Why does God allow pain and suffering. I don't know how much more I can take!
  • Freedom in Life - In Reply - 5 years ago
Dear Mervin, Jesus Understands your hurting, they say laugh and the World laughs with you cry and you cry alone but He helps us Matt11:28 because He Loves us and Understands He was known as a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief and He had Compasssion and Cried with those who were suffering loss Rom12:15 and so do we when we Love as He does.Col3:1-17 Your in my Prayers and in Jesus' Heart.

It is not God allowing it, it is your ownself by not getting in the bible and building up faith of the words of the bible. Once faith that comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God Romans 10:17 comes into your life. Your sin will be washed away and pain and suffering will be gone with your sin. The words of the bible are spirit and life John 6:63. All sin is of the devil period.Give up sin

It is True we reap the evil we sow and this is God's discipline to bring us to our senses and He chastises us through others when needed He Loves us and does not delight in our suffering it grieves Him. He is Love and Love hates all evil But we also live in a fallen World and so suffer and Satan uses those in his control to hurt us when we follow Jesus, some of us will be Martyred too Jn15 and 16.

Looks like you got it all backwards. God wants to love man, however man don't want to come to his love and that is Jesus and his words in you. John 14:23. God the Father of Jesus takes pleasure in the death of his Saints Psalm 116:15. We see that in Acts 7 with Stephen. I am an overcome like Jesus said in Revelations to be overcomes. The devil can't hurt me so long as I have the armour the word

Christ suffered for our sins and he never sinned. The difference between a Christian and an unbeliever is that suffering crushes the unbeliever. 1 Corinthians 4: 11-13, Hebrews 11 and 12. Our joy is not based upon our fleshly experience. I think we were saying mostly the same thing in different words. Christians suffer and by praising God and loving our torturers we show the light of the gospel.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
Christians are supposed to suffer for the words of the bible. This time of year who is suffering? Not the Christians of the hour. They are suffering if they don't get the right gift. Whose suffering for the faith of the Gospel of Christ? Nobody, because the bible is written for whosoever and not everybody. The whosoever people suffer for the faith of the gospel. Philippians 1:27.

Jesus never sinned your right. However,Jesus became worse than sin, he became sin himself 2nd Cor 5:21. Fulfilling Isaiah 53:10. Jesus may never have sinned but my sin killed Jesus. Col 2:13-15. Today through that Jesus that was made sin I am free and clear from all sin. An ex-sinner saved by grace. An ex-sinner is a righteous person Romans 6:18. Pain I rebuke in Jesus name and it goes away.

True Evangelist Andrew when we are Born Again and Perfected in Love we can't Sin Rom8 has happened but untill we have worked out our Salvation we are under Grace if we Sin Jesus our Advocte interseeds for us but if we go on Sinning without guilt and Heart Repentance than it shows we were never Saved but those who don't Sin willfully may still Repent because of God's good Seeds Planted and Watered.
  • Freedom in Life - In Reply - 5 years ago
Wonderful Evangelist Andrew that your now Perfect Mt5:48 and no longer Sin 1Jn3:9 you worked out your Salvation not meaning worked for it but you put your Carnal Flesh to death by The Spirit Rom8 - Gal5:24-26 was Born Again of God's Seed 1Jn3:9 and have the mind of Christ. Some say they will Sin untill they die but it's ok because their under Grace which they can't confirm in Scripture 1Jn5:18-20.

Can't serve two masters can't serve sin, the devil and Jesus at the sametime. Preachers are playing Hollywood style church and what a disaster that is look at the church today, sin runs the church instead of the church ruling over it. Romans 7 Paul uses the word "I" to show 33 times when you are under sin, you are in for a ride of your life. Thank God he pulls us out of Romans 7 and puts us Ro 8

How Merciful Evangelist Andrew that God is Patient not wanting anyone to Perish He Loves everyone in the World but He knows those who are His and not one of us will be lost Eternally. Jesus goes after lost sheep, I was one of them having been deceived as a young Teenager that I came from an Ape and God and the Bible were made up but He knew my Heart so He Rescued and Forgave me and has again since

When they are under sin they are not saved period. All sin is of the devil period 1st John 3:8. The apostle Paul told people in Romans 6:1 "What shall we say then? Shall we continue as a sinner saved by grace? God forbid." Jesus in John 5:14 "Go and sin no more" Christians of the hour sin and claim they can't stop sinning is because they are not washed by the blood words of Jesus Christ.

True Evangelist Andrew we can't earn our Salvation but we will show we have it. We are saved from Eternity by God's Forknowelage of our Heart Repentance showing we believe in Jesus as our Lord and Saviour the only way to Him. He knows us as His Own and not One of us will be lost Eternally. Like Paul said before he was I'm not Perfected yet but I'm aiming for it and rejecting my Childish behaviour.

