    Help me to understand are to read it correctly but when I read the numbers I get one group of hundred another of forty and another of four thousand maybe my lack of education but I read it the way I was taught in school to read please help with this question all comments welcome and taken as constructive criticisms thanks in advance! Glory be to the FATHER!

    The total number in Revelation 7:4 is 144,000. It is 12,000 Jewish men from each of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel Jacob .
