living in Islamic Country and they hate Christians. Can i pray at home? sorry for my broken english im still learning :
Hi hiyat, Christians are the Church not a physical building. So i believe they maybe meeting in secret so I would encourage you to look for them so you could hear the Gospel. I will leave you with John 3:16-"for God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son Jesus Christ ,that whosoever believes in Jesus on hearing the Gospel will not perish but have eternal Life. Godbless you
Of course you can pray at home. Also, you can worship at home. the most important thing to know is that the temple of God is in you and its spiritual communication between you and God. You do not have to have a building to attend to speak to God.
you do not have to go to church to be saved, just ask jesus to redeem you by his blood. just tell jesus you now believe he died on the cross for all our sins, and was buried and rose on the 3rd day, and is now seated on the right hand of the father. if you say this prayer from the heart you will be saved. GOD BLESS YOU. try and get a bible and read daily
Dear Hayat, Yes, you may pray anytime and anywhere. It doesn't need to be out loud, but just the voice in your head. Having a church is ideal, but if you don't have one you can still be a Christian. You already have a family of Christian believers here. People here are happy to discuss any questions you have. Read Acts 2:38. God bless you!
Jesus said in Matt. 6:6, "when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door pray to thy Father which is in secret and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly." Your silent, secret prayers are all heard.