My bible says faith without works is dead. It takes works to remain saved. I was not saved by works, but now that I am saved we stay saved by works. James 2:14-26. Jesus told us to strive and that takes works. Paul told us to fight, run, flee etc. Action verbs and words.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
Are you calling Jesus a liar as in Matthew 5:48? Or Paul presenting every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Col 1:28. Noah, Job, King Hezikiah perfect men according to the scriptures and they never had Jesus. We are talking about doing what the bible says perfection. My bible tells me and the bible words made me perfect in Christ. When you can't be perfect then you can't make heaven.
  • Freedom in Life - In Reply - 5 years ago
I was wondering Evangelist Andrew what do you think God's Perfection is ? and have you asked for His Wisdom?
  • Freedom In Life - In Reply - 5 years ago
It seems Evangelist Andrew you misunderstood what I was saying, Paul's words are what I was refering to Philippians3:12-14 Not as though I had already attained either were already Perfect but I follow after if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus Brethren I count not myself to have apprehended but this one thing I do.... And Hebrews 6:1 Yes I'm on the way.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
Looks like you have Paul's teaching backwards. The perfection Paul is talking about that he has not obtained is the resurrection of the dead. Paul is not at all teaching that he was not perfect while on the earth in the flesh. He was a perfect man. 2nd Timothy 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." Paul after he got saved was a perfect Phillippians 3:15

Jesus don't want that stoney heart get him out of your heart and into your mind body and soul. Deut 4:29. Jesus wants to put a new heart into man and get rid of your stoney heart. Ezekiel 36:26. Jesus said -- if --- a man love me he will keep my words. You have to repent and believe the gospel the Holy Ghost will teach you what to repent how and where and when.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
Looks like you got it all backwards as God fors not love everybody. That love man is looking for is in John 3:18 not John 3:16 as John 3:16 is past tense and conditional love. Lov ed Gave and Whosoever. John 3:18 those who believe vs those who don't believe. 100 conditional love the bible from day 1 to the last word if Revelation.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
No prayer saves a man, it is the words of the gospel of Christ which is the power of God unto salvation. God has no power neither does Jesus. It is their words that has power and the Gospel of Christ is made up of words. Jesus words are spirit and life. Jesus wants to put a new heart of flesh and new spirit and mind in man Ezekiel 36:26-27. However it is man who refuse the words of the bible.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
Did God live is Israelites that sinned in the desert? Or two sinners in the garden of Eden who disobeyed him? Nope!!! Did he love two liars who cheated on their offering in Acts 5? Nope. Does God love the Pope? Nope. Does God love everybody? Nope. Because everybody don't want to love him. Without Jesus Christ the Son of God and his words in you man has a mirage for a God.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
Paul did not remain imperfect or a sinner he cleaned up after Jesus meet him on the road to Damascus 1st Timothy 1:12-14 Major difference in Paul before he got saved and after he got saved. Major difference in me before I got saved an ex-child of the devil a sinner 1st John 3:8 vs after 1st John 3:9. I am an ex-sinner saved by grace Roman's 6:18. An ex-sinner is a righteous person.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
Don't know where you get your funny teaching from because none of it is bible. My bible says faith without works is dead. James 2:14-26. I am not saved by works I stay saved by works. 100 conditional love as the words, "If, whosoever, he that, him that" etc. Jesus chooses whosoever and not everybody. He is real picky. He called the foolish thing Paul. Now that Paul got saved he cleaned up.

You must have missed my Questions Evangelist Andrew I asked what do you think God's Perfection is and have you asked for His Wisdom too which none of us were Born with, I asked when I was confused because of all the differant teaching also what are God's Good Works that He has Prepared in advance for us to do when by His Forknowelge He Chose us to be Conformed into the image of Jesus Rom 8:28-39.

God is not doing all the perrishing it is man doing all the perrishing by their: sin, unbelief, abominations and shame to the words of the bible. God's will that no man perrish, however man has a different mind ask Noah. Ezekiel 18:23. If God loves everybody he sure never mentioned it in the bible neither did Jesus preach a thing. The love of God is 100 conditional love. The word "WHOSOEVER"
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
What don't you believe when Jesus, Paul, Peter, or John talk about perfect? To be blaimless without spot blemish or wrinkle free and clear from all sin when you pray tonight, if you do tell God what you believe and don't believe in his word and see how far you get with that. My bible makes it clear that the God and Father of Jesus does not hear the prayer of sinners John 9:31.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
The bible was written for human beings and not for my cat or dog. Animals understand the bible they went into the ark with Noah while man just kick and fuss. All liars will burn Rev 21:8, when you don't believe what Jesus says or the writtings of the apostles, man will pay for their stubbornness and iniquity and sin 1st Sam 15:23 it is called hell fire and brimstone. All sinners will burn period.
  • Evangelist Andrew Kelly - In Reply - 5 years ago
I don't think I read it and believe it in the bible about perfection. Not going to debate over something that is written for thousands of years in pure black and white. Not going to call Jesus a liar. When Jesus said we can be perfect I believe nothing to debate and argue over as he was not loaded with demons preaching a false gospel. Jesus was talking to humans not to animals or birds. John 17:23

We are confirm to the image of the Son of God Jesus Christ. When I was a sinner I was confirmed to the image of the devil as we where all born short of the glory of God which is Christ in you Col 1:27. Adam and Eve were the only people created by God and his Son in their image Genesis 1:26. Now after the cross we have to be image of Jesus the Son of God as he is the head of the whole show.
