What do you say to a person that believes in God and believes in Jesus, but has an infatuation with dragons (the Leviathan)?
  • Stanjett - In Reply on Genesis 5 - 4 years ago
I would tell them that they can't have it both ways. Chose Christ and not the other.

Thank you Stanjett for your comment. I have told her the scripture about the dragon of old. We will see where that goes. Yes she must choose! I will continue to witness as I feel that's God's purpose for us. Thank you again!

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
Wish this was more helpful. Sorry

    Mr. Hilt,
Thank your for your response. it's very much appreciated. The scripture in Job where God is talking to Job about the Leviathan (Dragon) and then referring to other scriptures including the ones you mentioned can be confusing to a new Christian, not to mention the one that is trying to make it understandable. Thank you again for responding.

No baptism is meant only for the living because only the living can fulfill the will of God.
  • Mendie nsikak - In Reply on Genesis 5 - 4 years ago
so why did the gospel was preach both for the death and the living?
  • Jethro - In Reply on Genesis 5 - 4 years ago
I think the catholics believe that. I don't know if that's in the bible.

But the bible says there is only one unforgivable sin and that is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost.
