I've come across a scripture that talks about God dealing with men who pisseth against the walls, What is the scripture and the meaning?

I thought that was peculiar myself. After some thought, I took it as literally what it says. It's an old testament scripture, so perhaps that behavior was an expression of a sinner. That's my best guess, outside of that word meaning something different. Good luck on your studies, brother.

The Lord said unto my Lord who is the second Lord in this verse in Matthew?

    It is Christ.

It's an expression of an able-bodied male, of fighting age most likely. If you are one that "pisseth against a wall", it means you are a man that works in the field, or fights to defend your people.

Could you please give me the exact scripture, Jerry?

There are very many, 1 Sam 25:22 and 1 Kings 21:21 are a couple. If you put "pisseth against a wall" in the search bar, you'll find all the verses.
