What is considered taking His name in vain?

When you curse and use God's name in it is one way

It is unfortunate that the sin of the world pollutes even within churches as you may hear church staff and even pastors use God's name in vain as if the culture says it's ok so somehow God is now ok with it. Not true. I wouldn't dare say this. Exodus 20:7 and Matthew 12:36-37.

First: CALLING: Say a complete prayer always unless you were say in an imminent car crash, with just enough time to call on your heavenly Father " Jesus!", or " Oh God!"... On the other hand, it is profanity in vain if uttered out side of a prayer...i.e as an exclamation. Second: TAKING:Applies to " His people who are called by His name" ...must be true to their son-ship. Just my opinion

If you say the Lords name with out respect you are taking his name in vain
