    You see Baca is written with the capital(B|) that means it is a name of a specific place and cannot be any valley of weeping.
    And this name Baca is not found anywhere but in the valley of Makka where the Ka'ba of muslims are and which is mentioned in the Quran of muslims

    سُوۡرَةُ آل عِمرَان

    إِنَّ أَوَّلَ بَيۡتٍ۬ وُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذِى بِبَكَّةَ مُبَارَكً۬ا وَهُدً۬ى لِّلۡعَـٰلَمِينَ (٩٦)

    ( this vese is from Quran ) :
    Surah Al-E-Imran

    Verily, the first House (of worship) appointed for mankind was that at Bakkah (Makkah), full of blessing, and a guidance for Al-'Alamîn (the mankind and jinn). (96) In

    There is no dount that Makka is mentioned in the Bible and there is a very clear describtion of muslims who are worshiping God in Makka.
