    Gen.1:26- The us refers to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. All has a part in the creation of man ! John 5:7- For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one

    At first, I was thinking of the father and son. Jesus was just referring to the father. It wasn't time yet to reveal the holy ghost. Thanks for your reply.

    Gen.1:2: The Spirit was already present, ready to act as soon as the order should be given. The Holy Spirit has always been doing this very work. The divine Agent has ever been present to assist in the work of creation and redemption, to reprove and strengthen wayward souls, to comfort the sorrowing and to present the believer's prayers in an acceptable form to God.

    GOD is One He Knows no other Gods Beside him. "Us" Is plural. "our" is plural. Genesis 1:1 God created the Heavens and the earth. "Heavens" was already created. Earth was without form and void He His the Lord Of Host also he dwells between the cherubims. The reason why he created man in his own image is because He will save His people from their sins. Hebrews 2:3-9 Hebrews 1:2-8 1Timothy 3:16

    The us in Genesis 1:26 is GOD Speaking in his sovereignty cause in order to understand verse 26 you have to use the law of hermuntics and read before and after a verse meaning in verse 27 the " us " was answered when it reads " So GOD created man in HIS OWN image, In the image of GOD created he him he him meaning male and female created he them So GOD is the us and our in verse 26.

    Heather, Gen 1:26 "us God the Father, Jesus the Son, and all the angels. Therefore we were created to inhabit the earth in flesh form--note we don't have wings neither did God or the angels.
