God created all with maturity...the rocks with their minerals that are the earth's foundations, light from the distant stars He made to be seen from earth immediately plants came with their seed included every creeping creation came fully equipped to multiply as did every species of the water, every winged animal that flies, every creature of the earth, as well as mankind created in His image.

Chas check Deu. 14:3-20. A list of all that is good bad for YOU. There is no sin to God fo0r He created all on the 6th day He looked everything was very good. However the scavengers were NOT to be consumed because they can contaminate your body make you sick. The abomination is to your body. He sent you a menu pointed out that that was not to be consumed. Your choice.
