In just the third verse of the Genesis God said let there be light singular . and then in verse 14, 15, 16 , God created the lights of the firmament, the Sun , The Moon and the stars..so what kind of "light" he is talking about in verse 3 three..?

When God said, "let there be light", he was referring to daylight. That's why it says, he divided the light from darkness. And verses 14, 15, 16, explains what the lights were created for. What was the purpose for them. It doesn't say, he created more lights. So it could also mean that the sun was created in verse three, but the purpose of it is further explained I the latter verses.

Issak, Gen 1:3,4,5 God said let there be light-Day Night no night lighting . In Gen 1:14, 15, 16,17, 18, He CREATED all the lights.

all light opposes darkness and how can you say light is singular. A light may be singular but the illumination it produces is not

Look up the words tohu and bohu or tohubohu. It means the the world "became" without form and void. And yes, when God said let there be light, that's when he created it. Because the verse following, the word "was" in the hebrew means became. Remember, God told adam and Eve to replenish the earth.to replenish is to bring back to. Maybe Lucifer and angels inhabit the earth first. Then came mankind.
