    In the New Testament Church the Apostle Paul placed a great deal of emphasis on the gift of Prophecy. In Acts 21:9 a man named Philip had four daughters who each had the Gift of Prophecy. in 1 Corinthians 14:4-5 Paul writes that Prophecy is the Greater Gift because it edifies the Church.
