I have a question, Does God forget? Chapter 8 of Genesis starts with " And God remembered Noah, chapter 9:15 out lines why God set up the bow so to remind him of his covenant.

He forgets your sins when you are saved.

No. God views the world, humanity, and time in a bird's eye view, from Creation to Apocalypse. Everything happens in HIS presence, with HIM knowing. HE not only does not forget, HE knew you in the womb and knows what you are going to do an eternity before you do it. So no, HE does not forget, He merely forgives, for HIS mercy is boundless.

I have a different opinion of this. Of course God is all knowing, omniscient 1 John 3:20 , but the Word also says that God will remember our sins no more Hebrews 10:17 . I believe God has the power to 'forget' something. If you don't believe it then you don't believe God is powerful enough to do that? Other scripture says God changed his mind so he has this ability. He's God.

firstfruits Jesus fed 5,000 men, didn't count women or children 144,000 of "tribes". If not Jewish, Jesus adopted you. 2 Witnesses still have time to turn wicked as was said, Lord, Lord, ..cast out demons in Your name.... He replies with "I never knew you . 2 Witnesses 2 groups of ppl believing Jews believing gentiles. Two churches becoming one. John 3:16 if u believe u shall receive. GB

That is semantics - God will remember our sins no more, is the same as saying HE forgives us, or 'forgets' our sins. You are just playing with words. It is the same concept. We are both saying the same thing - 6 or a 1 2 dozen is the same idea.

I referenced scripture literally and you claimed I was 'playing with words'. Actually you were closer to doing that by typing "is the same as saying..." and adding other things. Hebrews 10:17 says "And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more." Terrence asked "Does God forget?" and you answered "No." which in my opinion is not what Hebrews 10:17 says.

God does forsake people who turn against Him. Everyone had gone to wicked ways before the flood. When the Bible says He remembered Noah, it was because He regretted creating man that disobeyed Him however, there was one faithful servant remaining. This is what it means "He remembered Noah". Before He flooded the earth to start over again, He decided to keep Noah and start over through him.
